Re: TOP 5 LBs rated between 80-90

I can't really give a top 5 between 80 and 90 but Daniel Fox of Celtic is a huge huge talent, i saw him first hand during his Coventry days and he's a set piece specialist with great potential. Currently rated 84, almost certainly set to rise during the next British rating changes, i'd expect him to hit either 86 or 87 this time around with 88 possible for the next changes after this.

Also, only rated 74, but try to grab Patrick van Aanholt from Coventry, he should rise to about 80/81/82 during the rating changes and as this lad has been tipped to be the next Ashley Cole, he should eventually break through at Chelsea, maybe not for a couple of years though.

Hope this helps a bit though :)

Re: TOP 5 LBs rated between 80-90

Andre Santos for me... 86 at the moment, can play LM also.

Rated 86 since his move from Corinthians, now at Fenerbahce, banged a few goals in in the Europa League also plays for Brazil.

Certain for a rise to 88 minimum, not sure if anyone can say he'd warrant a 90 :D but I'm not sure playing for Brazil would push it up a bit? Maybe if he moved to Italy but judging by the rest of Brazil, shouldn't he go to a 90 now?

Also Insua, wont mention all the others below again... But Fabio has to be the one for the future.

Re: TOP 5 LBs rated between 80-90

1. Aly CISSOKHO

2. Domenico CRISCITO

3. Pereira da Silva FABIO

4. Kieran GIBBS

5. Emiliano INSUA

I haven't included Davide SANTON because he'll most likely be Italy's future RB not LB, while imo Clarindo ANDRÉ SANTOS and Luís Kasmirski FILIPE are merely standing in as Brazil's LB until FABIO's game inevitably improves as he matures. TAIWO is athletic with a powerful shot but I'm not so sure of his defensive credentials, BAINES will be behind GIBBS as England's future LB, and BOCCHETTI is more of a CB so can be discounted. I've also discounted Vieira MARCELO on the principle that left-backs should be able to defend, although he clearly shows his qualities when going forward. Paolo DE CEGLIE has good attacking qualities also, but he's not the defender CRISCITO is; Juventus should have kept him in my opinion.

Re: TOP 5 LBs rated between 80-90

Hi All,

I have a few LB's and was thinking of maybe selling one and getting a couple of lower rated but future risers.

Currently i have..

Leighton BAINES 24yrs 88

Eduardo JUNIOR CESAR 27, 88

Barbosa RICHARLYSON 26, 89 (DM/LB)

I was thinking of selling Junoir Cesar and getting Andre Santos and maybe Diego Renan.

Any thoughts??

Sell Richarlyson, he plays as CB/DM for São Paulo, not as LB.

You obviously didn't watch the Scotland V Wales game he was awful and at fault for 2 goals However he should rise to 86/87 BUT he is nothing special  I would recommend Insua 83-87 ;):D

But André Santos is so cheap and he'll certainly rise' date=' so he'll have a good left-back and he'd get some good money selling him in the future.[/quote']

Andre Santos will change to a LM/LB, so be warned. ;) Although players generally seem to play decently in their secondary positions also, under the current match engine...

Thanks for the help and everyone else too.

Ment to reply the other day but got distracted lol.

Buying Andre Santos now, hopefuly at least.. bids in at 6.9... well 650k + a player i don't need, Markus STEINHOFER 23, 86 RM/RB.

Thanks again for the help!
