How to put players in different shirts - Tutorial

I am going to do a Tutorial of how to put players in different shirts because i have made a thread where i can do them for you, but some people would rather know how to do it themselves, so you are:

please note i have not had any training or anything, this is just what i have learn t form GIMP. This is the way how i do it, some of you may not it a different way. OK, so here goes:

And there it is. This is my first ever Tutorial so i hope it is OK. If you have any questions just post it here and i will try and answer them :):)

This is very useful Snowy, very well explained, and easy to understand..

Might actually have to have a go at this later after rugby..

I can't cut to save me life.. as its hard on a laptop mouse..

Had a go myself. I can seem to get the 'Heal' Tool to work right so i had to try something else....

Yeah, i c u used the smudge instead? Still looks quite good though. I think maybe you dragged the heal? Try just clicking instead and that might work :)
