Hi.

I use 4-2-2-2 and 4-2-3-1 for my Bayern Munchen, but i don't know what tactics to use (tempo, passing style, mentality, target man...) and i am losing points with low rated sides.

These are the formations:

4-2-2-2:

----------------REINA----------------

-SAGNA--LUCIO--CHIELLINI---LAHM

--------X.ALONSO--ESSIEN---------

------ARSHAVIN--------SILVA------

--------FORLAN-----GOMEZ--------

4-2-3-1:

----------------REINA----------------

-SAGNA--LUCIO--CHIELLINI---LAHM

--------X.ALONSO--ESSIEN---------

--ARSHAVIN---TEVEZ---SILVA------

---------GOMEZ(FORLAN)----------

Thanks, help repped :)

Right, for both formations you should set your mentality to attacking.

4-2-2-2

Passing style: Direct.

Pace: Fast.

Attacking style: Through the middle.

Tackling: Normal or hard (I would select hard only if you have good squad depth, as it increases the chances of getting red cards. Otherwise it's a good tactic).

Pressing: All over.

Counter-attack.

Tight marking.

Play offside trap.

4-2-3-1

Passing style: Short.

Pace: Normal.

Attacking style: Mixed.

Tackling: Normal.

Pressing: Own Half.

Counter-attack.

Men behind ball.

Tight marking.

Use playmaker (in this case, Tevez).

Thanks, i will use 4-2-3-1 this night against a lower rated Shalke side ;)
