Deschamps hasn't called him up because of his supposed attitude problem. Apparently he doesn't get on with a couple of people and sulks when he's on the bench. Considering the farce in the last two tournaments, I can understand why he hasn't been called up but Evra's just as bad as him.

If Vidal recovers his form after his injury, I believe Holland will have a tough time qualifying for the next round. In all honesty, they don't look stronger than Belgium. And if France have a better squad than Belgium, it's not by much. Switzerland looks decent, but not as good as Belgium imo. Spain's squad is only 2nd to Germany's, from my point of view. I would chose Rolando because he has experience playing in a 3 men defense and has experience playing alongside Bruno Alves in defense (if Pepe is rested, suspended, injured or moved forward to DM). footie 4,479
Re: Official World Cup 2014 Thread I do believe the German, Spanish, Dutch, and to some extent the Portuguese NT a reaping rewards from having their B teams in their league. Look at the abundance of talent in their squads, especially Germany and Spain. Players like Draxler, Isco or Mata who might not make the final cut could walk into any other NT easily. Thus, I am quite supportive of the B teams in England and perhaps Italy.
