Barry MUFC 5,216
Re: Official SPL Thread For having a man down for most of the half Celtic were brilliant. Scott Brown is some legend! What a goal. Could have won it but for an amazing/flukey save whichever way you want to look at it.

Dylan Ritchie 1,250
Re: Official SPL Thread I enjoyed that game tbh. As a Rangers fan, I have to say I'm extremely dissapointed with the second half performance. We couldn't do anything right - passing, tackling... nothing:o Was extremely happy with how Diouf played and how he handled all the stick. He should be a big player for us this season. I wanted him to score the winner sooooo bad, and why Scott Brown didnt leave him alone, I don't know.
IanMcCo 7,044
Re: Official SPL Thread I removed the majority of my original post in case some people are lacking a sense of humour (you know who you are people ) All in all - C**tic enjoyed the better of the match - but it's the number of goals that count - and that was 2 a piece. ICT await the winner in the next round
Kez 2,249
Re: Official SPL Thread Will be lovely to hear the neutral comments regarding the referee from Mr Paranoia - I am sure he will applaud the referee for every decision he made today' date=' rather than using him as a scapegoat.[/quote']He already did that in his post match interview. Scott Brown on that bus? Did he miss the earlier one that the entire Rangers team took? Pathetic performance. Naismith cheating wee so and so.
IanMcCo 7,044
Re: Official SPL Thread He already did that in his post match interview. I have a shameful secret to share...I haven't seen the match or the post match interviews yet. Missus family down here in Manchester don't seem to be able to grasp the following concept "Do not arrange a Christening on the same day as an Old Firm match" I do admit though - they did arrange it before the draw for the cup - perhaps the SFA should take this type of thing into consideration in future

Indeed - if they had simply dropped me an email I could have explained the situation, and they could easily have moved the match to fit in with my personal plans. Typical SFA - picking on Rangers fans again pfft lol

Celtic have a very young, promising and exciting young squad. Neil Lennon's buys this season have been brilliant. Commons seems to be a good buy for Celtic. Played well so far, and seemed to be dangerous every time he touched the ball today. I was glad he came off, but was shocked to see Ledley still on the park instead. Diouf has to be the best January signing imo. It's just a pity he has such a shocking attitude, that's the only reason no-one wants him. He definitely has talent.
