Re: Serie A - Analysis and Ratings

At the start you have Caceras in Green but to stay the same rating. Do you think he is likely to go up because he is playing well and has made 11 starts for Juve (+3 from the bench)? He's also playing for Uruguay.

I also want an asnwer to this questuion.

Also, Shepherd - you from the Torquay area?

He has a fair chance I guess. But I personally don't belive he will rise - yet.

No I'm not, I go on holiday to Paignton twice a year. But if they're playing, I tend to go and watch them.

Ok thanks. :)

Vargas is a tough question. I have no clue weather they'll give him a new positional change to LM/Wing. But keep Capdevilla atleast until they have reviwed Italy for your own safety.

I've decided that I'll sign Vargas and keep Capdevilla, and if he does change to LM/Wing, then it's still a 91-rated LM I didn't have before, as I currently play Ashley Young there (90). Then I can look for a diffferent.

Also, I do know that it's difficult to know when they are going to do the changes, but do you think it is likely that they won't have done them by January 18th? One of the setups I'm in has a transfer ban until then, and I want to sign Thiago Silva, but need to wait to sell someone until I can put the offer in. Cheers :)

I think they will be done with Italian ratings by then. I'm not sure, maybe Barracuda or someone else knows....

Paignton's not bad is it, suppose you visited QuayWest? Love/loved that place. Torquay not doing all that well this season eh? Sorry Pazz, bit of topic there.

Re: Serie A - Analysis and Ratings

WHAT A LITTLE BIIIITCH !!!

Basically Melo's piling on and is trying to throw Ferrara under the bus for his own crappy performances all year long. Whining that Ferrara actually expects him to transition the ball forward to the more offensive players after stopping the opposition attack.

What a friggin' wuss...!

He hasn't even proved effective all year long at stopping attacks in the center of the pitch!

A rise is out of the question for him

And IMO he deserves a drop but won't get one...

I still can't figure out how he got a 91 anyway.

ASIDE: I will say this though on Juve... Juve does have a problem in that they have 2 sets of players in the starting XI and those two camps haven't found a way to work together (evidence is Diego, who really needs some speed and/or quick feet in front of him to be effective, and that's not the personnel/qualities that Juve have)

But that said, screw Melo. He's trying to position himself now to the media as more of a pure DM, which he never has been, and is saying that he really never plays up the pitch. Can't stand players angling to get someone else fired to make up for their own ineptitude.

Felipe Melo: «Non sono un regista». E spunta Ledesma

I'd agree that they'll definitely have started Italy by then, but not entirely sure whether they'll have completed it. SM have taken their own sweet time to do previous sections, after all. (In the Italian changes, they have to do Serie C as well, along with Serie B & A, right?)

But I'm fairly certain they'll follow this order : Portugal -> Italy -> Spain.

Re: Serie A - Analysis and Ratings

Is it certain that melo will drop. He has been ***** this season i can see him drop. Should i just trade him for claudio marchiso?

well yes he has been poor, I think he will stay personally.. and yes I would go for Marchisio who is rising to 90, although he deserves 91. but he hasn't gotten enough games due to injuries. He is also a starter for Italy and I can see him rising further after the WC ;)

Re: Serie A - Analysis and Ratings

I was just wondering Pazzano' date=' whether you where going to do a post of all the best risers from Italy in one post, or have you already done it and i have miseed it. Thanks KangarooJack09.[/quote']

I was thinking of maybe doing a top 5 best talents/risers. But I will surely do one after I've done the ratings for each teams.
