Re: The International Club Championship

If I am in debt will I receive a cash boost mid season?

Not necessarily, but your Chairman will always invest cash to ensure that your clubs 'net worth' (cash and player values) is never less than 50% of the average club in your league.

Re: The International Club Championship

The chairman has decided to invest a further £6,094,880 into Borussia Dortmund.

Even I got some cash albeit only 6m. Not sure why this is occurring but as closer says it does not really help the poor economy concept.

As for spending then I have no problem with you all spending it.

Matthew Webb (matt72 Forums) steered Borussia Dortmund to victory against Ajax.

Borussia Dortmund outclassed Ajax and beat them 3 - 0 in their Division 1 fixture.

Kruse scored a brace and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Zelalem was also on the scoresheet for his side.

A comfortable win tonight against Andy's Ajax. 100% start , 2 wins out of 2. A potentially tough game against. P.S.G on Sunday

Andy Burr (AJB Forum) was unable to prevent a Ajax defeat to Dortmund.

Ajax slumped to a 3 - 0 defeat to Dortmund in their Division 1 fixture.

Bit of a pasteing from Matt's Dortmund, but it was a fairly even encounter.

We got a £6M boost from our chairman, which was nice...but all attempts to buy Bruno Martins Indi have failed :( If only I knew this cash injection was coming, I wouldnt of signed so many crap players lol. I just hope the now TL players will raise my squad avg enough

Matthew Webb (matt72 Forums) steered Borussia Dortmund to victory against Paris Saint-Germain.

Borussia Dortmund beat Paris Saint-Germain 2 - 0 in their Division 1 fixture.

Ducksch scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Can was also on the scoresheet for his side.

Dortmund just keep marching on with another win and a clean sheet. Three wins out of three and no more signings for me until nearer the end of the season, unless I have the funds soon to buy Ter Stegen.

Edit: All Lies, bid in for Wolfsburg's Robin Knoche he he.

Re: The International Club Championship

After a new manager since iawful quit, which comes as no real surprise since he is another serial quitter who just disappears for months on end. Perhaps his carer does not allow him online at present. In fact I may need another manager in just under a week since another manager has not signed in for 9 days. So if anyone is interested or knows of someone who is can you point them towards this thread please.

Re: The International Club Championship

The deal involving Ajax and Bruno MARTINS INDI of Feyenoord has been rejected.

Oh well..it was worth another shot :o

After finally giving up on Bruno, we've now managed to bring in a couple of others :)

Free Agent Ricardo VAN RHIJN has completed his move to Ajax for £5,715,000
Nick VIERGEVER has completed his move to Ajax from AZ for £3,820,000 plus Danzell GRAVENBERCH and Djavan ANDERSON

Weve started the season in the worse possible fashion, losing ALL 3 matches..an must be favorites for relegation.

Matthew Webb (matt72 Forums) steered Borussia Dortmund to victory against AEK Athens.

Borussia Dortmund outclassed AEK Athens and beat them 3 - 1 in their Division 1 fixture.

Can scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Brandt was also on the scoresheet for his side.

This Dortmund side is going to take some stopping on current form.

After their result against AEK Athens, Borussia Dortmund are now unbeaten in 7 games setting a new club record for most games unbeaten in a row.

I guess this is the reason why.

Re: The International Club Championship

Dynamo Kyiv have appointed Louis van Gaal (muallan - forum) as the clubs new manager.

48.7 million to work with, and a crappy squad to begin with.

Notable names that I have bid for include Alan Dzagoev, Yaroslav Rakitskiy, Yevhan Konoplyanka, Yevhen Khacherdi, Andriy Yarmolenko, and Maxym Koval.

There goes my transfer budget. Yay

Welcome in mate an good luck

Penarol go to Portugal and beat Benfica 2-1, with Lugano opening the scoring on his debut at centre back and earning man of the match. Then in the 50th min up steps the 38 year old Recoba to score a trademark freekick with that wicked left foot of his. Since signing the old man Recoba, he has gone on to score 13 goals in 14 appearances :D.

Still waiting for our first points of the season lol

Really confused as to how some teams have managed to sign 88/89/90/91 rated players, while we are only limited to signing 87's. Despite having the same avg rated squad...oh well

Now unbeaten in 8 however well done to Basnandez, really gave us a scare tonight and a great effort from his team which is significantly weaker than my own.

Good defensive work, now need to score more goals with our attacking line
