Ipswich Town 0 Gillingham 2

Gillingham shocked league leaders Ipswich Town last night with a 0-2 win. Manager Dave Hampton was absolutely delighted with his team performance.He said "The lads played a blinder last night and shocked Ipswich and stunned them with a 2-0 win especially in their own back yard" He added "If we can beat the league leaders we can beat anyone"

The gills win has seen them stay in 8th position in Div 3 with a MOM performance from Dirk Lottner said an SM reporter.

Walsall 0 Gillingham 3

An improved performance away from home saw the Gills thrash Walsall 3-0 to move two places to 7th in league division 3. MoM Darius HENDERSON got a brace while Youssef MOKHTARI got the other goal in this thriller! Darius HENDERSON now has 10 goals for the season.

Gillingham 3 Bristol City 0

The Gills had a very good win at home by beating Bristol City 3-0.There was two goals from Darius HENDERSON and the other was from MoM Matthew JARVIS.Darius HENDERSON is currently 3rd in the Division 3 top 25 scorers chart with 12 goals from 16 appearances.The win keeps Gillingham in 7th place.

Swindon Town 0 Gillingham 5

A superb performance saw the Gills beat Swindon Town away from home last night by a phenominal 0-5 win! Scorers were:

Matthew JARVIS (7)

Darius HENDERSON (9)

Youssef MOKHTARI (23)

Darius HENDERSON (50)

Darren BYFIELD (82)

With a MoM Performance again for Darius HENDERSON who got two goals and has a total amount of 14 goals from 18 appearances and is topping the goal scoring chart for Division 3.

The win moves Gillingham up to 6th place in the Division. The only downfall of the game was when Youssef MOKHTARI got sent off.The manager is absolutely delighted with performances so far this season(barring the sending off), as was said in a latest interview.

Cardiff City 2 Coventry City 3

A close-fought game at Ninian Park saw the Sky Blues get their second consecutive win and re-ignite their promotion hopes.

Gary McSheffrey opened the scoring for the visitors with a clean strike on 5 minutes, and doubled Coventry's advantage just before the half-hour with a well-worked individual goal.

James Beattie got a scrappy goal to get the Bluebirds back into the match five minutes later, but McSheffrey got a fine first-half hat-trick on 39 minutes with a powerful header. Cameron Jerome got a late consolation for the home team. Coventry move up to 5th, one point off 3rd spot.
