Advice for Bolton Squad

Hello everyone, this is my first post on these forums, glad to be a part here.

Just looking for some potential advice on my squad, I've already done a ton of work on it and was looking for any advice some veterans of SM could give me.

I have some screenshots of my Bolton squad (First Team, Youth Team, Loaned Out all included) from English Championship 31664 (#232306). I've been managing this team for just over a year (2 and a half seasons in game) and won Division 2 my first season, and finished 2nd in Division 1 in my second season. Included are my tactics and formation that I use, along with some (crazy!) statistics.

Oldest Players (First Team): Petr Cech (33), Yaya Toure (32), Joao Moutinho (29)

Youngest Players (First Team not on loan): Niklas Sule (20), Kurt Zouma (20), Raheem Sterling (20)

Longest Tenured Player: Robert Lewandowski - 395 days (September 6th 2014 -> October 5th 2015)

Most Recent Transfers: Serge Aurier from Paris Saint-Germain (9.1M), Yaya Toure from SL Benfica (4.6M + K. Huntelaar), Riyad Mahrez from Free Agent (3.9M), Philippe Coutinho from Arsenal (15.0M).
