Beckett who has shown the world what he has to offer over the past few years has won 82 cups since becoming a coach and he looks now to make that more here at MK Dons. The young coach who spoke to BBC Sport today before under going his first training sestion with the Dons had this to say:

When the MK Dons chairman got in touch, and told me the way he can see the team going over the next five years I had to take the offer to head. It took me a while to get back to him but now im happy to be a part of a club looking to change the way things work. MK Dons have never really been known as a big club but I for one now am aiming to change that my eyes are set on promotion but in all fairness a top half finish this season will be a big part for this club. I can only hope I do well here and thank the chairman, players and fans for the welcome I have got since taking over.

It is reported changes will be made at MK Dons but they are yet to be seen, all we know is Beckett is back and he is looking to make a big impact in the English game with Milton Keynes Dons.

You have decided to reject the job offer from Leeds United. Your chairman and fans are delighted at your decision!

Today MK Dons manager Mattuie Beckett has turned down Championship side Leeds United to stay in charge of League One side MK Dons, the young English manager who was told he would have funds reaching near 40m to change the Championship side has said this to press:

When the Dons came calling no over team was interested, now my squad is doing well and clubs and chairman's can see that bigger teams are coming calling, I am for one and one for all, the Dons have trusted me with there funs and squad, and now I am doing all in my power to make this a squad who can not only get promotion but be a stand out team.

The young coach who is set to bring in another three players has came out saying he is very happy and is not leaving any time soon. Trio Felipe Saez, Jeremy Dudziak and Shaquille Hunter are all under going medical's and coach Beckett has said the trio will be needed in a squad rotation system were most players will be getting game time this season.

My team was doing well, we will easy be passing our chairmans value of the squad this season, there is no way we will not hit the play offs, but we needed a fresh look to the squad and now have that.
