Re: Jeffery BRUMA

Jeffrey Bruma

Comfortable on the ball and a very good athlete Jeffrey confirmed himself as a key member of the reserve squad last campaign despite it being his first as a fulltime scholar.

The season before when still a schoolboy he played centre back in every round in the FA Youth Cup run to the final and was the top appearance maker in the youth league.

He turned pro in the summer and became a Dutch Under 21 international in September 2009 at the age of just 17. Frequently trains with the first team and made his debut as substitute a Premier League win over Blackburn in October 2009.

Re: Jeffery BRUMA

IMO player with the most potential under 20. He has everything going for him, good height, body, ball control etc.

Played a couple of times for Chelsea. He trains with world's best strikers everyday like Drogba, so that can't be bad for his development. In The Netherlands some experts are already saying that they should take him to the World Cup in South Africa. But that won't be likely, seeing he doesn't play enought matches.

Also John Terry labeled him as his ''protege''. That too can't be bad for his development seeing that Terry is one of the best defenders. I hope he teaches' him on the field stuff only, lol :D

Re: Jeffery BRUMA

Might be loaned out to Wolfsburg

http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2010/07/19/2032019/chelsea-youngster-jeffrey-bruma-to-sign-loan-deal-with-wolfsburg-

But goal do have a reputation for saying that about anyone. It would be good experience for him if it happens?

I'd rather keep him at Chelsea tbh, espeically considering Alex's injurry. Wolfsburg also already have some good CB's in Friedrich and Kjaer, so i'm not sure if he'd be able to get much playing time any way.
