Cristian Pavon and other undervalued players in South America

Recommended Posts

Does anyone else think that the ratings for some of the players in the South American leagues are a little harsh?

For example, Cristian Pavon is playing for Boca Juniors alongside Carlos Tevez and has banged in 5 goals in 4 games. Yet he is only rated 80.

Fernando Zuqui is another regular starter for Boca and is only rated 83.

The vast majority of their other regulars are ranked at least 86 or above.

Meanwhile, for Corinthians, Yago started 30 games in the most recent season, but is only rated 78. Other defenders who played far fewer games are rated 85 or 86.
