Attention now turns to the League after Benfica have won both domestic cups. Dai Winston's team currently hold a ten point lead at the top, with Sporting sitting in second. Benfica will have the luxury of fielding a full strength team for the remainder of the season and can really go for the title.

Benfica are on an amazing run this season under the management of Dai Winston. They have already lifted both domestic cups and are currently twelve points clear at the top of the league.

The team are on an 18 game winning streak, and also they are unbeaten in 22 games currently. This is a remarkable achievement and Winston is very hopeful of doing the treble this season.

Zenit go top!

Zenit have gone top after demolishing Dynamo Kiev by four goals to one.

They were without the suspended Niang and rested first teamers after their cup victory in midweek. Cacho and Tekke started up front and Zenit looked to take their good form one step furthur.

They dominated from the start and took an early lead through Cacho, who cooly finished after a brilliant through ball by Zyranov. They then doubled their lead 10 minutes later when De La Pena was given too much space in the penalty area. Tekke added a third just before half time with a simple tap in.

Dynamo looked down and out already, and this proved to be the case when Cacho got his second of the game to make it four-nil. But Bangura did get a consolation goal for the home side.

Due to Spartak Moscow and Lokomotivs' 0-0 draw, Zenit now top the table and their season really looks to be heading in the right direction.

Final Score: Dynamo Kiev 1-4 Zenit

Madrid Last Night Played Espanyol In What Would Turn Out To Be A Easy Game For Madrid. It Took Real 28 Minutes To Score Mardrid Legend Raul Heading Into The Roof Of The Net, A Minute Later Veteran Serhiy Rebrov Smashing In a Header. Espanyol Should Of Scored Through Raul Tamudo.

Serhiy Rebrov Nearly Added A Third With His 25 Yard Shot smashing Against The Cross Bar. Raul Made It 3-0 When He Rounded The Keeper And Rolling The Ball In The Net. 8 Minutes After Real Got His Third They Got There 4th Dutch Midfielder Royston Drenthe Goes On A Mazy Run And Smashing In, Sending The Crowd Wild. Madrid Got The 3 Points And Still Sit Second 5 Points Behing Athletico Madrid.

Zenit re-take top spot....

Zenit cruised to victory against a hopeless Amkar to re-take 1st place in the Russian league. It was an eventful week for Russian football, as CSKA Moscow brought in their third manager of the season. Thomas Blow resigned from the club after being offered the Stuttgart job, so ex-Betis manager Darren Cooper stepped up to the challenge. CSKA have been in good form of late, but are still six points off the top spot.

Denisov and Zyranov put Zenit 2-0 up at half time, and Zenit's quick counter-attacking style seemed to be working well. Amkar never showed any real threat and another brilliantly worked move was finished off by Ricksen to put Zenit 3-0 up.

But their was some consolation for Amkar, who pulled one back after Lavrik showed real class and scored a good goal. But Zenit got another one before the end of the game, Zyranov got his second of the night with a powerfull shot from outside the box. Lokomotiv Moscow's draw meant that Zenit re-took 1st place, and they are looking good with 8 games left. But Wednesday nights game against 2nd placed Lokomotiv will be vital.

Final Score: Zenit 4-1 Amkar

Ruud Van Nistelrooy can leave Madrid, im looking for 1 player in exchange.

The players needs to be a youngster with a rating of 90-91 in any position.

Gabriel Heinze can also leave the club, I would like 1 player.

The player in exchange needs to be a RB/RM rating of 87-89, Under 25 years old.

Madrid currently sit 7 points ahead of Real Betis at the top of the Spanish League.

Tomorrow night Real play Lazio in the First Round of the SMFA Champs Cup, Which Madrid want to Defend.

Also today i looked at the best mangers and im the BEST MANAGER in the setup.

Bowen would like to thank the fans of Madrid for turning in week in week out to watch there side play.
