Re: English Premier League ratings

This is the proof how SM prefers Premier league over others. ;)

If German ratings were so thorough then many players would be processed.

My only surprise is Arteta dropping to 91.

IMO is that he had one good season and should stay at 92.

And Nasri changing from AM/CM to AM/LM.

What do you think about his position change?

Re: English Premier League ratings

Brad Jones played 2 game and got injured, probably won't rise.

Spurs, Newcastle and Stoke haven't even been looked at yet, Possebon, Rodwell, Fletcher, Bendtner, Cole, Davenport, Edgar, etc still haven't risen.

So I'm hoping there will be more changes on Monday (Sunday is SM's day off).

Re: English Premier League ratings

bendtner should be 90 or 91 but staying at 88 is ridiculous. walcott should have been 90 or 91 too. 89 is fine, abit stingy though. surprising clichy didn't rise. the best leftback by a mile, should be at least 93 if not 94. sagna should have been 93 too. denilson should be 89 or 90 but i think he will get his deserved ratings in april. song??? ade should be 94 since torres is alrdy 96.

arteta's drop is ridiculous imo. manu still have some ratings that haven been done i think. theres no way wesbrown is staying at 90. should be 91.

i think there will be another round, maybe tmr or monday since the likes of spurs, newcastle havent even been reviewed.

wigan, brom, hull ratings should have been higher.

SM should judge players ratings comparing players. when you think kanoute, trez is 94 and ade is 93. its a little unfair.

miguel is 92, sagna is 92 too? lol

Prime example of a biased Arsenal fan...

Adebayor as good as Trez? Hmm...

Clichy 94? He's behind Evra and Abidal in the French team, so why should he be above Evra?

Walcott 90 or 91? Bit too early in the season mate. 89 is fine. 90 next time.

Bendtner 90 or 91? For what? Should be 89 IMO though.

Sagna 93? Again, for what? 92 is fine.

Denilson 89 or 90? Now that is a joke. 88 is fine, I can't say he's been performing to the standard of De La Red or Maresca in Spain for example.

Arteta only decreased as Everton and are doing so poor. If Everton turn things around and he is back to this best, there is no reason why he can't rise back to 92.

you haven't watch kanoute or trez play, have you? Yes, ade scores goals, but that's about it. In fact, i don't even think he is on the same level as berba atm.

Wes brown should stay, besides playing many games, he hasn't been spectecular or anything. If you rmb that Lell didn't even rise from 89 not too long back despite playing 3/4 of the season for bayern, brown's stay is expected.

denilson 89 or 90? No way is he higher than lucas, who didn't even rise. Lucas is in the NT and played a decent number of games last season, and it's only fair that denilson only got a rise of 1 for playing.

sanga was the best RB in the premier league last season imo. But he hasn't been playing much for the NT, thus 93 is beyond reach.

Clichy is not worse than evra, wonder why he din't rise

And arteta's drop is ridiculous, totally out of the blue. Guess they have to find a scapegoat for everton's poor form

p/s- why hasn't robinho's position been changed? Should be a F/W imo. He has been partnering Jo up front for man city in every game this season.

cheers

Re: English Premier League ratings

Can somebody give me 2 answers:

1.)Why did Arteta drop?

2.)What do you think about Mascherano's rating? (should stay the same' date='rise or ? )

3.)Why didn't Lescott increase?He should certainly get 91 in this rating change.[/quote']

Everton's poor poor start to the season meant that arteta and lescott became scapegoats. They haven't had a cleansheet in along time, and lescott hasn't been playing for the NT.

This answers 1 and 3.

Mash hasn't played much this season due to injuries and his late return from the olympics. But 95 is definitely not out of reach.

This answers 2.

cheers

1. as said earlier, has a tendency to disappear in games and everton have been poor since the last rating change

2. stick for now, possible rise to 95 next time, but 95/96 is probably his ceiling

3. again, everton being poor since the last changes and he's been very ropey so far this year - would have warranted a 91 based on this season but i suspect this season has put some doubt into the raters minds, hence sticking @ 90 for now

Yes,too bad for Everton as they had been great last season. This season they are playing excellent as guests and lost most of their points on home field.

IMO Lescott and Arteta are meant to rise (91,93) and that could happen until the end of the season.

In other hand, SM should look through Arteta's fingers this time as they did many times for some other players from "famous" clubs. ;)

can i ask what arteta has done to be on a higher level as someone like schweinsteiger or mancini?

and everton have been poor this season - 7 of their 8 points have come from newly promoted teams (and they were quite lucky to get a point against hull) and they gave up a 2-0 lead against a bad newcastle team within a few minutes

Re: English Premier League ratings

Evra 92 > 93.

Boswinga > 92 > 93.

Awesome for my Bayern Munchen.

Torres > 95 > 96 (Fully deserves it)

Hart 88> 89 (Sweet)

Defoe 89 > 90 (Deserves it)

Dunne 91 > 90 (Why? he was a great defender last season)

Mikel 90 > 91 (Awesome for three of my teams)

(A. Cole) 92 > 93 (Anyone agree with this?)

Re: English Premier League ratings

It looks like they've based it more so on the start of this season with nothing at all to do with the end of last season which seems a little unfair, yes the ratings are based on how they are doing now but completley disregarding the end of last season when united won the double, it still shocks me how overated barca's players are to united.

also everton have suffered due to this as they were brilliant last season as mentioned especially lescott. i hope they finish it off on monday

Re: English Premier League ratings

what about Riera and Kuyt? shouldn't they be 92? Kuyt changed to a AM/Fwd' date=' but got no change

but newcastle, tottenham and stoke will certainly be changed today, i think it's no coincidence that the 3 last positioned teams of the EPL didn't have any changes[/quote']

Riera isn't gonna rise yet, he's just joined.

As for Kuyt, well, there's still tomorrow.

And yeah, I don't see why Afonso Alves dropped either, 90 was pretty alright.

Still waiting on David Wheater... I hope he rises to 89 tomorrow!

Re: English Premier League ratings

Afonso Alves drop' date=' why?

He's a top player and imi hasn't dropped form AND Boro are doing very well atm

Ashley Cole ?[/quote']

Very surprised with that myself aswell but I don't have him with any teams so I don't care :D
