Re: Mundus Originibus - The WC Discussion Thread

Oh......

Played my back up team against Dortmund in the cup and lost 0-2  it's a very good back up team' date=' I shall be having words.

Well done Dortmund.[/quote']

Thanks. :) Quite surprised that I won actually, considering my back-up squad has a low average rating.

Hazard (Forum) steered Dortmund to victory against Manchester United.

Dortmund beat Manchester United 2 - 0 in their Mundus Originibus Cup Round 2 fixture.

Movsisyan had an impressive game and was voted Man of the Match.

Hallberg and Leitner were amongst the goalscorers.

He always leaves his clubs after a month or two' date=' not sure why he does it. Maybe he just likes doing the first batch of transfers..

But Kev, have you tried posting what teams are available here: http://forum.soccermanager.com/showthread.php?p=2558836#post2558836

Never hurts to give it a go. ;)

I've come to a decision.

You have now quit managing Real Sociedad

Enjoyed my short stint in this game world, apologies to Kevin for quitting so quick but I have to cut down my clubs.

Not having a go at anyone but...

These custom forum game worlds always go the same way.... Manager less, people deciding to cut down or people leaving for other commitments its a shame as one of your fellow forumers has spent money for everyone to enjoy a game world.

Shame on you....

Kind of sad you couldn't stay til the end of the season. :(

But oh well, Real Sociedad are now free.

Newcastle has a new manager however. :)

Twitter update enrages Evans

Wayne-Rooneys-Twitter-pag-006.jpg

Wayne Rooney's future at Man Utd is in serious doubt after the England international removed his 'Manchester United player' from his twitter account.

Evans has been on record saying that he'll listen to offers coming in for him.

Arsenal dominated much of the play against Manchester United but could only manage a 1 - 1 draw in their Division 1 fixture.

Augusto was on the scoresheet for his side.

Crazy Game!

Benteke could of had 5 in the first half but could find the net before Bale popped up and does what he does best. Skipped past a couple defenders and found the bottom corner.

We levelled just after half time through Augusto and then Suarez had a goal disallowed. Rooney was then sent off.

Quickly followed by reds for Vermaelan and Augusto.

Finished 1-1

Leverkusen slumped to a 3 - 1 defeat to Atlético Madrid in their Division 2 fixture.

Firmino was on the scoresheet for his side.

I knew it would be a tough game since I was forced to rotate a lot in the starting eleven after fielding my best players in the cup run earlier this week..

But thought I'd be able to snipe a draw atleast anyway..

Down to 6th place now, which is the first non-SMFA cup/shield spot.. :(

France vs Canada 1-1

Awful result for me, Canada at home is a must win..

But, after the first 2 games I'm 1st on 4pts, so things are still looking solid. Just gotta change the formation to one where I can dominate the possesion more..
