Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

If you ain't one of the wealthy elite in the competition then please don't post on here or read anything written on here.

This thread is only for those who have a huge advantage in the competition and don't want to associate with the peasants.

So the Italians have their own thread now? Wow!

not just Italians, anyone who has loads of money and wishes to detach themselves from the tedious poor, like yourself, as you have taken to writing on here we can only presume you are one of us, as the first post says the poor are not to write on here!

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

Udinese have had to buy new goalposts, apparently the old diamond encrusted ones interfered with the goalline technology.

we currently have only 3k in the bank, this due to spending our last 10m on a nice custom built Mercedes coach for the players, it will include a restaurant and swimming pool.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

Udinese have left their London base and boarded a chartered cruise ship in Tilbury.

we should arrive in Portsmouth tomorrow afternoon after relaxing on the luxury liner. to make sure of getting a good night sleep we have the cruiser to ourselves and it looks like their are more staff than passengers, still it's only money.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

If anyone is going to watch Bournemouth reserves tomorrow night, please feel free to get there early and pop in to the Oxfam tent.

Udinese have sponsored this and have made sure it will be open early for the arrival of the home players and management.

Not only will they be handing out clothing and food parcels but also advice for those with money issues.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

Not a good start to the day, it seems that we cant train at the Southampton ground this morning because the electric has been cut off and they cant get the squatters out of the changing rooms.

it's not all bad though, the chairman has sent a couple of helicopters to fetch Stephen Fry and some comedians to do a couple of hours of Q.I. in the ships theatre to keep us amused through lunch( I just hope the caviar is up to standard).

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

Tonights game is definitely on, Udinese have paid the electric bill for them and bought a house for the squatters.

We have also delivered 20 Harrods food parcels to the home changing room so they wont have to start the game hungry.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

It's worse than I could of imagined, we have candles in the away dressing room, electric only comes on 30 minutes before kick off and we musnt move the 3 buckets as they catch the rainwater.

I'm feeling sorry for Bournemouth reserves though, they only have 3 balls to warm up with, two of them have thick laces holding them together, one of them says 'Stanley Matthews Size 4' and the other has a faded stamp on it 'something museum' is what I can make out.

The other one is a plastic ball that you buy for kids, you know, the ones where you try and curl it one way and then it starts to go in the other direction.

At least the sheep have done a decent job in keeping the grass down, I just hope someone gets them out of our goalmouth before the warm up.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

After taking a 1-0 lead against Bournemouth reserves, the lads just couldn't bring themselves to put more misery on the poor opposition and generously allowed them an equaliser.

It was sad to see a team that cant afford a new kit, the ten outfield shirts were of various red and white combinations with the only thing showing they were on the same side was the multitude of silver markings, which turned out to duct tape holding them together.

I hope a sponsor comes along soon, they need some new signings as apparently they have 2 players out with scurvy and another 3 with rickets.

Still, they have come a long way for a bunch of lads who just 18 months ago were playing in the park with jumpers for goalposts.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

Got top say travelling around the british isles in a cruiseship is definitely the way to travel, we have Kasabian and Radiohead entertaining us tonight.

Don't know whether we should be taking food parcels with us or not, having heard how grim it is oop north, we are not sure what to expect.

thanks Noisy, I never knew Matt prefers to be called Mackem Matt, that should get us off to a friendly start at least.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

the English Opera Company performed La Traviata during breakfast , which was nice.

Due to dock at Grimsby soon for fish and chips and a tour of places of interest, so we will have plenty of time to get to our game tonight. Although the cups are important, the reserves will be playing, good luck Matt.

We are trying to get Saturdays game at home to Everton moved to Glasgow so we can carry on the cruise.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

UDINESE are slowly improving, 2 league wins over Everton and Hanover have taken us off the bottom and a cup win on penalties against BMG have given us a semi final tie with Lazio.

We are disappointed to not be part of the 4 Nations competition anymore but it seems jealousy has led to discrimination and the Italians have unofficially been withdrawn from the competition.

All we can do is to keep spending our vast fortune on players, just so others cant buy them and to keep winning games so others cant get points, very sad to see such vile hatred towards 4 of the nicest managers you could wish to meet:(.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

start of a tough week for Udinese as we rest the first team tonight, in preparation for our final on Tuesday.

this will mean the reserves playing again on Thursday night, a bit of a gamble but we are after winning the cup and getting the extra prize money, you can never have too much money.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

Whilst we have even more money coming in tonight because of our cup final, we also won 550k in the Italian lottery at the weekend, which was nice.

Udinese have a full strength team out tonight and hope to bring home the cup, good luck Ray.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

Udinese take the final 1-0 in a very close game , unlucky Ray.

Playmaker Alaba fed Di Natale, who finished off a fine move, a goal that made him MOM.

Importantly we made more money, which means we can finally set up 'the bank of Udinese', any other clubs in our league may apply for loans of between 5 & 50M, it will depend on which nation they are from as to the interest rates charged.

Any defaults in repayments will lead to a lose of points and testicles.

Re: 4 NATIONS CHALLENGE 2, for the rich clubs only.

First game with the first team back in since the cup final win and we beat Athletic club 2-1.

Both cups go to Italian sides this season, whilst that is nice, it is a bit of a pain to have even more money to count.
