juve_fan 234
Re: The Leamington Invitational Official Thread Juve_Fan back at Posh Juve_fan was shockingly re-appointed as manager of Peterborough United last night. Some fans were happy to see him back in charge, but there were angry supporters voicing their opinions about the manager, and the way he left before. Juve_fan said this to the fans: "I am sorry for the manner in which I left the club last time, I hope that all you supporters out there turn up every week and help us in our bid for promotion to Division 1, where we belong. I would also like to take this opportunity to apologize to LeamingtonSteve, for the way I left the setup last time, and I promise I won't leave like that again." Juve_fan also confirmed that he has 5 bids accepted, with 4 youngsters joining Posh, if they choose to. The players joining are Alberto Pelagotti (65k), young winger Pereirinha (2.5million), Robert Acquafresca (5.8 million), Michael Bradley (5.8 million) and Carlo Cudicini (3.5 million). Juve have also bid for a youngster, who is being kept quiet .

kevche 693
Re: The Leamington Invitational Official Thread Reid joins the Roar!!! Irish international Steven Reid put pen to paper in a 9.6 million 4 year deal which sees him join fellow countryman Steve Hunt in the Queensland midfield. Reid is looking forward to playing his home games in Australia and should be a regular first team member. Manager Kevche is delighted to get Reid in his side and said he has not abandoned his youth policy but feels a little more experience in the side will help the team. He also added that he was in the market for a more experienced goalkeeper and has already a bid in for one such player. As the new season beckons he is hoping to improve on last seasons 4th place finish and feels that silverware will keep the Roar fans on his side.

RobbieM surprised everyone by finishing second can he take the crown off Razza or will the newly promoted Thame brothers create a shock by upstaging everyone in there first season in the top flight. DIVISION TWO The middle division will provide many a challenge for the participants who will want to reach the top ladder but also have to avoid the bottom level. Looking to return to the top tier will be managerless Mariners and Peterborough who have tempted Juvefan back. Northwich and Sliema will be hoping for back to back promotions after climbing out of D3 but lets not forget the big sides that didnt make it out of D2 last campaign. Frasers Raith, Georges Exeter who have the most expensive signing in the setup after taking on Ben Foster. Sydney and Adelaide are also sleeping giants waiting to wake up. DIVISION THREE Noone wants to be stuck in the basement division so looking to escape are Shelbourne who was too late to save Birkirkara last season, Gordons Alloa who were in the promotion hunt last campaign along with Sams Perth Glory. Lilian Laslandes gave Northwich the lead on 33mins, but Exeter City equalised 10mins later with Jose Jonathan Pina scoring. Lilian Laslandes gave Northwich the lead again on 75mins, and Stefan Tanghe made sure they got the win on 86mins. Gonzalo ABAN (78) Milton RODRIGUEZ (47) In Division 2 & 3 respectivly fortunes are some what better for Maltease Sides both Silema & Birkirkara played away from Ta Quali & Won With 2-0 & 4-1 Wins. Silema played Raith Rovers an Early Goal & A goal midway trough the 2nd half ensured another win for recently promoted side. Dominique ARRIBAGE (3) Niclas ALEXANDERSSON (69) Birkirkara Went into there game with Southport in England 2 points adrift in 2nd place in this top of the table clash & the Traveling Supporters would go home very happy. A convincing 4-1 Victory now puts Birks 1 point ahead of Southport in the Table as the two Clubs Swap Posisitions. Carlos Vela Got the Scoring underway in the 16th Minute with a Wonderfull Curling Shot, He & the crowd would have to wait will the 50th Minute for more action when a Excellent overhead kick from Vela just went over the bar but that was just a taster of things to come less than a minute later Vela Turned his marker inside the box & shot powerfully & low to beat the keeper. Southport Got themselfs make into the game inwhich they had been outplayed for the most part When Boyd Beat the offside trap dubiously as the flag stayed down, A Real Home team Goal. But 2 Goals 10 minutes later in the space of ten minutes saw Birks race comfortably to a 4-1 Victory, A brilliant long range shot was well saved my the keeper but he could only parry as SWP scored a real Strikers Goal to make it 3-1, Ten Minutes later it was 4 & also Vela's Hatrick a great solo run using all his power & pace to slam home inside the box & thats now 5 goals in 3 games for the young Mexicano. After that it was all Southport as they had there best spell of the match but Birks defended well in numbers to twart the out of form Porters.
