The rules are: Max rating 85. Max age 23. Every team starts with no players and gets a bugdet of 80M. 3 Divisions of 20 teams each. Season begins on August 16th so there's plenty of time to build your team. You're more than welcome to join the league and I hope everyone has a good time. See you soon!
