his stats do not seem too impressive to me , however i see rahul has him down for a raise .

Small chances to get +1 at this review. I think he will stay at 90. Do you have other options with brighter future in his place?

Does anyone have feelings about how volatile Muller's rating has been?  Traditionally, I feel like we would have seen a player with his performances stay at 93 last Dec, rise to 94 in Aug, stay at 94 in Dec.  He and Neuer have both been on a ride.  Personally, I like the volatility - trying to get ahead of rating changes is the most fun part of the game in my opinion, so the more changes, the better.

Reflective of Bayern's struggles under Kovac and then Flick leading them to a treble - pretty unprecedented resurgence in football.

Worth keeping Cristian Romero if I have Roger Ibanez, Ben White, Badiashile, Kabak, Botman, Simakan, Kumbulla, Saliba, Eric Garcia, Fofana, Perr Schuurs, Lenny Lacroix?

If you want to sell Romero, do it after he rises. I'd rather sell White first.

Getting Marcos Llorente plus Donyell Malen for giving Eric Garcia?

Or

Getting Leon Bailey plus Nadiem Amiri/Angelino plus Marcus Edwards for giving Eric Garcia plus Di Maria?

Get the duo

Possible

Hello guys,

Joe Gomez or Ruben Dias. As a fan of Liverpool i'm more inclined to Gomez but i think Dias has a better chance to take +1 and, maybe, a bright future for Dias.

What is your opinion?

Thanks!

Gomez personally but Dias may be a safe option as we don't know how Gomez will come back from injury

I would not say it's a guarantee, Atletico are flying so I thought there is a slight chance

Welcome to Rahul's rating predictions. This thread has gone from predictions of the big five leagues, to other prominent European leagues, to leagues all over the world. It's gone way become ratings too, inadvertently becoming the go-to thread on this forum. I'm quite happy with how things have ended up.

Links below go to the relevant league. I don't do predictions for every single league, but I have made rating lists for the minor leagues. I have now categorised leagues by continent (Africa is never reviewed), mentioning whether predictions are done/when the review was done. I hope this makes things better.

Handy tip: Control + F to search for which ever player you want.

Looking for a central defender , winger and striker . Preferably someone rising from 89/90 to 91 .

I am planning to sell neuhaus (90) , lucas hernandez (91) , jesus (92) and lucas ocampos (91) , so in need of some replacements .

Pogba -1

what do you think about it? Thank you.

Luke Shaw - 89 ->89/90

Fred - 90 -> 90/91

Maguire - 91 -> 91

Mctominay - 88 -> 89

Pogba - 93 -> 93

Van De Beek - 91 -> 91

If United are still touching distance to Liverpool come the review then I think Fred and Shaw will have a better chance of rising.

Bulgarian review should be starting in the next couple of days, here are a few players from the top 6 teams (-Lokomotiv Plovdiv) who could rise.

Ludogorets Razgrad

Georgi Minchev - 78 -> 80
Christian Illic - 74 -> 76
Dinis Almeida - 78 -> 80

CSKA Sofia

Valentin Antov - 79 -> 82
Bradley Mazikou - 77 -> 80

Arda Kardzhali

Svetoslav Kovachev - 75 -> 78
Rumen Rumanov - 75 -> 77

Beroe Stara Zagora

Alioune Fall - 77 -> 80
Manteca Octavio - 77 -> 78

CSKA 1948 Sofia

Daniel Naumov - 74 -> 78
Georgi Rusev - 74 -> 75

Not many players but a few who have potential to rise, Antov and Mazikou are the best buys both playing Europa League football also.

Hope this helps 😊

Bulgaria predictions part 2 with the final teams from the bottom half of the league. One thing I have noticed from Cyprus and Bulgaria is the lack of players in each squad apart from the top teams of course.

I think this is more of adding players review than anything else although there are still players to be had especially in a poor economy/low squad cap game world.

Anyway here are my final predictions:

Cherno More

Vasil Panayotov - 76 -> 78
Tsvetomir Panov - 77 -> 78

Tsarsko Selo Sofia

Luis Pedro - 73 -> 75
Emanuil Manev - 74 -> 76
Dylan Mertens - 73 -> 76

Levski Sofia

Mateo Stamatov - 70 -> 75
Thomas Dasquet - 74 -> 76
Nigel Robertha - 77 -> 78
Alex Petkov - 73 -> 77

PFC Montana

Rayan Senhadji - 72 -> 75
Yanko Angelov - 76 -> 77

Botev Plovdiv

Atanas Iliev - 77 -> 79

Best buy is Mateo Stamatov who could see a higher rise than just +5.

Not a huge selection of players but like I’ve mentioned above I think we will see a lot of players from Bulgaria get added to the database in days to come.

Cyprus and Bulgaria have both been clean up jobs so far. Big five will continue in the new year.

A few rating changes from Bulgaria this morning:

Dinis Almeida - 78 -> 80

Bradley Mazikou - 77 -> 80

Thomas Dasquet - 74 -> 77

Alex Petkov - 73 -> 76

Alioune Fall - 77 -> 78

What does it take for a 90 to rise 91, a 91 to rise 92 and so on and so on? From my time playing the game I've always felt to get to 91 you have to be in the top of your respective statistics i.e goals/assists/clean sheets. However there must be a point where trophies and team accomplishments create a 'rating ceiling' of how far a player can truly go? I.e you could be the top scorer in the league but finish 7th. Surely you would never rise however many goals you score or clean sheets you keep.

Appreciate this may be a complicated/unanswerable question but I'm interested on everyone's thoughts

Combination of gametime, club, league, performance (individual and club), influence on a team. Obviously easier to make those changes for attackers. A bit more difficult for defenders.

There are clear rating ceilings put in place - they can be broken of course, but generally you find the high rated player in a small club got that rating elsewhere and then transferred.

I think the ceilings make sense - and if a player is getting 20 goals a season at a mid-table club consistently, he'll get the move to a bigger club anyways...

One exception is Vardy, but Leicester have established themselves as one of the best of the rest, and 92 is a great rating.

Another is Atalanta and Ilicic/Papu - previous ceiling was probably 90, but they broke that.
