I'd say quite a refreshing way of looking at it. Maybe not accurate' date=' but is a great read nonetheless![/quote']

Thanks for that way of thinking about the things I say as insights

Re: Predicted English League Players Rating Changes

sorry to be negative but i think you should just STOP NOW. If anything you're reasoning makes some of your predictions even lamer. Still, we'll all see the true ratings soon and then we can all come crawling back to you if you're proved right. In all fairness, some are Okay, it's just one or two that are trully awful in my opinion. And hey, that's all it is - an opinion, ain't that what it's all about? Also, try not to be too sensitive to all this criticism - if you're gonna post your opinions for others to see you've got to be prepared to listen to their responses.

Re: Predicted English League Players Rating Changes

Just a few pointers:

Wilshere - just because he's underrated, doesn't mean he should rise. It's based on the games he plays and how well he's plays in them. He will rise as he has made a few appearances, but not by 10 - that's too extreme.

Walcott - great player and prospect, but he's been injured since the last rating changes! He's played once, maybe twice recently since he came back. He'll be lucky to stay, he might even drop 1. He will NOT rise.

Sidwell - should rise because he's scored the quickest goal this season? Very odd reasoning...

Knight - i quote "just like a brick in a wall - rock solid and leaking goals in". Is that a riddle, I don't understand.

Samba - won't go up. Blackburn are only just outside the relegation zone and Samba simply isn't 89 standard.

Jaaskalainen - I reckon he'll stay. Very underrated goalkeeper and Bolton aren't doing too badly.

A Cole - Lol! Going down because he's getting booed...love it....

Alex - is not better than Carvalho.

Baines - didn't he score his first ever goal for Everton last weekend? Still, he might go up.

Vaughen - hasn't played since November 16th...

Murphy - comparing his free-kicks to Beckham...*chortles*

Bullard - "Hull made him a superstar". You are joking right? He's played under 45 minutes since joining Hull and has been out injured since....

Fagan - to 87.....:confused:

Riera - done alright for Liverpool this season, but he's not going up to 93. Might get 92.

I could pick out a few other predictions and comments, but I'm bored now. Overall, a very entertaining post. Keep it up, I needed a good laugh.

Re: Predicted English League Players Rating Changes

These are just as bad. My god talk about bias...

I have good reason to be biased when the official best team in the world is only like 5th best on here. Half of those players were underrated in the first place' date=' that's why I gave them rises.

These aren't great either.

-Fabio hasn't done much since he was added at 75 so no rise.

-Evans - I'll give you 1 good reason. He isn't 1st team! He is class, but 88 is fine for the games were he has come in and covered.

-Giggs - Although he is a class player, he hasn't played as much as he usually does. Stay at 92 probably.

-Nani has had a poor season but 88 would be harsh, 89 more like.

-Ronaldo - 13 goals in 25 games. Not up to last season but a phenominal season last year capped off by winning world player of the year should keep him 98.

-Park - Good player but never a 92. More like 90 and possibly / hopefully 91.

Berbatov - Big ****. 8 goals in 24 games in the league, that maybe acceptable from someone coming from a different league but hes played in the Prem for years now. He has failed to impress me either, also keeping out the legend that is Tevez from the team gets right up my... Stay at 93.

How is Evans not first team? He's our 3rd choice centre back, and has had faultless performances. Let's look at other players. Micah Richards - rated 90. Garay - rated 91. Kompany - rated 90. I wouldn't swap Evans for any of those, he is better! Wes Brown is rated 90, he is now behind Jonny Evans in the pecking order. Therefore Evans should be rated at least 90. Inter Milan. Chelsea. He's playing against the big teams not just the smaller ones.

Park - you can't be the first choice left winger at the best club in the world and only be rated 91.

Berbatov - most assists in the league. Also his goals have been mostly match winners.

I can't be bothered to argue with any more... :rolleyes:

To say Evans is better than Garay,Kompany is immature he hasnt had one complete season at Man U and its easy to look good when ur sorrounded by an awesome partner like Vidic.. He isnt ahead of Brown brown is injured and has been.. I expect Richards to drop to 89 this time maybe with Dunne atleast 1 of the 2.. Kompany has been one of the most sought after talents for years.. He is a good player...

Park will rise he isnt higher because he wasnt doing well previously and was injured last season... He isnt first choice as the line up is rotated so often... But he will rise..

Berbatov wont rise he disappears far too often in games to deserve a 94 and as u said stats are not the whole story...

I'll agree with everything you said apart from these bits..he looked good enough for Sunderland for them to want to change the loan deal in to a permanent one last season and he did look good there. No way can he get to 90 yet though, 88 is about right at this moment.

Fergie picks Park for all the big games and his 18 starts in the league compared to Nani's 4 and the odd Giggs appearence on the left suggests to me that he is first choice. Again though, 92? :rolleyes::D

I seriously hate it when the English ratings come up, because some of the biased garbage that is said is unreal.

Re: Predicted English League Players Rating Changes

Manchester United Risers

Kuszczak - 88 --> 86 (He's ****)

Foster - 87 --> 88 (Starting to prove himself)

Fabio - 75 --> 79 (Better than his brother IMO but unproven in 1st team so...)

Rafael - 77 --> 87 (You can't argue with this' date=' he's played in big games)

Neville - 90 --> 88 (Been quite poor by his standards)

Vidic - 95 --> 96 (Best in the world)

Evans - 86 --> 90 (Give me one good reason why he doesn't deserve at least 90)

Giggs - 92 --> 94 (Has had a fantastic season so far)

Anderson - 91 --> 90 (Second season syndrome)

Carrick - 91 --> 93 (Great player)

Fletcher - 88 --> 90 (Not technically skilled but performances worthy of 90)

Gibson - 82 --> 86 (Had a great cup run)

Nani - 90 --> 88 (Dreadful season)

Ronaldo - 98 --> 97 (No longer the best)

Park - 89 --> 92 (For his talent and not just his workrate)

Tevez - 94 --> 93 (Not up to last season's standards)

Berbatov - 93 --> 94 (Class)[/quote']

Terrible predictions IMO only a few right, I would say more like this:

KuzcZak 88-87/88-played some games, small drop possible

Foster 87-STAY A couple of carling Cup games does not justify a rise, next

England Number 1 for sure though

Van Der Sar 94-STAY Could get 95 but think SM will leave him at 94

Brown 90-89-been injured a long while will count against him

Neville 90-89-Same as Above

Fabio 75-STAY- 51mins of 1st team football does not deserve an increase

Rafael 77-86 Brilliant so far this season a real find

Vidic 95-96 Best defender in Prem this season, except against Torres ;)

Ferdinand 95-STAY Consistently good displays

Evans 86-88- Able deputy deserves his rise

O'Shea 89-90-Tough one but good number of appperences

Giggs 92-STAY Fantastic season when he plays still top-class

Scholes 93-STAY- Still a good player not as good as he was

Carrick 91-92-Great start to the season faded the last few weeks, still class

Anderson 91-STAY- been ok nothing more, nothing less

Fletcher 88-90-Almost a regular, great season so far very underrated

Ronaldo 98-STAY-was gunna be impossible to match last seasons exploits

Gibson 82-85-Got a fair number of games deserves his rise

Nani 90-89/90-Not seen much action may see a small decrease

Rooney 96-STAY-no reason for him to change

Tevez 94-Stay- when he plays he looks good, deserves more chances

Berbatov 93-94- Same as Carrick but still wonderful to watch if he fancies it

Welbeck 74-80-Promising youngster, got some goals deserves to hit 80

Park 89-90/91-Tireless worker, fantastic displays IMO deserves 91 think he will get 90 though

That I think is a fairer assessment next week should prove me right......or wrong! :P

Re: Predicted English League Players Rating Changes

Terrible predictions IMO only a few right' date=' I would say more like this:

KuzcZak 88-87/88-played some games, small drop possible [b']Does it matter how many games he's played? He's been ***** in all of them.[/b]

Foster 87-STAY A couple of carling Cup games does not justify a rise, next

England Number 1 for sure though Again, he's better than PIG by miles, compare him to similar promising GKs and they all have higher ratings

Van Der Sar 94-STAY Could get 95 but think SM will leave him at 94 Doesn't really deserve 95 TBH

Brown 90-89-been injured a long while will count against him If injury affects ratings then the SM team are a bunch of buffoons. Wes was underrated in the first place.

Neville 90-89-Same as Above This and poor performances by his standards

Fabio 75-STAY- 51mins of 1st team football does not deserve an increase He's still been a star in the reserves.

Rafael 77-86 Brilliant so far this season a real find Yep. I think he should be 87 though.

Vidic 95-96 Best defender in Prem this season, except against Torres ;)True

Ferdinand 95-STAY Consistently good displays Yep

Evans 86-88- Able deputy deserves his rise Deserve higher IMO, he's 86 already. More than just an able deputy, statistically we have played better with him in the team.

O'Shea 89-90-Tough one but good number of appperences I suppose so. I wouldn't really rate him at 90 in terms of talent, but...

Giggs 92-STAY Fantastic season when he plays still top-class How can he stay? He's playing better than he did this time last year when he was rated 93. There are others his age rated 94 I believe.

Scholes 93-STAY- Still a good player not as good as he was True. He should have been 94 and gone down to 93 in this update.

Carrick 91-92-Great start to the season faded the last few weeks, still class Great start to the season? lol It started quite a while ago. 93 for me.

Anderson 91-STAY- been ok nothing more, nothing less Actually quite the contrary. Been superb at times, and ***** at others. I would put him down to 90, he's not been as good as last season.

Fletcher 88-90-Almost a regular, great season so far very underrated True, him and Carrick form the most successful midfield partnership

Ronaldo 98-STAY-was gunna be impossible to match last seasons exploits He might drop by 1.

Gibson 82-85-Got a fair number of games deserves his rise Fair enough.

Nani 90-89/90-Not seen much action may see a small decrease He should definitely go down, he's had better seasons in his Sporting days.

Rooney 96-STAY-no reason for him to change Yup

Tevez 94-Stay- when he plays he looks good, deserves more chances Yeah, not been as good as last season but think it would be harsh to drop him.

Berbatov 93-94- Same as Carrick but still wonderful to watch if he fancies it Agreed.

Welbeck 74-80-Promising youngster, got some goals deserves to hit 80 Yeah, maybe more to be honest if Gibbo is rated 85.

Park 89-90/91-Tireless worker, fantastic displays IMO deserves 91 think he will get 90 though He is one of our best attacking players. Deserves 92, will get 90.

That I think is a fairer assessment next week should prove me right......or wrong! :P

You support Liverpool. Therefore, you probably don't watch the full 90 minutes of every single Manchester United match, so cannot offer decent, unbiased opinions. In my opinion. :P But you'll probably be right, because if the SM team was unbiased then the official best team in the world would be the best team in the game as well.

Carrick 91-92-Great start to the season faded the last few weeks, still class

Anderson 91-STAY- been ok nothing more, nothing less 91/90 May drop 1, nowhere near the level of last season

Fletcher 88-90-Almost a regular, great season so far very underrated

Ronaldo 98-STAY-was gunna be impossible to match last seasons exploits

Gibson 82-85-Got a fair number of games deserves his rise

Nani 90-89/90-Not seen much action may see a small decrease 89 can't be a 90 with the little amount of time he's had. Shame as he has usually been quite productive with assists and goals when he does play.

Rooney 96-STAY-no reason for him to change

Tevez 94-Stay- when he plays he looks good, deserves more chances 94/93 I love Tevez, but seems to have suffered due to Berba's arrival, 50/50 drop

Berbatov 93-94- Same as Carrick but still wonderful to watch if he fancies it 93 Lucky he's had some good games, because he has seriously gone missing at a time when we need him and if it had been a while longer to the ratings I wouldn't have been able to see how he could keep his 93, let alone rise.

Welbeck 74-80-Promising youngster, got some goals deserves to hit 80

Park 89-90/91-Tireless worker, fantastic displays IMO deserves 91 think he will get 90 though

That I think is a fairer assessment next week should prove me right......or wrong! :P

A lot better than the other one, a few borderlines changed and 1 or two others in red.

Re: Predicted English League Players Rating Changes

Entitled to your opinions mate and i watch nearly every United game as they are always on the tV and watched them in person at Fulham last week and at Old Trafford against liverpool. I am pretty confident in my predictions and I think that most of mine will be proved right, Giggs 94, Park 92, Never gunna happen in these changes mate and I will GUARENTEE that. Be interesting to compare in a weeks time im feeling pretty confident :P

Actually now i come to think of it ive been to 2 United games this season and they have lost both, think i should go to the next 9 and the Title will be in the bag for Liverpool hehe :P

Re: Predicted English League Players Rating Changes

Manchester United Risers

Kuszczak - 88 --> 86 (He's ****)

Foster - 87 --> 88 (Starting to prove himself)

Fabio - 75 --> 79 (Better than his brother IMO but unproven in 1st team so...)

Rafael - 77 --> 87 (You can't argue with this' date=' he's played in big games)

Neville - 90 --> 88 (Been quite poor by his standards)

Vidic - 95 --> 96 (Best in the world)

Evans - 86 --> 90 (Give me one good reason why he doesn't deserve at least 90)

Giggs - 92 --> 94 (Has had a fantastic season so far)

Anderson - 91 --> 90 (Second season syndrome)

Carrick - 91 --> 93 (Great player)

Fletcher - 88 --> 90 (Not technically skilled but performances worthy of 90)

Gibson - 82 --> 86 (Had a great cup run)

Nani - 90 --> 88 (Dreadful season)

Ronaldo - 98 --> 97 (No longer the best)

Park - 89 --> 92 (For his talent and not just his workrate)

Tevez - 94 --> 93 (Not up to last season's standards)

Berbatov - 93 --> 94 (Class)[/quote']

haha this is nearly as bad as the originals

park will not rise to 92 he will get 90

giggs wont get 94 but should get 93

cant see rafael rising 10 he hasnt played that much games a rise of 7-8 would be more suitable

evans wont rise to 90 more lyk 87-88
