Loans selling directly

Re: Loans selling directly

I'm guessing he means that instead of having to recall a loan player before putting him on the transfer list' date=' you could list and sell him whilst he was on loan. Of course, if this were to happen, the loan would have thus be cancelled in the transfer being accepted.[/quote']

Ah that makes sense. It's probably worth people building on this and suggesting other things they'd like to see improving re the loans as well.

This sounds as a good idea but it would be better if the club which is buying the player would be able to decide whether the player will stay on loan or join his club. So if a talent is on loan at a small club and Rich Club A sells it to Rich Club B he will remain on loan without harming the underdog club.

It would be good if there were different wage brackets depending on the quality of the player. By that I mean, rather than every player being paid 50% by the parent club and 50% by the feeder club, there should be - for example - 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

This should be based on the player's rating. So for instance, youngsters with potential (rated less than 75) would have their wages paid in full by the parent club. The higher a player's rating, the more the feeder club has to pay for their services.

You could also add in the ability to pay a fee up front as part of a loan. This would add to the realism as it happens quite a lot in real life.

A good way to improve loan system is to involve money in it. So when when a player is loaned from Club A to Club B the latter has to pay a fee which might be pre-set or according to the number of matches played. If the amount of money is pre-paid then Club A won't have the right to recall the player until end of loan-contract. Also adding the ability to negotiate players wage would be an improvement aswell, teams might negotiate for 20%-80%;40-60 or 50-50(used atm).

Increasing the maximum rating for loans would be nice, so if a high rated player (91-92) has a level concern of 1-4, you might loan him to Club B where he'll be able to play more games.
