Millwall 3-0 Dagenham & Redbridge

Comfortable win for us, keeps us well rooted to 7th position but I'm now on the same points as Reading who are in 6th so a play position this season should be well in sight.

Agree with everyone on the topic of Ash leaving, great manager and was key to 5579's success, I think we can all agree this setup has seen it's best days pass and I don't think we'll be seeing them again.

From what l ve seen most set up are struggling ,except a couple.

With some fresh blood a new generation who knows.it's still my favourite set up and can't find another like it,7046could get there in time for me.

The day l leave my blades team or 5579 the day l quit sm.a change of club tho could be possible ,maybe .

Re: English Championship 5579 - Discussion Thread

Exeter drew 1-1 with another promotion hopeful Sheffield Wednesday on saturday.Happy with that as we stay in the top six.Sorry to see one of the stalwarts of the set up leave, one of the reasons to get in this one is down to the quality and longevity of the managers.

3-0 at home to Chelsea. :D

Well chuffed with this result and really gives me confidence going further down the line knowing I can beat the best ;). Klose gets a crucial brace. :)

In the 4th round we draw Doncaster away which is certainly winnable. ;)

Must win league next in Matty's Leicester, only prib-prob being most the team not match fit. :o

Re: English Championship 5579 - Discussion Thread

Júnior PAULINHO has completed his move to Barnsley from Corinthians in a swap deal for Kévin ANIN and João FILIPE . All other offers were turned down.

Again another target of mine joins, very pleased with this because no 1 he's a very good player with very strong interested from Milan and no 2, beat of stiff competition from LoserBorough :D:D

Re: English Championship 5579 - Discussion Thread

Following a fair knock-out to a strong a Blackburn outfit, several players in North Eastern in England are looking for a new owner (temporarily).

Players available for loan;

GANSO, Paulo Henrique

MARTIN, Marvin

OSVALDO, Pablo

LOVREN, Dejan

OGBONNA, Angelo

Note: A manager has first dibs on the loanies as a part of a deal, but if he decides to not bid on some of the players, the first non-Div 1 side gets him loan. :)

& of course, the rest of my youth team. :)

EDIT: @JinxMillion - great signing in Digne! He's one for the future, for sure. Shame I didn't have any cash over for him though. KIU! :)

Re: English Championship 5579 - Discussion Thread

Rui Patricio is in the process of completing his move away from Torquay. The first part of the deal has gone through, Jordan Ayew has moved to the club for £13.5 million and the second part has been accepted. Rui Patricio is off to Upto Park for £6.5 million + Sven Ulreich. Ultimately, £7m + Patricio = Ayew + Ulreich. I don't mind losing £7m and I think it's a fair deal for both sides. It allows me to finally let Patricio go and get two new first team players, of whom I don't mind eating the club's money. Ulreich becomes the club joint highest rated player and wil take over from Westwood who will be sold once his TB expires next month.
