Re: The NEW Official NFL Thread.

Seahawks looked pretty sharp last night. Very impressive stuff from the Champs. You'd have to think they'll be one of the teams to beat this year.

@Rugger' date=' I watched the 2008 Steelers America's game episode again last night because of you, loved it![/quote']

I have it downloaded on my hard drive. It really is superb. You can find it here if people are interested in watching it;

AFC South: Denver

NFC East: Giants

NFC West: Seahawks

NFC North: Packers

NFC South: Saints

AFC Championship: New England

NFC Championship: Giants

Super Bowl: New England B)

MVP: Tom Brady B)

Re: The NEW Official NFL Thread.

Anyone's seen Draft day? (movie)

Very interesting watch. I'd recommend to all NFL fans

Yeah watched it not long ago, it's a good insight of what happens on draft day, I heard Costner on the Rich Eisen podcast talking about it before I watched it and Rich Eisen said it's as close to what happens on draft day as can be.

Well worth a watch guys.

Re: The NEW Official NFL Thread.

Great first week of games so far.

Steelers clinging on for the win :D.

Dolphins outplaying the Pats :).

Titans smashing the Cheifs (ruining Charles for me haha).

Texans putting in a solid performance against the Redskins.

Bengals beating the Ravens!

Best of all, the Saints losing to the Falcons :D.

Re: The NEW Official NFL Thread.

Saints cost me big time! (£506) J Byrd should give me that money for missing a hit on Antonie Smith of all people! Big play by the little man. Well done to Matt Ryan also, Drew Brees looked a little deflated at times. Best team won, only positives for the Saints is Cooks, he got game!

Re: The NEW Official NFL Thread.

Woooooohooooooo! Dolphins!! Nothing better than beating the Pats! Plenty of work still needs doing' date=' but was extremely to see Moreno excel as much as he did!

Shock of the night for me so far has to be the Saints going down to the falcons![/quote']

Great start to the season! Thought our defence was absolutely abysmal in the first half, which is slight cause for concern. Completely different team in the second half though. The new offense looks really exciting. Looking forward to seeing if Tannehill and Wallace can start to click. Moreno was absolutely unreal - wouldn't have won that game without him.

Totally agree.

Our defense dominated in the second half, Moreno was the best player on the pitch, has brought another dimension to our offense. Even Lamar Miller had a good game!

Re: The NEW Official NFL Thread.

Extremely disappointed. We came out undercooked and got burnt for it. We missed more tackles last night than probably the whole season last year. Drew was far from perfect but 34 points away to a divisional rival should be enough to win the game. Our impressive pass rush from last season was nowhere to be seen, the backfield players outside of Jairus and Keenan were absymal.

I had hoped to go 5-0 going into our game with the Lions. I guess 4-1 will have to do.

Very excited by the start from Cooks, Ingram + Khiry Robinson. Looking forward to Stills getting back so we have his deep routes, Joe Morgan is good but not on the same level.

Re: The NEW Official NFL Thread.

Good to see the 49ers defence do most of the damage last night on the Cowboys.

That opening quarter was brilliant from SF and Cowboys made so many errors especially when Romo gifted that TD to SF.

NFL teams done good with Vernon Davis and Greg Olsen as my TE's in both getting big scores.
