A shame Yari's shot didn't go in. Always nice to score on your debut. Next game, at home against San Marino, Belgium will most likely be the first team to qualify for the EUROs. Top seed status is still at stake in the remaining games. Yet with 16/24 teams advancing to the KO rounds at the final event seeding isn't that important (but adding to our FIFA ranking could one day be). Martinez delivered on qualification and can already prepare for the EUROs (or experiment).

New players like Dodi Lukebakio and Bryan Heynen in the next games is also a possibility. Working to a future after our golden generation. 1000dB

Sorry not really been about on the forum dealing with a death in the family. You mean the Scotland game? Well Scotland are shot to pieces at the minute sacking our manager after the disastrous first double header. I believe we have the right guy in Steve Clarke to get us back on track but it is going to take time, a time that may not be afforded him as our fans are fickle with us not qualifying for a competition for so long. He is testing out what he has at his exposal as we try and get a team in some sort of shape by the time of the play-offs as we earned one through Nations League. Belgium were better than us with KDB playing a virtual perfect game. We made a few schoolboy errors like Belgium scoring mere seconds after we had a dangerous free-kick. I think Belgium showed some weaknesses but we were unable to exploit them. Scotland missed Leigh Griffiths as we do not have another striker that can deliver. He should be back soon after his mental health break. Hopefully Steve Clarke can sort our defensive frailties out sooner rather than later. Scotland will finish third in group. Belgium won the game well and they look quite formidable for the future tournament. I hope you do well there. thorgan lesar and Elizeu Campos

Yet another hattrick. If you like goals... watch Genk. Their away record in the CL is abysmal (conceded 14 last time but TBF it's been a while).
