Re: Premiership Ratings By MaoaM

Is Kolo Toure in for a drop? I thought he was doing quite well for City. Not a rise i know that much, but at least he will stay for now right?

Also how do you guys feel about Micah Richards, could he get back to 90 within the next ratings?

Kolo Toure has an outside chance of a drop, he's not the player he used to be. Injuries have started to crept into his game too. I think its a travesty that Toure is rated higher than Walter Samuel, whom has played well this season since his injury return.

Richards is fine at 89, he has horrible positioning. Although, I'll concede he is still young and can improve. He was rated 90 some seasons back and he's playing nowhere near the standards of then. Even if Man City finish 4th, a rise is not a must for Richards.

I can't understand how you put song as a possible rise and palacios as a riser. Song should definately rise. He has been amazing this season.

I put both as risers. It looks like light green on song, but its dark green. Both will definately get 90 imo :)

Re: Premiership Ratings By MaoaM

Liverpool

Jamie Carragher 93 -> 93/92

Daniel Agger 89 -> 90

Pablo Maxi Rodriguez 93 -> 92/93

Dirk Kuyt 92 -> 92

David N'gog 86 -> 86

the ones i slightly disagree with:

carra should be more 92/91 than 93/92

agger i doubt will get 90, so more 89/90

maxi due to him barely playing at atleti should drop to 91 as he's been decent so far

kuyt should drop to 91

ngog should really get 87 if rodwell got an 87 last time around

Re: Premiership Ratings By MaoaM

Gabby has a good shout for a 90. Baines has been outstanding for Everton, and should play for England at the WC (Fabio doesn't normally take injured players, or players who haven't been playing reguarly for their club) which in my eyes makes him a 88-90/89. Valencia has come good, a very good shout for 92. All in all, great effort and I look forward to the rest :)

Pavley to 91? if any spurs striker should hit 91 it should be crouch' date=' pavley has played 10 league games this year, Crouch has played 28.[/quote']

I did put 90/91. And hes been in very good scoring form since his drop last rating change, much better than Crouch.

Pav - 9 goals in all competitions since last change

Crouch 6 goals in all competitions since last change

Nah' date=' you don't see +2 unless someone has been phenomenal for THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF EVALUATION. Malouda has done it only for a part. But if he keeps playing this well until the evaluation, he should be a lock for 92.[/quote']

Maluda deserves 93 no doubt, he is playing at 96 level in the last 10+ games, ASSUMING he maintains that form for the remaining 6 games, he will get 93. (& Chelsea winning the league just seals it for him.

What makes you think Valencia will even get a 92? ;)

MaoaMs original post :)

Was only reffereing to his ratings, personaly i hate valencia, his his assists for United do warrent a rise to 91. i still feel he is no more then a 90 rated player, no way 92.

martain skretal and daniel agger should swap ratings

agger is a far' date=' far better defender than skertal and carragher imo[/quote']

No way will Agger get to 91 at one go plus, Liverpool's poor season won't be helping his cause too.

Re: Premiership Ratings By MaoaM

Absolutely. Agger has more chance of staying at 89 than rising to 91.

Liverpool fans need to understand that they have their poorest team in years at the moment. Unless things improve drastically they will become part of the increasingly competitive 'chasing pack' of 4th place candidates for years to come - and with Man City's financial muscle, it might not even be 4th place chasing in a year or so...

Still, one hope is that Wenger leaves Arsenal. I honestly don't think many other managers would consistently finish in the top 4 with that group of players.

surely if a player is playing well enough he should rise no matter how bad his team is doing

and surely if there is 2 players in a team that play the same postion [agger and skertal] the one that plays every week [agger] should have the higher rating

Rating changes take place progressively. Skrtel was 92/91 standard some time back before his injury. He isn't 91 standard anymore and he will soon be brought down to a suitable rating when he is reviewed again, in this case a 90.

Agger is easily one of the top centre-backs in the Premiership, except he is too injury-prone. As a result, he hasn't been able to get an extended run in the team to warrant any rise before. He's now back in the thick of things so yes he will rise, although I feel a +1 would be just about fair. If he continues playing well, he will get 91 next round imo.

Thiago Silva only got a +1 with AC Milan, who are doing arguably better than Liverpool.

or much more likely next season arsenal will have a year like last season (which is like liverpool this season, which is fairly likely) or if fabregas goes they'll suffer or chelsea dont revamp their squad in the summer to get rid some of the 30-somethings who could easily drop a level next season

darren bent should surely rise to 90. maybe rooney to 97 it could happen its 50/50 chance. joe hart 90rated as he is a class keeper and arsenals benter should be 89 or 90 but i think 89

I don't think Rooney will rise to 97 unless England have a really good World Cup.
