Bailey.

Hes been excellent this season for Leverkusen, really stepped up. Chance of a +1 in my opinion.

If Reguilon will be first team I would go for him otherwise the duo.

Silvestri

Hmm, in my opinion i think it's little and i wouldn't give him. I can use Ricardo Pereira on that side if i would give him.

Hi all, As you have seen, I have not really been active over the past few months other than updating my preds. It's just been me phasing out of the forum. Now that the reviews are done, I can say

Just noticed this thread has crossed 1 million views, 23k odd replies, 930 pages.  I know this is 3 and a half years old but I never intended for this to monopolise the forum back then (I would h

If you are not comfortable with the deal then keep Reguilon 😊

I just see the duo as a fair deal, Badiashile is a top talent Cucurella is a competent LB and you have decent cover in Ricardo Pereira.

I'm looking forward to seeing the rise in ratings for Southampton players. I went to the Saints game yesterday and, yes it was only Sheffield United, but I was genuinely shocked at the progress since I last went to a game.

I reckon:

McCarthy 86 - 87/88

KWP 83-86

Vestergaard 87 - 88

Bednarek maybe 88-89 - not convinced though

JWP 89-90

Romeu 87-88

Armstrong 86-87/88

Adams 83-86

Ings will stay 90 but should be 91 really. But his injury has probably blown that happening.

Result of Spreadsheet Predictions for 3 French Clubs

Results-Sp-Sht-Preds-Franc-Reim-St-Etien

You can see that SM have only really touched the top part of the lists and left the rest, mostly anyway, on this review.

Not what a proper Review should look like but SM insist on doing it at the normal time for review when much less games have been played this Covid year. Hope SM will delay the rest of the Big5 review until January by which time hopefully we will be closer to the normal, having played around half of the games and get a much better picture.

Doubt they will but that's the way they do things, basically for their own convenience. They could of course have done the much delayed MLS Reviews in this time slot instead and I believe most of the forum would have much preferred that.

Hope the above is of some interest to the forum, Cheers Socca 😀

Ps will be working on another spreadsheet upload of Premiership club predictions after Lunch, for the usual 5 to 6pm slot this evening.

Yvan Neyou did actually rise to 82.

I think the way SM did the French review made it much harder to predict and it shows on that table. Some of my predictions were off and I’m sure others are too.

Sell up he’s linked with Torino. Ouch 🤕

Oof

I think he'll go to a Middle East club. If so he'll be a safe 92 😂

He had a fallout with Gasperini and the club backed the manager.

Just few days back I read about this fallout.

Shame really

Is Tavernier worth a punt? His numbers are extraordinary, but then again he's done it in the Scottish league. Although, he has replicated that form in the Europa league. How high will he get to if Rangers win the the Scottish league and go far in the Europa League?

86, maybe 87 if they win the league

86 for sure in my opinion. Rangers are phenomenal this season and for a full back to put up them kind of numbers is very very good.

He actually said in an interview for sky sports that he wants to get 20 goals for the season. Well he’s on his way to that target for sure.

Yes Kieran totally agree SM just took the clear and obvious ones and ditched all the other risers. Thanks for the correction and a good one at that.

Could McKennie go up to 89 or is it too much?

88 for now, 89 in the summer.

Leon bailey or marcus thuram?

Leon Bailey, he’s been exceptional this season.

9 goals 5 assists all competitions - 7.55 rating.

Only thing going for Thuram out of the 2 is that he’s playing UCL football.

Minutes will vary game by game and league position also helps a lot. Anything over 0% indicates likely riser, higher the better/safer. Negative percentages don't predict a drop just less chances of a rise. The more games played the more accurate the predictions will become.

I am concentrating mainly on Younger under 89 rated players as these are more consistent risers and more profitable, Goal keepers are dealt with by SM in a completely different way, which is why I mostly also ignore Gk's

Not many risers at Sheffield United BUT Southampton make up for that with 7 risers. Not as good as France has been finding much bigger numbers of risers.

Thanks for the Forum’s interest and support of the Spreadsheet, which is greatly appreciated, Cheers Socca😀

Nice stuff! Regarding Sheffield Utd, I predicted Baldock too but I think it will not happen as they are probably going down to the Championship. I think based on gametime the only rises I see are Ampadu (80), Lowe (82), Burke (83), Robinson (83) and Osborn (83). Maybe Ramsdale too but he hasn't been too great.
