Radebe20 8,236
Over the coming week I will be Scouting the Scandinavian countries, where the youth systems are flourishing spectacularly well. The rating changes occur during the summer rating changes, so you should see the effects in late November/ early December. In most of my predictions I have been a little conservative to represent the outlook of SM at the moment, so expect the occasional rise to be more than stated! There are many huge talents to pick up, so have a look through what I write, and feel free to comment negatively or positively. Radebe20 8,236
Re: Radabe's Scandanavian Scout First up is Sweden, with the teams listed in current league order. There are a couple of teams that seem to have been abandoned by SM, only having 3 players. This is a little disappointing but I'm sure they will be added to the database in due course. Each player is listed with their current rating, their age, and their predicted rating. Any queries feel free to ask. Radebe20 8,236
Re: Radabe's Scandanavian Scout Next up is Norway. There are not as many risers as Sweden, but there are a couple of big ones to watch out for. Also, one player who is yet to be added to the database, Jonatan TOLLAS. I suggest he is snapped up once added, because despite playing for Aalesunds, who are 2nd bottom at the moment, he is a huge talent and it will be interesting to see what rating he is given. Anything under 76 leaves a huge bargain to be purchased. Insider 11,470
Re: Radabe's Scandanavian Scout Good stuff, but I'd like to see a reason as to why they are increasing. Stats of a short line or something?
Radebe20 8,236
Re: Radabe's Scandanavian Scout Will also add minutes to the side of each player as a justification of my proposed rise, along with their teams highest rated player as soon as I get time. The Swedish league is 26 games in, meaning that there is a possibility of approximately 2350 minutes, and the Norwegian league is 24 games in so out of roughly 2200 minutes. MightyShrimper 246
Re: Radabe's Scandanavian Scout I started making a Scandinavian risers thread a few days ago, but I've only done Sweden so far, and I have a few more players than you. Most of my predictions are similar and exactly the same as yours. Should I bother starting a new thread, or should I post my predictions in comparison with yours? I'm not too fussed where post them. He's gone to Sweden and proved himself to be absolutely top class in that league, but SM are going to have a 89 in a league they see as minor. I think a decrease to 88 is fair seeing as he is taking the league by storm, but we could see a fall to 87. At his age though it doesnt really **** much off his value anyway. Radebe20 8,236
Re: Radabe's Scandanavian Scout Minutes added to each player, and best buys are written in italics. Will look at doing Finland tomorrow.
Radebe20 8,236
Re: Radabe's Scandanavian Scout I appreciate the lack of interest in this thread, as most players are in the 70's, raising to the low 80's, and there are no mid to high 80 risers. However.. Most forumers compete in gold championships, and will therefore understand the difficulty in buying rising players. Well all these players should rise, with some even rising 8. And the best part is there are no scandinavian teams managed in gold championships, meaning you can pick up big risers for a minimal amount of cash and hassle. Just a thought. Will do Finland if there is still any interest.
