Hi all, As you have seen, I have not really been active over the past few months other than updating my preds. It's just been me phasing out of the forum. Now that the reviews are done, I can say

Just noticed this thread has crossed 1 million views, 23k odd replies, 930 pages.  I know this is 3 and a half years old but I never intended for this to monopolise the forum back then (I would h

Liam Delap

Age - 17

Club - Manchester City

Position - Forward

Nationality - England

Born in Winchester, Delap started his career playing for Derby’s academy before signing for City.

Liam is a powerful runner who enjoys the physical battles with defenders, he’s not just a strong forward but a player who can knit the attacks together playing a big role in build up play.

To add to his power, he has a good turn of pace and great skill set being able to dribble in tight areas.

He’s the son of Rory Delap and many of you might ask ‘can he do it on a cold rainy night at Stoke’ or ‘Is he good at long throws like his dad’

Liam has recently been training with Manchester City’s first team and made it on to the bench for last night 3-1 win over Wolves.

I believe he has the ability to become a senior England international and could eventually lead the line on a regular basis. Delap has been capped at u15, u16 and u17 level so far.

Currently not in SM, but I don’t think it will be long.

SM rating - N/A

Value - N/A

Liam Delap makes his Premier League bow on the 52nd minute for City.

Would expect to see him get added in the coming days.

Rank Sancho, Dybala, Rashford?

How do each compare with Goretzka (my mid and attack are similar quality)?

Sancho, Dybala, Rashford

Quite good but I think Sancho >

Fati+Reyna+Renier or Sancho?

Iv got Sancho but feel the trio will be so much more valuable in about 2 years

Trio long term tho I'm not sure they will surpass Sancho's rating

I need a little personal opinion.. what do you do when your team gets hammered by an even team who is now two above me at the top of the table do you change formation or continue with the formation that kept me third on the league??

I’ll take a last minute goal against Spurs, but this new handball law is a joke 😂

How do you jump to head a ball with your arms tucked in? He’s not even looking 😂

That decision was unbelievable! As well as some of the other decisions this weekend. Something has to be done about the handball rule!

City have a new CB incoming, but imo they need a new RB and a new LB as well. Walker is nowhere near good enough for them. Mendy is awful. Ake will probably move to LB, with Dias playing with Laporte, but is Ake a LB? Not really.

No players needed for a few years in this team.... Wonder which player in the starting eleven will be the first to see a drop in rating and when...

First to drop should be Rashford or Arthur.

I genuinely cannot stand Rashford.  So over-rated.

He should keep his nose (it’s even bigger than mine and I’ve got a nose like a Donkeys cock!) out of politics.  I’m sure he’d not like it if we start putting politicians on a football pitch?  There is no genuine reason for child poverty in this country unless their parents are negligent.  That’s what the welfare state is for.  The welfare state that has had above inflation rises for about 7 years if my memory serves me right?

Should it pay to not work?  No.  It shouldn’t.

Rashford - Know your place sunshine.  You kick a football about, that’s it.

Credit where it’s due, I’ve never heard any bad off-field press about him.

Agreed about handball!

Woy Hodgson put it best saying it’s going to get to a point where attackers are just going to kick the ball against an opponents arm when it’s not by the defenders side and get awarded an easy penalty.

Because Currently whether the the ball hits the defenders arm intentional or not it will be a penalty.

I would be happy to scrap VAR when it comes to handballs.

You reckon Ruben Dias is the answer to Man City’s woeful defence?

I don’t watch Benfica much, watch mainly Sporting and V.Guimaraes in Portugal. @TMCostawhat is your opinion?
