****** off i didn't clinch the Italian league this season, Me & Lazio were dominating the league and then Napoli started to creep up the table, the thing that screwed me over the most was the stupid results i got when everyone was on a bad streak.

Spartak Moscow's Revolution Begins

f_boselli_v.jpg

After less than 24 hours of being appointed as manager, Tavey has already been maken changes. He has been very busy in the transfer market and has loaned Diego Capel and Aly Cissokko off Chelsea and fellow Irishman Mr. McCandless. Tavey has also brought in Mauro Boselli from AC Milan on an undisclosed fee. The fee is thought to be around 9 million.

sinama2.jpg

Tavey has also made Florent Sinama Pongolle his top target and has confirmed that he has made a respectable bid for him. A spokesman had this to say, "It is unknown whether Sinama is available or not but Tavey is willing to go all out for the French striker. The fans are clearly very excited about the possibility of having Sinama Pongolle here and so is Tavey. Tavey has been a big fan of his for years and he feels that he is exactly what we need here."

Re: Gold Championship 31 discussion/match report's

CSKA Moskav are starting to gain pace after a terrible start to the season.http://forum.soccermanager.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

At the end of last season in Div 2, Spartak took the title after beating CSKA with a thumping win against their rivals in what was to be a champions decider. http://forum.soccermanager.com/images/smilies/confused.gif

A brilliant end to a great season but not what the CSKA manager was after.

CSKA put this behind them to gain promotion via the play-offs and win the Russian cup!! Not a bad end to what could have been a disaster.http://forum.soccermanager.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Much re-working of the team saw CSKA bring in some of the depth they needed to fight in all compotions. Having such a well know manager (lol) meant that names like Steve Mandanda, Felipe Melo, Vedran Corluka, Darren Fletcher (all truely brilliant already and with even more potential) all jumped at the chance to join the revolution. Then the experience in Filipo Inzaghi joined in a player/coach roal. A decision which has started to pay dividence.

With four straight wins in all cometitions and a vital win over Spartak in the last game has their tital rivals in ore of the revolution in operation in this Iron team.

Managers beware, CSKA for the league. ha.http://forum.soccermanager.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

Milan Travel To Palermo

Wednesday will see potential champions Milan travel to Stadio Renzo Barbera in Sicily to try and keep their lead at the top to 6 points.

Recent months at the San Siro have seen manager Nin Chatha make some changes whilst being able to keep the squad focused on a championship charge. New players such as Andres Iniesta, David Silva, Xabi Alonso, Thomas Vermaelen, Thiago Silva, Martin Demichellis, Lisandro Lopez & Bastian Schweinsteiger have settle in fast and adopted to the italian culture with instant success and could deliver that league title Chatha has been craving after since taking over 5 seasons ago.

Wednesday's game will see Chatha hand a debut to French International Frank Ribery (Seen below training with Demichellis). And hope his impact from the midfield will deliver devastating results.

AC MILAN APPOINTS ShaneMcG

120px-AC_Milan.svg.png

New AC Milan Manager Mr Shane McGrory has spoken to the press today for the first time since taking control of the club.

-

Taking to the press for the first time Mr McG said "Its great to get going to with one of Europes premier teams in terms of history. This is an exciting time for me personally to try and lead AC Milan to a domestic crown for the first time in over 9 years. The Rossoneri fans deserve to see this team back to the very top. Our long term goal though is to try and establish a good enough side to challenge for the prestigious Champions league trophy."

-

McG has moved quickly to add every first team player of high enough caliber will get their chance to shine this season but thinks they lack some depth. He adds that the first team personnel is top class and will give the current squad every chance in the upcoming months to stop him from having to sell some of them to invest back into the team.

-

ShaneMcG promises the fans a great attacking line up with silky football from the new Diavolo under his guidance. He asks the fans to be patient as he moulds his team together in the coming months.

-

He welcomes ALL PMs regarding squad, many players for exchange just make a BID or PM to discuss....
