Re: Biggest Upcoming Risers

Very helpful thread. Great to see a few of my scouts there ;).

Actually I think the majority of them are from your rating and scouting threads lol.

Thanks for the reps and such guys. I've signed most of these up for my teams now. Boy have I missed Rating increases.

Also, if anyone knows any other big risers, or promising, very young players who could get a small rise (like Ibrahim), please mention them. Credit will be given where credit's due. :)

Re: Biggest Upcoming Risers

Drats... Second time lucky. :P

Alagie Sosseh

Sosseh has had 4 starts and 1 sub appearance so far this season totaling 366 minutes.

With 366 minutes this makes Sosseh Hammarby's 3rd choice striker behind PAULINHO GUARÁ (86) and DAVIES (82).

Hammarby are in a healthy 5th position.

The average rating for a Hammarby player in 79 with the highest being rated 86.

Sosseh is valued at £21,000 and can be purchased at £10,000

71 ---> 78/80

Re: Biggest Upcoming Risers

Sosseh added, Goreux updated.

Natkin (ntfc.atkin that's your new nickname ;)) how do you find all of these? Keep it up! I added in the prediction in the middle of your prediction.

And Luke, I updated Goreux's rating, but sticking to the conservative side, as SM have been of late. Thanks for the note. :)

Re: Biggest Upcoming Risers

Merenich is spelt Marenich on the DB. Idk if that's your bad or theirs' date=' just pointing it out.[/quote']

That would be my error. Thanks for the notice, I've changed it now. I've also added Badelj to the list, as he seems to be the replacement for the departed Luca Modric at Dinamo Zagreb, and has been played in 5 matches from 5, 4 as starter, scoring 2 goals from midfield. Could hit around 80 at the first ratings if he plays regularly.

Ivan Kelava also played 7 times also last season, could hit around 78.

Insider showed me a link to his 08-09 Statistical Analyser thread, which is where I got most of the Brazilians from. There is also some Austrians on there that I will add on sometime today. There are quite a few players on that thread that I didn't mention, as the rise would be smaller, or the players were quite old, so give it a read and there may be some players on there, not in this thread, that may be worth buying, depending on your team.

Edit: I have updated the first post so the players are in categories of the country they play in, and in order of when they will get reviewed. I'm not sure when SM will do the Summer Ratings again (is it after Italy (Week 12), after Brazil, Argentina, etc (Week 1/2), or is it neither?), so I just added them at the bottom.

Re: Biggest Upcoming Risers

Lasse Heinze

Heinze is a goalkeeper, currently playing for Midtjylland in Denmark. He is 22 years old, currently rated 77 but due to his stats, i think he will rise to about 82 in the next danish rating changes. He played in the last 12 games of the last season and also in the first 3 games this season. He is keeping on the bench an 84 rated goalkeeper, so an 82 seems about right for me ;)

Re: Biggest Upcoming Risers

I'd add Jonjo Shelvey to that list. He's only 70 rated, but has played in every pre-season friendly for Charlton and has been given the number 7 shirt for the season. As a Charlton fan i can tell you this kid will be something special and although he won't play every game due to his age and fatigue, he will play a lot. Should easily be low 80s by the end of the season.

Re: Biggest Upcoming Risers

This is a very good thread, very informative, well done Seftinho! What makes this different from others is that you've arranged the players in ratings change order. First thing I did was sign the croat players as they are first on list. Rep 4 u!

EDIT: Need to spread it around first

Re: Biggest Upcoming Risers

I'm new here and generally I search players which I expect to increase in rating myself... I bought the likes of Martin Bravo (77 -> 86), Anthony Annan (74 -> 84) and Sebastian Rajalakso (70 -> 80)... How about these players? Do you guarantee that they will increase?

Re: Biggest Upcoming Risers

As I said in the first post, only a couple of these are my finds, and the only players I've predicted ratings for are the Brazilians, and a few others such as Soder, Ibrahim and Ravasi as no-one had made predictions. But a lot of them, specifically the Croats, Russians, French, Danes, and Belgians were BenReado's predictions. A few others ntfc.atkin has posted about and given his predictions, but I trust all the ratings they've given, that's why I put them on the list, and the chances are that they will be right to within one rating, they are that good at scouting.

So whereas I can't guarantee they'll get that rating, you can be sure that they'll get within one or two ratings of it, possibly lower, possibly higher, possibly exactly on. With SM you never know, so it's impossible to guarantee, but you can rely on the fact that these predictions will be very close (if not perfect), and most of them are getting such big rises that it doesn't matter if the guess is a rating or two out.

If you can input the number of appearances and goals it would be much better :P lol
