Sell Kovacic?

His price is now 24 M and I think that he is not a level player higher than 91.

Sell

Might regret that in a year or 2. How much do you need the cash? Personally I'm hanging on.

Nhe have to wait 2 years to see if hes really worth it? Naaa

Prefer to keep Wendell, Paulinho Filho, David Neres, Vitinho...

The hype on the kid is farcical. He has stated he wont be leaving until 2019 at the earliest, and he is likely to be a squad player this season. Flamengo have so many options on the forward flanks, and they have just taken Marlos Moreno on loan from Manchester City - another massively touted player who has gone to Europe and flopped) & still have Geuvanio ( who was hyped at Santos couple seasons ago and went to China in a big money deal, now back in Brazil on an 18 month loan), & Everton in his position alone.

The just renewed Mattheus Savio contract before he was loaned to Estoril, they have Lucas Paqueta too another highly touted attacker, and more right sided forwards Berrio & Thiago Santos. Ederson is overcoming a cancer diagnosis and treatment.

The Spanish media is going crazy and blowing some much smoke over the kid. He is starting for FLA in their opening region championship games versus Volta Redonda, Bangu & Cabofriense... but they are using a strictly junior side currently, here is his tap in v Cabofriense

https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/676032/Real-Madrid-transfer-news-Vinicius-Junior-goal-Flamengo-video-Brazil

He wasnt even the best player at Copinha 2017 when he came to the fore, yet papers such as AS make him out to be the kid who singled handedly won the cup. Flamengo's Copinha '17 winning  'Generation 2000' is regarded as golden, and they have a fair number of prospects waiting for a chance in the side, and the 2018 addition has thrown up a new kid on the block - Vitor Gabriel (who has already also made his senior bow) who got his chance has fellow prospect Lucas Silva got suspended (and he went on to make a goalscoring start to his pro career for the 1st team whilst suspended for the Copinha later stage)

Dont get me wrong he is a wonderful talent but already the pressure Madrid are building on him is just so unfair. Fortunately he seems to have a level head, and as he has stated he wont be leaving any time soon until he is ready and matured enough.

Claudio Gomes

One of the best young talents of PSG will sign with Manchester City.

Guardiola wants him for the first team next season.

Indeed, Claudio Gomes is a good player, I have nothing to comment about that. There is a problem with Guardiola's statement. I understand that he wants Gomes for first team, but let's be a little suspicious about the statement.
Maybe I am the only one (blame me, then) that supports the step-by-step development of the youngsters. Just look, for example, at Willem Geubbels, he is only 16 and was in the first team. But the coaches have to be cautious every time. They are responsible for  that choice.
In Premier League is too hard for a young player to become a full-time first player (for U17 players, I mean).
The only and maybe the best example of U17 hard working youngster in a major league and and a potential riser someday is Pietro Pellegri.

If I upset someone, I am really sorry, but this is the real face of European football these days.
