Re: A-League Database

been wondering since allsopp departure from victory' date=' who has been playing with archie upfront[/quote']

Well after Allsopp left, Ney Fabiano was touted as a replacement. He then returned to Thailand. Promising Roar winger Robbie Kruse was signed and placed on one side of Thompson and Hernandez is usually on the other. Nicky Ward is sometimes also employed there.

Re: A-League Database

What about SERGIO VAN DIJK' date=' CF, 27 & MILE STERJOVSKI, Wing/Fwd, 30?

I scouted them (on A-League highlights on Sky:p) but are they going to rise?

Do you know...[/quote']

Sergio van Dijk is the leagues second top scorer with 12 goals, only Shane Smeltz has more. He has become a clinical striker and Brisbane's go-to attacking weapon. Could get a +1 or +2 if hes lucky.

Sterjovski has found the going a little bit tougher scoring 4 goals from 17 matches. He is still a very classy player and has 5 assists to his name. Will stay at his current rating

Re: A-League Database

Hey wondering if Ifill wil get above 82?

Thanks:)

Hmm thats a good question. The A-League cap seems to be 84 with Culina and Sibon as exceptions (but Sibon wasn't in the league during the last Aussie changes)

Paul has played 8 games this season, getting 4 goals and 2 assists. Last season he played 27 games, scoring 12 and get 10 assists.

I would say on these stats (from the ESPN website) that Ifill does deserve a +1. He has been brilliant since coming to the A-League and is definately one of the best imports for the league.

Re: A-League Database

Always bringing this back to life.

Some transfer news from the A-League.

Sydney FC have signed Finnish striker Juho Makela. Makela, rated 79 on SM, was the top scorer in Finland and had a trial recently with Sydney.

Adelaide United have signed former Uruguay Under 17's and Under 20's players, Francisco UsĂșcar, to bolster their squad.

Perth reserve goal keeper Aleks Vrteski has joined Indonesia side Solo FC.

Re: A-League Database

Do you think the Sydney FC squad will all drop to 75?

They probably all deserve to except for Bruno and Brosque. Bruno should rise and Brosque deserves a +15 for being the only guy who actually tries on the team :D

Disclaimer: Sydney after being champions have been near the bottom of the table and were last for quiet some time.. the 'prediction' of a +15 for Brosque is a joke :D

Re: Respuesta: A-League Database

How much will chirs payne rise?

He has 3 goals and 4 assists this season and has played 13 games (from North Queensland's website). He is their second top scorer behind David Williams and had some injury problems. He should at very least get a rise to 75 (concerning that the average rating now seems to be about that for any new player and around that for A-League squad players) but I think he deserves more than that. In saying this I think he could get a +4/5/6 depending on firstly how far away the Aussie changes actually are and how well he plays in that time. Certainly a good prospect and has signed with Newcastle for next season. If you haven't bought him already certainly do as he will get some sort of a decent rise.

Re: Respuesta: A-League Database

ok thanks

do you know more 10k risers of A-League?

I think there're a few in the A-League. Easiest way to find them is to go in the real-life squads in SM, find those rated 70 and lower in the league you want and find out if they have minutes using a site such as Soccerway. Asking for them on every ratings thread seems a bit cheap (pardon the pun ;)).

Re: A-League Database

What about Matty Leckie of Adelaide Utd??? tough one because proir to his injury he was in cracking form scroing and assisiting from left right and centre.

thanks

Thats a tough one. He was certainly set to rise to 80 I would think when he was in such good form but the injury did mess things up. Now maybe a +1 or 2 at most seems more likely if the ratings are soon. However he has been heavily linked with Borussia Monchengladbach and may move there as soon as January so long term he is definately a buyer/keeper.
