I only noticed now that you had a look at the leagues outside the big 5. Thank you for the effort you put in BTW. Belgium however isn't among them while Belgium will overtake Ukraine on the Uefa coefficient ranking and will soon be breathing down Portugal's neck. Belgium still have 3 teams in the EL (e.g. Ukraine have none) and one Belgian club is already guaranteed to advance to the QFs + extra points (Gent v. Genk tie).

Compared to the Eredivisie clubs, Belgian clubs are performing much better. In each of the 5 years that make up the Uefa coefficient ranking Belgium have outperformed Holland. Belgium have left Holland far behind and keep moving up the ranking while Holland have already lost their only direct CL spot and will have to play more EL qualifiers as well. This year Ajax is the last Dutch club in the EL while there are 3 Belgian clubs (11.100 points already as 1 club is guaranteed to be in the QFs). I had a look at the top clubs in both countries. In no way do the ratings of the squads reflect how poor Dutch clubs have been or how well the Belgian ones have performed. Belgian squads are very much undervalued. Even with a generous Belgium review the Dutch clubs will be ahead.

Tl;dr SM showing too much bias against Belgium = SMH

Dont you expect Michael Keane to get a +1 Rahul?

Seems to get praised for his performances and is being linked regularly with top clubs which we know SM like.

He could get that

Excellent predictions once again Rahul. Looking forward to seeing your predictions for the other leagues when you get round to it :). I noticed you've got Cech -1 though...seems a bit harsh? Is it because he hasn't played in the UCL?

Thanks! Yeah, maybe a bit harsh, but he's declining...
