Re: FA Cup

Want to see some real David V Goliath fixtures in the draw this evening-

Sod all the Villa V West Ham' date=' Blackburn V Middlesbrough,[b'] Wigan V Hull etc [/b]

Would be delighted to see a few Dover V Man United, Stevenage V Arsenal, Burton Albion V Liverpool etc

Imo to relieve the magic of the cup have ALL teams thrown in from the first round with the premier league sides SEEDED AWAY until round three.

Would make for some cracking games.

Haha, thought one of these would come to back to haunt you.

Re: FA Cup

A home tie (always nice) against Crystal Palace. Not ideal at all since they beat us as Selhurst Park a couple of weeks ago but it should make for a pretty good game.

Boring tie, it will probably go to a replay.

I don't think either team will accept that for one second. Coventry certainly won't. An extra game in the form of a replay wouldn't be welcomed by Aidy and with Palace beating us a couple of weeks ago City will be going out to prove a point that the other game was just a bad day at the office. I genuinly think the timing of it will make it a good game, especially if Coventry are still in decent form come Jan 8th/9th.

Re: FA Cup

Not sure if I'm happy about yet another big team in the draw' date=' or worried about getting smashed.

That's Liverpool, Scum, Tottenham and Arsenal over two seasons now, what on earth.[/quote']

I'd be delighted with that, we've had Histon, Havant & Waterloovile, Billericay & Horsham in the past three seasons.

We've also had Histon, Kettering, Northampton and Hereford in the last three seasons. ;)

No I'm delighted with all the big draws we've got, just a little worried we might get battered and that could undo our performances in the cups last season (at least, it'd feel like that).
