German Rating Changes ©

Recommended Posts

Now that the German season has entered its winter break I thought I would use part of my Christmas holiday to predict the rating changes of all players currently in the Bundesliga. I hope I can help people buy some risers and sell some stinkers. Feedback will be much appreciated, but please don't kill me if I completely WBA one up, keep it constructive.

I'd imagine a drop of 1, I put a possible drop by 2 because sometimes SM are harsh ;)

He hasn't played once since those changes either, so yes, he will drop again.

Re: German Rating Changes ©

I doubt he will drop again. Like you said, he went down 2 since his last changes, he won't be going down again. The more important question is will he be starting in goal, or will Haas still keep his place?

Haas should keep his place, but with football the cruel sport it is, he will probably be dropped :) in favour of the more well known Hildebrand :(

Well if he doesn't play for Hoffenheim, whose keep is 4 ratings lower than him, there's no reason why he shouldn't drop... just because he's dropped once doesn't mean he can't drop again.

I'm asking because it looks like Hoffenheim aren't settled on their first team keeper. I expect Hildebrand to take up the mantle there though. He is still a quality keeper, he was at Stuggart.

Re: German Rating Changes ©

Nice thread m8!!!!! :D

I'll go with your predictions since they're usually correct ;)

In my opinion Renato Augusto should reach 90 in one go and Helmes to 89 since SM are conservative these days

Cheers

Why should Augusto get higher than Helmes?

Re: German Rating Changes ©

Good point there Seft :D

But Augusto should still get 90 since he's just great this season and for Helmes' date=' he might as well get 90

Looking forward to what SM will do ;)[/quote']

Not sure but according to Kicker, Augusto is the 6th best player this season and when I've seen him he's been absolutely outstanding. Helmes deserves 90 too, not sure whether SM will give him it from 87, although they should. If he doesn't get 90 for this reason, Augusto shouldn't be held back from 90 just so he is the same as Helmes. It'll either be Augusto 90 Helmes 89 or Augusto 90 Helmes 90.
