Scott Sinclair/Akos Buzsaky

Recommended Posts

The youngster currently at Chelsea rated 68 has moved to Plymouth on a month's long loan. He should hopefully get some games which means his SM rating could go up to at least the 70 mark.

From Wikipedia:

Scott Sinclair (born March 26, 1989 in Bath, Somerset) is an English footballer who is on the books of English Premier League team Chelsea F.C., and is currently on loan at Plymouth Argyle

A striker, he made his first team debut for Bristol Rovers at the age of 15, and moved to Chelsea in Summer 2005. In November 2005 Chelsea were ordered to pay Bristol Rovers initial compensation of £200,000, and up to an extra £750,000 may become due depending on how successful he is at his new club. Chelsea will also have to pay Bristol Rovers 15% of any profit they make if they sell him.

For the season 05/06 as of 17 April 2006 Sinclair has made 21 appearances for the Chelsea youth team and has scored 15 goals. For the reserve team, he has started seven games, come on in 7 and scored three goals. He has also played for England Under 17s.

He used to play for Bath Arsenal before he went to Bristol Rovers.[citation needed]

He was called up for Chelsea's squad to play Macclesfield Town in the FA Cup on 6th January 2007, however he stayed on the bench. His debut came just four days later, coming on as a substitute late in a League Cup game against Wycombe Wanderers.

Akos Buzsaky is another from Plymouth. The Hungarian international has played at Home Park for a couple of seasons now. He is either 78 or 80 on SM but in the last couple of games he's been superb ( to do with Plymouth's new Hungarian loan signings? ) as well as playing consistently well for the past few years. I expect an increase next time the British ratings are done.

From Wikipedia:

Buzsáky initially joined Argyle on loan from FC Porto until the end of the 2004/05 season. The former Hungarian Under-21 international captain impressed Bobby Williamson during a behind-closed-doors friendly against Torquay United and was consequently signed as a regular player. Buzsáky had joined Porto under José Mourinho for £400,000 from MTK Budapest in July 2002, and was loaned out to Portuguese Superliga side Academica de Coimbra in 2003-04. He had been playing for Porto's 'B' side in the Portuguese third division prior to joining Argyle. He produced a series of excellent performances towards the end of the season and this led to the board spending around £225,000 to make his move permanent, offering him a three-year contract. So far he has scored six goals for Plymouth Argyle in 51 appearances (including cup games) and achieved 3 full international caps since joining the club. Over the past season, he has established himself as a firm fans favourite, for his noted skill and politeness off the pitch. On the last day of his loan spell with Argyle, fans held up paper signs that read "Mr Chairman sign Akos now!" and "Buy Akos, Buy Akos!". He has remained an Argyle player ever since despite being linked with West Bromwich Albion and Bolton Wanderers.

You have got to buy Sinclair. If you didn't see his goal yesterday' date=' then try to find it somewhere. It was unbelievable. Ran about 3/4s of the pitch and capped it off with a great finish. Wouldn't be surprised if he got Goal of the Season with that. Better than Essien's and Taylor's the other day.

Sign him quick![/quote']

i was at the barnet game and was right behind the goal. It was a good goal but im my view nothing Brilliant. A slipup by king(def) and keeper left stranded but a good finish but he did threaten. soz to say nothing more than goal of teh game :)

Yet another goal from Scott Sinclair as Plymouth beat Derby County 2 - 0 to get to the quarters of the FA Cup. May be an Exeter fan but glad to see Plymouth and Sinclair doing well. Hope they get a Prem side in the quarter finals.

Anyway back to Sinlcair, he is a must buy. Only rated 68 and is playing plenty of games for Plymouth and scoring. Will rise to at least a 75 I think.
