NORTHER IRELAND PREMIERSHIP

WALES CYMRU PREMIER

It would be good if there was a way to search by league in the game

Agreed mate. But then it makes it too easy for people to scout, especially with scheduled reviews.

I wish Soccerwiki had that feature - the best you can do is search for players by country, and it shows you both the club and league they're in.

Minutes will vary game by game and league position also helps a lot. Anything over 0% indicates likely riser, higher the better/safer. Negative percentages don't predict a drop just less chances of a rise. The more games played the more accurate the predictions will become.

I am concentrating mainly on Younger under 89 rated players as these are more consistent risers and more profitable, Goal keepers are dealt with by SM in a completely different way, which is why I mostly also ignore Gk's

Sp-Sht-Pred-Prem-Livp-Man-Ci1.png

Again lots of risers but be careful about the RED Boxes. I see Diego Jota is now -1.2% BUT, even tho his rating will be negatively very low by his targeted return date, middle of February, I think SM may well remember his big impact at Liverpool and let him have his rise. As you see Robertson's RED Box is a lightly tinged colour, as I also think he should get his 94 for being so good for so long.

Man C are already as low as 8th and may well drop a little further if The Premiership allow many of their games to be postponed for "Covid Reasons".

Anyway we'll see what happens in due course as some pundits are already calling for a temporary Football Covid break.

Hope not. Thanks to everyone for their interest and support, much appreciated and really keeps me going, Cheers Socca 😀

Ps I am really looking forward to Spurs at home to Leeds on Saturday. YES it could be another 6:2 but I'm not bothered I expect Leeds to still rely on all out attacking. We won't change & If Mourinho has another counter attack plan to outwit Bielsa, so be it. It will be very interesting to watch and I'm sure I'll enjoy it anyway. B4 this of course we have Spurs in action tonight against Fulham 8pm with Liverpool away at Newcastle same time. Fantastic! I'm gonna watch Spurs tho in preparation for their game on Saturday lunchtime with us. 😛

Ederson moraes +1?

Probably not although Man City’s defence has been excellent in recent months. Less can be said about their attack.

Doubtful but if SM want to continue their Christmas generosity it would be nice BUT say a 10% chance? He hasn't been at his very best and ManC haven't either. Against that a bit, he should have got another rise in recent previous seasons IMO.

Do we think Sutalo at Atlanta will get a rise at all?

Agreed, what a year he has had, dropped to 92 last Dec, then 93 in August, 94 in December again

Does anyone have feelings about how volatile Muller's rating has been?  Traditionally, I feel like we would have seen a player with his performances stay at 93 last Dec, rise to 94 in Aug, stay at 94 in Dec.  He and Neuer have both been on a ride.  Personally, I like the volatility - trying to get ahead of rating changes is the most fun part of the game in my opinion, so the more changes, the better.

I have posted on the subject of "A Roller Coaster of More Dynamic Ratings" in years gone by. It would be great but unfortunately SM=Slow Motion tho I have admit they are trying harder in recent months. The downside tho is faster means missing risers by SM instead.

I have long since advocated reviews being more Dynamic. For example say someone like Rooney was rated 96 & showed poor form & was dropped from first team then his fall from 96 could be enacted much more quickly than the 6 to 7years it has taken. Probably by now & certainly in recent times his drop could have been to 85 by now. Then lets say he got really fit & started scoring goals aplenty again. Then by the end of next season his 85 could be reversed to 90/92 in that season alone. More excitement & more profit for managers who recognise this return to form first.

Similary for Dembele who could hit say 93 while playing top form for a big club & penalised if he then lost form & then went back to 89. Players form would be a crucial estimation for a season to come. Everyone would make mistakes & great successes as players form yo-yo'd. A "Mbappe type" player 75 rated going up to 90 in a season??

Would this be too much? A massive transfer fight to get your hands on potential greats??

Of course SM = Slow Motion & therefore no way this will happen, so it's just a "dynamic flight of fancy" on my part.

Worth keeping Cristian Romero if I have Roger Ibanez, Ben White, Badiashile, Kabak, Botman, Simakan, Kumbulla, Saliba, Eric Garcia, Fofana, Perr Schuurs, Lenny Lacroix?

Depends if you need money

Getting Marcos Llorente plus Donyell Malen for giving Eric Garcia?

Or

Getting Leon Bailey plus Nadiem Amiri/Angelino plus Marcus Edwards for giving Eric Garcia plus Di Maria?

The top one.

Marcos Llorente + Donyell Malen for Eric Garcia.

Do you guys think there is a possibility that Édouard Mendy at Chelsea could get a +2 in the winter review after a decent honeymoon period (although that seems to be well & truly over now)

Both emiliano martinez and edouard mendy would deserve a +2 imo .

question is always will they get it .
