Season 3 Rules

Division 1

Division 2

Division 3

Squad limit - Your squad limit is 40. This is consisted of 25 first team players and 15 youths. If you decide that you want more than 15 youths and some are in your first team squad, that is your decision. Please bare in mind that in the near future there could be rules based on your youth team so make sure you manage it correctly. I understand that most teams have more than 40 players when starting, this rule will come into affect at the start of season 2.

P/ex deals - This is 3 maximum, no matter which direction. You can not do 2 incoming P/Ex signings and 2 outgoing P/Ex signings as this quite clearly would be 4. Please do not break this rule, this will be met with severe punishment if you fail to oblige this rule.

FAQ:

Galatico - 93+

Home Nations - Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England.

You must stay in your budget at all times, failure to do this will result in a penalty

Minimum outlay explained

This amount is the minimum that your club must spend on transfers this season. This is to encourage transfer activity, but where you have a choice on it rather than being forced to sell players through release clauses that was previously discussed. I haven't gone too mad on these this season, if it goes well I may increase it down the line.

Release clauses.

We now have a 3 pronged admin team to deal with release clause sealed bidding. They are myself, Ash(tini) and Noisy. We have one in each division to hopefully avoid a situation where someone has to take bids on someone they want to buy.

How it's going to work

Each team who wants to buy a specific release clause player needs to contact the specified admin with their max bid to secure that player. The finances are always the set amount. The difference is the amount of games that you are prepared to give the player. If the end result is a tie, first team opportunities (their competition in the specified position), first team average rating, cup history, european competitions and league position from last season will decide which club gets the player.

Max Bids

I am going to limit this to 20 games. This is a season + 4 games. If you fail to make the amount of games in the alloted 20 game slot, you will be severely punished. The player will be sold to external immediately, the money will not be put into your budget and the next season will be minused the amount you originally bought for. (E.G 30m fee, 40m > 10m, 15m > -15m). If a player believes you're lying about the opportunities you're offering him, he will reject you out of hand (e.g Barcelona giving Sigurdsson 20 out of 20 games). If a player believes you're mugging him off (subbing him at HT every game just to get the alloted game time), he will requst a transfer and go on strike immediately. This can be called into play after game 10 has taken place. This money would not return to your budget when sold.

What if my player gets injured or suspended?

The period of time that you recieve to complete the games will be extended. If a player returns from injury but is below 90% condition when you have a match, this will still be classed as injured.

Racist abuse forcing HULK away from Russia! Although the managers desire is to keep one his best players in the team looks like Hulk will move away from Zenit St. Petersburg with destination an "openminded" country like England, Spain, Germany or also moving back to Portugal, a country were his was loved.

Zenit St. Petersburg are open on any offer for Hulk, but they want to get at least 75+ % of the money they paid for him one year ago.
