English side, Newcastle United have appointed English manager Rhys Hunt as their new Gaffer at St. James' Park. Newcastle have always been known as one of the biggest English clubs around but last season they were relegated from the Barclays Premiership into the Championship, not even club legend Alan Shearer could save the club from relegation but Hunt has vowed to take Newcastle back up to the Premier League and has said he will turn Newcastle into a top class team who will be able to compete in the Premiership. Hunt has made a promise to all Newcastle fans that he will bring in top class players to the club.

Newcastle Too Good For Cardiff City

Newcastle United started their campaign in the Championship tonight away at Cardiff City, as they go all out to get straight back into the Premiership which they were shockingly relegated from last season. Hunt has named a very strong starting XI for the season opener, Newcastle lined up like this:

Harper

Simpson -- Taylor -- Chygrynskyy -- Jose Enrique

Nolan ------- Butt

Taylor --------------- Carroll

Falcao ------- Smith ©

18_1216254515.jpg0-2 52_1195026324.gif

N.Butt ('57, '82)

Newcastle were being tipped heavily to turn Cardiff over because of their new manager and all of the quality players they've brought into the club, and thats exactly what happened. It was Cardiff who carved out the first few chances with Steve Harper saving well from a Joe Ledley shot from outside the box. Andrew Carroll was the first Newcastle player to trouble the Cardiff defence and he was a nousense for the Welsh side, but he nor Newcastle could find a way through the Cardiff City defence. At the half-time break the score was Cardiff City 0-0 Newcastle United.

Newcastle captain Alan Smith was first to create a decent chance in the second half but he also failed to take his chance hitting the post, but that was the closest either side had came to opening the scoring. The scoring was finally opened on the 57th minute when English midfielder, Nicky Butt finished well after a slick Newcastle move. Hunt then decided to shake things up and he brought on three substitutes, two of them being new signings Esteban Granero and Ola Toivonen. The substitute nearly paid off when Granero beat the offisde trap but couldn't finish. Nicky Butt was at the centre of everything Newcastle did well tonight, and he bagged his and Newcastles second goal after a fantastic diving header on the 82nd minute. At the full-time whistle the score was Cardiff City 0-2 Newcastle United.

It was a very convincing win for Newcastle and they had a great efficiency about them, and they look really comfortable and seems to be gelling together with the new manager and all the new signings that he has brought in. Rhys Hunt spoke to SMTV after the game and said: "We were very professional tonight, we played well, and looked strong in all area's of the field, hopefully with hard work we will keep the good results coming". Hunt has said more new signings will arrive at the club either later on tonight or tomorrow morning, and they will be players that will be out to excite the Newcastle faithful.

Newcastle complete another three signings

3036613742_a18e347bc6.jpg?v=0

Daniel Carrico will go straight into Newcastles starting line-up

Newcastle United have announced that they have completed three more signings to add to their ranks at St. James' Park. Victor Ramos was the first of the three to join the Toon for exactly £1m from Vitoria. The second of the three to join was Daniel Carrico (above) who joined from Portuguese giants, Sporting Lisbon for £850k plus Danny Simpson. The third and final player to arrive today at Newcastle was young German midfielder, Christoph Moritz from FC Schalke with the fee thought to be around £350k. All these players are thought to have very bright futures ahead of them, and Hunt says they will become World class players whilst at Newcastle.

Hunt spoke about the transfers coming in and he said more players were expected to join along with the three that have joined today, but deals for Andre Santos of Fenerbache and Daniel Holm collapsed as the Newcastle chairman stopped the deals from going through, but Hunt says they both will be at the club within the next few days. Hunt has also announced that the club have accepted a bid for an un-named club for Sanchez Jose Enrique. Rhys Hunt also spoke about new centre-back Daniel Carrico and he said: "He is a very talented player. He will partner Chygrynskyy in the centre of defence with Steven Taylor moving to right-back".

Newcastle walk all over Doncaster

Rhys Hunt and his Newcastle side tonight faced Doncaster Rovers in the Toons first home game of the season. Hunt has made it clear that it is his number one goal to get straight back into the Premier League, and last week he got off to the perfect start with a 2-0 win over Cardiff and his side continued with another great performance against Doncaster and they once again came out on top.

Newcastle starting Line-up:

Harper

Taylor -- Carrico -- Chygrynskyy -- Cabrera

Nolan ------ Smith ©

Granero --------------- Toivonen

Falcao ------ Keirrison

52_1195026324.gif3-1 30_1201524708.gif

The game started off very slow paced, with nither side threatening to open the scoring, but on the 7th minute it was Doncaster who opened the scoring when Paul Heffernan capitalised on some poor defending to smash the ball home. Newcastle then drew level when captain Alan Smith smashed the ball home sweetly from a well timed volley. Newcastle were looking the most likely to take the lead with Falcao, Toivonen and Granero all coming close to grabbing Newcastles second goal. The next goal came from an unlikely source in Daniel Carrico who put Newcastle 2-1 up after he scored a superb header from a dangerous corner. Newcastle were looking good for there lead going into the break. At half-time the score was Newcastle United 2-1 Doncaster Rovers.

Newcastle started off the second half the best with Hunt just telling his side to pick up where they left off, and it worked, with Radamel Falcao hitting the post with the first attack of the second half. On the 60th minute Hunt decided to shake things up with three substitutes to see if they could make the difference and help his side bag that all important killer third goal. Ricardo Wallyson, Danny Guthrie and Andy Carroll came on in place of Granero, Toivonen and Nolan. The second half was quiet compared to the first half as Newcastle kept searching for their 3rd goal of the game and it finally game when Brazilian Carneiro Keirrison slides the ball home to make it 3-1. The game didn't have much more action up until the final whistle. At the full-time whistle the score was Newcastle United 3-1 Doncaster Rovers.

Newcastle manager, Rhys Hunt didn't have enough time to speak to SMTV after the game, but he was said to please very pleased with his sides performance and happy that they were effiecient enough to kill off the game, and not let Doncaster back in. Newcastles next match comes against tough opposition in Ipswich Town at St. James Park on Wednesday night, where Newcastle are understandbly favourites to take all three points. Tonights with for the Toon puts them second after two wins out of two in the Championship.

Stalemate at St. James'

Newcastle last night lined up against Ipswich Town in their 3rd Championship game of the season. Newcastle's mission last night was to complete a hat-trick of wins from their first three games in this new season, but thats not what happened with a very boring goal-less draw at St. James' Park in Newcastle, despite the Toon fielding a much superior starting XI to that of Ipswich Towns.

Harper

Raul -- Carrico -- V.Ramos -- Andre Santos

Nolan ----- Butt ©

Granero ---------- Toivonen

Huseklepp ----- Keirrison

52_1195026324.gif0-0 38_1193803499.gif

The action in the first half was very limited and not very much action took place. Newcastle striker, Ola Toivonen came closest to opening the scoring in the first half with a strike from outside the area which was tipped over by the Ipswich stopper. Ipswich's best chance of the first half came from Oguchi Onyewu who heads onto the roof of the net. Tempers rose in the first half when Owen Garvan was booked from raising his arms, causing many players from both sides to get involved in confrontations. At half-time the score was Newcastle United 0-0 Ipswich Town.

Ola Toivonen was continuing to threaten the Ispwich goal with some great work which ended up with him firing over from just yards out with an awful finish. This half was far more eventful than the first, with shots being fired at both keepers, left, right and centre, with Harper and Wright coming out on top everytime. Nither side could break the deadlock, and 5 minutes from time Carneiro Keirrison had a golden chance to take the win for Hunts Newcastle but he could capitalise. At the full-time whistle the score was Newcastle United 0-0 Ipswich Town.

After the game dissapointed Newcastle manager Rhys Hunt spoke to SMTV and he had this to say: "I'm dissapointed we didn't win tonight, but we'll take the point, and we are still unbeaten so far this season. So I suppose a draw is always better than a loss". In the past couple of days Newcastle have been busy in the transfer market signing three players; Jonny Godsmark who signed for £10k; Tom Adeyemi who also signed for £10k; and Brazilian Da Silva Jucilei who joined for £225k plus Tamas Kadar. Hunt spoke about his signings this season saying that his club have brought sensibly and is hoping many of the players he's signed will rise. He also has said there will be no more arrivals at St. James' Park.

Another draw for the Toon

On Wednesday night, Rhys Hunt's Newcastle United lined up against Sheffield United in a game that Newcastle were always favourites for the win, with stars such as Keirrison, Falcao and Granero all on show for the Toon, but Sheffield United matched them all the way to the final whistle of the game infront of a full capacity Brammal Lane. Sheffield Utd were going well in the league with 2 wins and a draw before they met Newcastle which was the same as Newcastles record in the Championship.

70_1202930968.gif1-1 52_1195026324.gif

Newcastle started off the brightest with Carneiro Keirrison header inches over in the first couple of minutes, to fire a warning shot off to Sheffield United. The scoring was opened on the 25th minute by Brazilian striker, Carneiro Keirrison who thumps the ball in from 20-yards out to give Newcastle the 1-0 lead. Newcastle's lead only last an extraordinary 1 minute as on the 26th minute, Nikola Zigic made a great run and slotted the ball home to make it 1-1. Zigic's height was causing problems in the Newcastle defence and Newcastle's main threat to get a second was coming from the young Ola Toivonen who is looking very impressive. Sheffield United were reduced to 10 men when Brazilian midfielder, Thiago Motta was red-carded after a rash two footed challenge. At half-time the score was Sheffield United 1-1 Newcastle United.

Newcastle had the better of the first chances in the second-half with Keirrison once again looking dangerous in and around the opposition penalty-area. Nikola Zigic was still looking threatening and it was turning into the Zigic & Keirrison show as they were the only ones threatening to put their team ahead. On the 60th minute, Hunt made three substitutes bringing on Wallyson, Guthrie and Carroll. Andrew Carroll was creating chances for his Newcastle team-mates but no-one could capatalise. Nither side could take their chances and bag the all important late winner. At the final whistle the score was Sheffield United 1-1 Newcastle United.

Newcastle manager Rhys Hunt knew his side could have easily won the game if they had taken their chances, but they didn't. Rhys Hunt kind of seemed quietly satisfied with the result, but he had no time to speak to SMTV. One promising sign that came from the game for Newcastle was the performance of young Brazilian striker, Carneiro Keirrison who bagged Newcastles goal and also put in a great performance which bagged him the MoM award. Newcastles next game comes against Queen's Park Rangers at St. James' Park.

The Toon swiftly put aside QPR

Rhys Hunt's Newcastle United looked to beat QPR on saturday night following two consectutive draws with Ipswich & Sheffield United respectively. There was a lot riding on this game as Hunt had made comments about Queens Park Rangers, saying that his Toon Army should easily get past them and must surely be favourites to get promoted back to the Premiership, and that's exactly what they did.

52_1195026324.gif2-0 64_1245405992.jpg

Newcastle got off to a good threatening start when captain Alan Smith struck one from long distance but it couldnt find the net and rattled the crossbar. The game was very firey and Stephen Appiah & Matthew Connolly were both yellow carded for rash, dangerous challenges. QPR had the best of the first half chances with Radek Cerny coming close on a number of occasions, he was looking very dangerous, but the strong, firm centre back partnering in the Newcastle defence. Nither side could break the dealock in the first half even though there was a lot of chances to open the scoring. Newcastle United 0-0 Queens Park Rangers.

Carneiro Keirrison was looking threatening at the start of the second-half with a few near misses. Carneiro Keirrison finally opened the scoring of the game on the 53rd minute when he smashed the ball in the top corner from 30-yards out, it was Keirrisons third goal of the league campaign in four games, he really is on fire at the moment. Hunt decided to make three substitutions on the 60th minute to try shake things up and try put the game beyond QPR and thats exactly what happened just one minute after the substitutions when Andrew Carroll hammers the ball home from close range, that really was a piece of tactitional genius from Newcastle manager, Rhys Hunt. Andy Carroll was looking threatening and nearly added Newcastles third and his second after a great bit of individual skill. At the full-time whistle the score was Newcastle 2-0 Queens Park Rangers.

This win left Newcastle manager delighted. After the game he spoke to SMTV saying: "I am happy with the win. After two draws in a row, I thought its best to have faith with the starting XI and I gave them another chance and it worked, Im delighted". This win for Newcastle put them up to 2nd place in the Championship table behind Bristol City. The Toon are still favourites to gain automatic promotion back to the Premier League. This win for Newcastle meant that they are unbeaten in the first 5 Championship games of the season. Newcastle tonight face Premier League side Hull in the first round of the F.A Cup at the KC Stadium.

Proffesional Newcastle breeze past Preston

52_1195026324.gif3-0 61_1202841277.gif

Last night, Newcastle faced Preston North End at St. James' Park in the 10th league game this season. Newcastle had to be favourites because of their unbeaten run this season, and the strength of their team should easily overcome PNE, but as we know that's not always how it turns out.

The first-half of the game was very dull, with hardly any action going on. Which made the PNE manager very happy, because they had kept Hunt's superstars at bay for the first 45 minutes of the match and at half-time the score was Newcastle United 0-0 Preston North End.

Newcastle knew that they had to sort out their act in the second half if they want to get the three points out of the game to keep the pressure on league leaders, Middlesbrough, and it was Scottish midfielder, Graeme DORRANS who opened the scoring on the 62nd minute after a cracking shot from 20-yards out. Newcastle then doubled their lead with a little bit of help from the PNE defender Billy JONES whos pass back rolled into his own net. The win was then sealed just 10 minutes later when James MILNER scored an amazing overhead kick to make it 3-0. The final score was Newcastle United 3-0 Preston North End.

This win for Newcastle leaves them 3rd in the league, just one point off second place Stoke and four off leaders Middlesbrough. Hunt spoke after the game and said "This is a good win for us, against a tough opponent. But we need to improve to catch Stoke and Middlesbrough. But I'm impressed with the start to the season from the boys".

Canales master-class sinks Wolves

88_1199516736.gif1-7 52_1195026324.gif

Two days ago, Rhys Hunts Newcastle United travelled to Wolves for their English Cup Round 2 clash at Molineux. Everyone thought that this would be a tough test for Hunts side but that turned out to be very far from the truth as The Toon Army destroyed the Premier League side.

The scoring was opened in just 10 minutes when Brazilian midfielder, Mendes ELIAS' shot is fumbled into the net by the Wolves keeper. Then just two minutes later, another Brazilian, this time defender Ananias WERLEY doubled Newcastles lead after a fantastic flowing move. On the 14th minute Newcastle added their third when Spanish sensation Sergio CANALES scored a fantastic diving header. The first half was all Newcastle with Falcao and Pablo Hernandez coming close to getting more for The Toon, but it was young Marc MUNIESA who put the came beyond doubt when he hit the ball into the top corner. At half-time the score was Wolverhampton Wanderers 0-4 Newcastle United.

At half-time, the Wolves players must have recieved a rocket from their manager about their performance in the first half and it seemed to work with them creating chances and not letting Newcastle add to their score. But that didn't last long, when Sergio CANALES added his second of the game when he slotted home. Wolves then scored a concelation goal just one minute later when Scottish striker Chris IWELUMO scored a fantastic header. But Wolves' joy didn't last long when Sergio CANALES grabbed his hat-trick with the simplest of goals with a tap in. Then just two minutes from time Sergio CANALES scored his fourth and Newcastles seventh goal of the game with a great lobbed shot. At the full-time whistle the score was Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-7 Newcastle United.

This win for Newcastle set them up a third round tie against Sheffield United. Newcastles next game comes against Burnley tonight in the league where Newcastle will look to continue their unbeaten run.

Ameobi secures all three points

15_1204491939.gif2-3 52_1195026324.gif

On Wednesday night, Newcastle United faced a strong Burnley side away at Turf Moor, where Hunts side looked to continue their fantastic start to the season, but this wasn't going to be easy by any stretch of the imagination.

Burnley got off to a cracking start, piling on the pressure onto the Newcastle defence, with Caldwell and Bikey coming close to putting Burnley 1-0 up. But it was Newcastle who opened the scoring in the 20th minute with a smooth counter-attack which was then finished off well by midfielder, Ever BANEGA. From then on in, the game was well balanced with both sides creating chances with Pastore coming close to scoring for The Toon and Robbie Blake coming closest to grabbing an equaliser for Burnley. On the 40th minute, Steven FLETCHER bagged the equaliser after a superb strike. At half-time the score was Burnley 1-1 Newcastle United.

Rhys Hunt knew that his side had to pull their finger out in the second half and up the tempo if they wanted to win the game, and thats what they did with Dmytro CHYGRYNSKIY scoring after a goal mouth scramble. But Newcastles lead didn't last long, just three minutes infact, when Robbie BLAKE breaks the offside trap to slot home. After that, Burnley pushed for victory with Blake once again coming close, but 5 minutes from time it was Newcastle's Shola AMEOBI who smashes the ball home to give Newcastle all three points. At the full-time whistle the score was Burnley 2-3 Newcastle United.

This win for Newcastle leaves them still in 3rd place but with the teams above dropping points, Newcastle are only 1 point behind second place, and top spot. Newcastle manager Rhys Hunt has said that he is delighted with his teams determination to go out and get the win.

I don't have enough time to do a report on last nights cup match. Anyway, Newcastle beat Dagenham & Redbridge 4-0. Falcao with two goals, Hulk with one and Jucilei got the other. This win sets up a next round tie with Stoke. ;)

On the transfer front, it is to be believed that Newcastle have had a bid accepted for Kenwado Asamoah of Udinese.

This win for Newcastle means they're unbeaten all season and have a 14 game unbeaten streak. There was also greater meaning of this win, with it taking Newcastle top of the Championship table for the first time this season. In other news, Kwadwo ASAMOAH completes his move to St. James' Park.

On Wednesday night, Newcastle faced an underachieving Queens Park Rangers side at Loftus Road where Newcastle were trying to extend their lead at the top of the Coca-Cola Championship ahead of Stoke City.

Newcastle opened the scoring in just the 5th minute, when Spanish winger, Dominguez PABLO HERNANDEZ slid the ball under the advancing keeper. The young Spanish midfielder was starting to show his worth, coming close to making it 2-0 just a few minutes later, but his shot went just wide of the post. Newcastle then made it 2-0 through their other winger, Manuel JONAS GUTIERREZ who smashed the ball into the top corner. Hunt's side started to pile on the pressure to get a third, but they couldn't and at half-time the score was Queens Park Rangers 0-2 Newcastle United.

The second-half started just as the first ended, with Newcatle on the attack and new defender Canella coming close to getting a goal on his debut a couple of times. Manuel JONAS GUTIERREZ then virtually secured the win with a superb solo effort to get his second goal of the game. Then just 10 minutes later Dominguez PABLO HERNANDEZ bagged his second and Newcastles fourth goal of the game after a good header. At full-time the score was Queens Park Rangers 0-4 Newcastle United.

This win leaves Newcastle one point at the top of the Coca-Cola Championship ahead of Stoke. Hunt is said to be pleased with debutant Canella and goal scorers, Gutierrez and Pablo Hernandez.

Arnautovic secures the three points

52_1195026324.gif2-1 27_1231880033.jpg

On Wednesday Rhys Hunt's Newcastle side faced Paul Harts Crystal Palace at St. James' Park. Newcastle were understandably favourites after the run they're on and considering they top the Coca-Cola Championship table, but this game was a lot closer than people thought.

Newcastle started off the brightest with Palace's defence having to be on alert, but against the run of play it was Alan LEE of Crystal Palace who opened the scoring in just the 5th minute after a very nice counter-attacking move from the Eagles. Newcastle didn't let that goal make their heads drop, and they continued to attack with Mendes Elias coming close to scoring the equaliser, but it was young striker Marko ARNAUTOVIC who equalised for Newcastle with a superb volley on the 18th minute of the game. From then on in, the play was balanced with both sides having chances to go ahead going into the break, but at half-time the score was Newcastle United 1-1 Crystal Palace.

Hunt knew that he needed to put some fire in the belly of his players at half-time so they would be raring to go for the second half and his tactics had the desired effect with Marko ARNAUTOVIC scoring his second goal of the game with another superb strike, this time from 25-yards to put Newcastle 2-1 up. After Newcastles second goal, Palace put on the pressure with Claude Davis coming close on a couple of occasions, but the Newcastle defence stayed strong and at the final whistle the score was Newcastle 2-1 Crystal Palace.

This win for Newcastle put them 9 points clear ahead of Stoke at the top of the Championship table, but it wasn't young striker Arnautovic who bagged the MoM award, it was Pablo Hernandez who assisted both goals. Hunt didn't have enough time to speak to SMTV but the assistant manager spoke for him and has said "Rhys is extremely pleased with this hard fought win".

Salvatore SIRIGU joins Newcastle after their long-term interest

After the wonders of Marko Arnautovic on Wednesday night against Crystal Palace, Newcastle have today confirmed that they have completed the signings of Alexis SANCHEZ from Udinese. The confirmed deal was £3.2m plus Argentinian winger Manuel JONAS GUTIERREZ. The other player to arrive at St. James' Park was new young goalkeeper Salvatore SIRIGU from Palermo for the fee of £2m plus Steve HARPER.

These two signings means that Hunt has basically completed his squad which could be one of the best squads in the World in a few years, but Hunt said there is always room for improvement and has said that all they need now is a new left-back and maybe another centre back.

Newcastle held to draw at Charlton

Tonight, Newcastle United faced Charlton Athletic at The Valley where Newcastle looked to extent their lead at the top of the table ahead of Stoke City. Most pundits back Newcastle for a win, but Charlton pulled off a fantastic performance, and managed to squeeze a draw out of the game.

Newcastle United started off the game brightly with Di Maria coming close to scoring in the 2nd minute but the scoring was opened by Newcastle through an unlikely source in Zurab KHIZANISHVILI who got his 3rd goal of the season after a thunderous header. After that goal Newcastle were being put under pressure, and with new goalkeeper Sirigu being called into action on numerous occasions to keep his new side in the lead. But on the 32nd minute, Charlton got the equaliser they deserved when Jason ROBERTS tapped the ball home to make it 1-1. At half-time the score was Charlton Athletic 1-1 Newcastle United.

In the second half the attacks were fairly balanced with Pablo Hernandez and Arnautovic coming close for Newcastle and Elliot and Roberts both coming close to giving Charlton the lead, but it was Newcastle that went ahead once again when young striker Marko ARNAUTOVIC curled the ball in from 30 yards out to get his 3rd goal in two games. The lead didn't last long, just 3 minutes infact when Nick BAILEY grabbed the equaliser for Charlton after a great solo effort, and at full-time the score was Charlton 2-2 Newcastle United.

Even though Newcastle drew tonight, they extended their lead at the top of the Championship to 10 points after Stoke lost 3-2 to Leicester City. Hunt spoke to SMTV after the game and said "This point was still very important to us and we maintained our unbeaten run still, and the boys are buzzing for Mondays cup game against Chelsea".

Newcastle have too much for Peterborough

After the heroics of Monday night where Rhys Hunt's Newcastle beat Chelsea in the FA Cup, they continued their superb run against Peterborough with an extremely impressive win infront of a packed St. James' Park on Wednesday night.

The scoring was open on just the 8th minute, when teenage sensation Sergio CANALES scored his 5th goal of the season in his first season with Newcastle. The score was then doubled just 10 minutes later when Radamel FALCAO smashed through the defense to stroke the ball home. But just four minutes later, Peterborough hit back quality with Tommy ROWE scoring a superb header from a well worker corner. The away side then piled on the pressure but the Newcastle defence stood firm, and on the counter-attack they won a corner, and from that, Brazilian defender Souza WELINTON thundered home a brilliant header to restore Newcastles 2-goal advantage going into half-time. At half-time the score was Newcastle United 3-1 Peterborough United.

Straight away in the second half, Newcastle keeper Sirigu was called into action a couple of times to keep the scores the same with a couple of very clever saves. But once again, it was Newcastle who scored with Radamel FALCAO bagging his second goal on the break, this is something that Hunt's side has really perfected over the season. Peterborough went in search of a concelation goal, but they couldn't find it, with Newcastle's defence once again standing firm, as they have all season. At the full-time whistle the score was Newcastle United 4-1 Peterborough United.

This win for Newcastle keeps them 10 points clear at the top of the Coca-Cola Championship table ahead of Stoke City. This win means that Newcastle are still unbeaten all season which is 23 games in which Hunt's side haven't lost a game.

Quick Update

Since the last update games have gone as follows:

Derby County 2-2 Newcastle United

Newcastle United 2-1 Queens Park Rangers

Newcastle United 1-4 Watford

Millwall 1-2 Newcastle United

Well as you can see Newcastles 25 game unbeaten run since the start of the season came to an end in emphatic style in a 4-1 loss to Watford at St. James' Park, but Hunt's side pulled themselves straight up the next game with a 2-1 win over Millwall.

On the transfer front, Newcastle have completed the signing of Japanese international Keisuke HONDA, in a swap deal for Tomic and Zeegelaar, some see this as a fantastic deal, but are sad to see the talented Tomic leave Newcastle.
