Re: Gold Championship 3!!!

Nice one :D

Let battle commence - can Ken and CSKA stop Spartak and SoP winning there 5th leage title on the bounce this season' date=' only time will tell[/quote']

Should be fun. :D

This team has been passed around a right lot of times, hopefully now its got the right man. :P

Not a bad team really, good depth in it. Surprised in its history that its only been a cup winner and runner up once.

Myself and Shaktar have dominated the league since the first season, the Shaktar managers a good manager as well and will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season

Re: Gold Championship 3!!!

Reading continue to battle amongst giants, as they lie 4th in the Premiere League, and have already kicked Ath Madrid out of the SMFA shield, Reading finished a dissapointing 5th last season ! in previous seasons Johnson has finished 2nd and 4th

This year see's reading Sign two new players to bring a bit of quality to the Royals ! Danny (90) and Le Tallec (87) Both join to strengthen the attack :)

Re: Gold Championship 3!!!

Toggs'es Indipendiente have had a relatively quiet start too the season, being 3rd after 5 games in the league and rolled things off in the UCL with a Away win @ Celtic. Toggs is looking for a few changes from his mast squad and has placed a few players, 'avaliable for transfer'.

Marcus Berg (22,89,CF)

Djribil Cisse (27,90,F)

Kew Jaliens (30,89,CB/RB)

Gonzalez Sisi (22,88,RM/Wing)

Andres Chitiva (29,88,LM/AM)

Maksym Kalynchenko (29,88,AM/Wing)

Michale Mutzel (29,87,CM)

Jeremy Mathieu (25,87,LB/LM)

Decent start for Valencia

E . Brandao (10)

F. Quagliarella (50) & (80)

(Quagliarella netted his 4th and 5th goals of the season in last nights win)

Valencia have had a pretty good start to this season. It is Welsh manager Dai Winston's forst full season at the helm following his move from his beloved Sochaux. Winston was sad to leave the French club that he led to domination of Lugue 1 but now says he is happy that he did. He needed the move to test himself and that is exactly what is happening.

Valencia are looking for success in La Liga mainly this season and anything else would be a bonus. Winston likes to compete in all competitions and has started building a squad that he considers to be good enough to do that.

Re: Gold Championship 3!!!

Things arent going too plan @ Indipendiente so far this season in the league:

Played - 9. Wins - 5. Draws - 2. Loses - 2. Pts - 19. Pos: (3rd)

Being 4 points adrift of leaders Racing is not good enough for a squad of my size. Recent signings include Parma Trio Trica, Nene & Ferranoretti. Also joining are Serey Die, Faubert & Guzan.

Recent signatures mean the club now has 40! 87+ Players.

Toggs also top's his SMFA Cup Group, but only on Goal Difference. He says it will still be hard too qualify.

Valencia go top after good recent form

A. Hleb (56)

Valencia's recent good run has seen them leap frog four teams into first in La Liga. The team have really performed well this season and are still in all competitions at the moment. Winston hopes the team can compete in the domestic Cups as well as the League itself this season. He fears that they just might not have the quality in the squad to go all the way in the SMFA Shield this season but he hopes they will make him proud when they go onto the pitch.

Re: Gold Championship 3!!!

Indiependiente 1-1 Palmerias

Despite Sisi early goal, Indipendiente couldnt finish off Palmerias and were punished near the end. Toggs admits the squad arent coping with being in soo many compertitions, and thinks he may gives the youth players a chance in both the Cup & Shield.

Reading Start Strong !

1 Tottenham Hotspur 11 9 1 1 32 12 20 28

2 Liverpool 11 7 3 1 27 14 13 24

3 Manchester City 11 7 2 2 23 15 8 23

4 Arsenal 11 7 1 3 19 10 9 22

5 READING 11 6 4 1 23 17 6 22

Minnows Reading are once again battling amongst the big boys and not coming any worse off battling Liverpool and Arsenal recently and coming away with one win and a draw. Reading finished fourth last season and have strengthened the squad with the acquistion of young sensation Gabriel Agbonlahor . Which has made them a tougher European outfit.

1 FC København FC København 3 3 0 0 7 1 6 9

2 READINGREADING 3 2 0 1 6 6 0 6

3 Atlético MadridAtlético Madrid 3 1 0 2 6 9 -3 3

4 RangersRangers 3 0 0 3 5 8 -3 0

Reading beat Rangers 3-2 on friday to take them second, a position Johnson intends on staying.

FC Porto sit in second, behind a Panathinaikos side who have been preforming very well.

They also sit top of there SMFA group wth 9 points out of 9, manager Louis Mattis hopes they can done alot better in the comp than they did in the comp last season.

Re: Gold Championship 3!!!

Nice too see your doing well Kev...

Things arent exactly 'Going Too Plan depite a 12-0 thumping off Cruz Azul too put Indipendiente 7pts adrift of leaders Sao Paulo. Toggs is nevertheless happy and thinks that Indipendiente can still easily win the league.

But attention is now turned too Friday Nights UCL Tie with Celtic. Its a match Toggs cannot afford too lose and should win, anything less than the 3 points would be a major disappointment. A win would also give Indipendiente a commanding posistion in the group. The other match in the group is MSV Duisburg Vs Bordeaux.

West Ham new manager

622px-West_Ham_United_FC-n_logo_-1.png

West Ham United yesterday appionted their new manager at upton park. Aaron was welcomed by the crowd and they hope that he can get them glory in the Smfa Sheild game tonight. Aaron Dhandli is a well known manager and living only 1 hour away from Upton Park he realised he didnt have to move house expecialy dew to the credit crunch.

raul_real_madrid.jpg

Hopefully Aaron believes that Raul can when he is back from his injury that he can play a key role under Aaron. Other players will also be hoping to make a key impression for the new manager. the squad in Aaron's eyes is all he could have asked for. The squad has great players with great futures.

sevilla_logo.jpg

Aaron's first game in charge under West ham is against a on form sevilla. Aaron hopes that the team can get a big win as they lost their first leg of the Smfa Shield. As they were at home West ham need to top their 3-1 loose at home. This is a big order so Aaron hopes the team is up to standards.

Olic Has Been A Revolution and sits second in the goal scoring charts behind the top scorer Streller (CSKA Striker) I face stiff competition though and in these early days it appears a 3 horse race this could go to the wire

But In The End The Soviet Team Shall Triumph ;)
