Re: Official Arsenal Thread

Spurs scored 1 goal over the 2 legs:confused:

Hardly going to petrify them facing you lot who have a worse attack than Spurs.

And Milan scored none, while creating very little. What is your point exactly?

When they last played Arsenal over 2 legs they didn't score then either.

Arsenal's energy in midfield ripped Milan to shreds at the San Siro back then.

Although Arsenal have declined since then, so have Milan. To not be worried about the game is laughable.

1. Spurs didn't have RVP.

2. They were also in their first season of Champions League football. They showed naivety in the second leg by sitting back and trying to defend their lead. Other teams, more experienced teams, would have gone for the throat early on in the second to kill it off.

Re: Official Arsenal Thread

Well seeing as Arsenal have never had the bottle/ability/know-how to win it once (never mind 3 times) I think you could maybe use some knowledge from those of us that have:p

And please dont call me a 'manc'.

I support Man Utd.

So its a given that I am an 'essex boy' - NOT a "manc";):D

Poor sod .

I'm not saying they should not be worried. That was Lensois.

It was stated that they should be worried about Walcott, Ox and RVP.

A comment was then made that they probably weren't worried about Spurs either.

Spurs attack is better than Arsenal's and Milan contained Spurs excellently so will be condfident they can handle Arsenal's attacking trio.

Let's remember that this was a Spurs line up that contained Peter Crouch. The Spurs of last season weren't as good as this year's.

Re: Official Arsenal Thread

My Mother was in Liverpool the day before so can safely say I got the lesser of two evils;)
I was born in Essex as well so i can't say much....innit.

Fortunately for her I arrived the next day otherwise I would have crawled 'back in' and waited until she got out of Liverpool.

And bang - I come out and its blooming Colchester fgs:o

Re: Official Arsenal Thread

Easy Jet is a terrible airline' date=' why did you mention them[/b']? You should have used Fly Emirates.

Because Easy Jet couldn't go from Arsenal to Tottenham without some disaster, lol, let alone to Milan and then to Essex.

Have you seen the prices of Fly Emirates tickets? No wonder we have a bit of money lying around.
