mattygcfc 739
Re: World Championship 8984 ok this is my first match report match of the Week Real Madrid 5-3 Chelsea An early goal from C.Ronaldo in the 2nd minute set up an early lead which cused a near punchup in the middle resulting in a yellow for Xabi Alonso. That was soon followed by Wayne Rooney in the 13th. not a moment later Ashley Cole was seeing Yellow for kicking the ball away out of frustration. other athat there was nothing interesting in the first half and the score was 2-0 to Real Madrid only 3 minutes into the first half saw Joe Cole score the first goal in the match for the Blues seizing an error in the defense. but that was all put to shame as in the 61st and 63rd saw Higuain score a double and put Real up 4-1 but valiant efforts from Chelsea were finally paid up with Drogba scoring in the 68th. But it was all put to waste when De Rossi Finished in style and ending the Match 5-2. But to ease the pain Solomon Kalou finished in style in the 89th but it was Real From the beginning with 65% possesion and the Man of the match went to Wayne Rooney for always bringing up chances for his team. Real Madrid 3-5-2 -------------Casillias----------- ---Ramos----Garay----Evra----- -----------Xabi Alonso---------- C.Ronaldo-Gago-De Rossi-Higuain ----------Rooney-D.milito------ Chelsea 4-3-3 ------------Cech-------------- Bosingwa-Terry-Carvalho-A.Cole ----Lampard-Essien-J.Cole----- ----Anelka---Drogba-Kalou---- Real Madrid now face 4th place Lyon while Chelsea Face off against 10th place Fiorentina

Arsenal needed something fast and 4 Minutes Later Eduardo equalises and looks good doing it. With that it was half time. Arsenal needed something fast and threw everything at them and Eboue is seeing Yellow after a rough tackle but now Arsenal are rolling well and it has paid off with a goal to Diaby in the 70th minute. With a comfortable lead there wasnt much more to ask for but Silvestre sealing the deal for the Gunners in the 80th. If you were up 3-1 then there is no need to be aggressive and the ref shows Djourou yellow. but no change to the score and its the win to Arsenal 3-1 The MOM going to Eduardo for his Fantastic Equaliser in the 42nd minute CSKA Moskva 4-4-2 --------------------Akinfeev------------------------- Semberas---Ignashevic---V.Berezutsky---A.Berezutsky Krasic--------Mamaev-------Dzagoev--------Gonzalez -----------Vagner Love-----Guilherme----------------- Arsenal 4-4-2 ---------------Alumnia--------------- -Osorio---Campbell--Djourou--Silveste Kiessling---Ebore-----Diaby-----Vela-- ----------Eduardo---Bendtner-------- New Div 1 Standings-Top 10 1.Juventus 2.Sevilla 3.Atletico Madrid 4.Real Madrid 5.Fiorentina 6.Manchester United 7.Shaktar 8.Lyon 9.Bayern Munchen 10.Villarreal

The next minutes were definitely rough and a yellow card was shown to Daniele De Rossi for an outrageous tackle. But it didn't seem to affect Real as 4 minutes later Rooney's Partner in crime Diego Milito finished in style as Real moved 2 goals up. For Internazionale, Hope still flickers as Radamel Falcao finished in one for the newspaper cover on the 44th. and they go into the break with Real up 2-1 An amazing start for Real Madrid as Karim Benzema finished from close range and Real go up 3-1. 10 minutes later Toni comes on for Muntari and a fromation change to a 3-4-2-1 Luca Toni takes this wrongly and gets yellow for a harsh tackle on Evra+ and twisting his ankle and an ankle injury putting him out for 11 days. Not long after Llorente comes off for Lucio and another formation change for Inter, this time a 4-3-3. It pays off with Lucio scoring a wonderful goal that makes us all say wow. It was to no avail as Real move up to 3rd and are serious title contenders. the MOM once again goes to Rooney for a spectacular match and a great opener. he is now 5th on the top scorers, 3rd on the average match performance and =1st with Villa on most MOM's. Evenly matched half ending 0-1 to Barcelona. Just a reminder to other forumers that this game world is waiting for eager managers its name is World Championship 8984 and its ID is 49401 Kicking off the second half with Barcelona and Melo is on fire, the yellow was one of the best things he has had as he rolls through the match but we cant say the same about the Barcelona defence as they give David Trezeguet way too much space and an easy finish equalizing the score. Trezeguet takes way too long in his celebration and is booked for time wasting. A slip sees Pique+ out with a foot injury for a week. And a very even match ends all even. mattygcfc 739
Real Madrid Road To Success Oh Yeah, it's Real After a 5-0 win over Roma, Real Madrid have won the Division 1 title and are therfore the greatest team at the moment. here is the tale of the tape. When Matthew Gerritsen Joined Real Madrid a revolution was planned, first the departure of Raul to Aston Villa, then the arrival of Diego Milito followed by Kaka's move to Manchester United for Wayne Rooney and Patrice Evra. The opening few matches did not go the bernabeu's way with a total of 1 point in our first three matches and elimination from the champions league puts focus on the League and Cups, after the first 3 matches, Real Madrid won their next match then went 1-1 with Sevilla. After a 5-3 victory over Chelsea, Real Madrid win their next three including against 2nd place Intermilan. After a loss to early leaders Juventus in a very close match, cup match was on focus with a 5-1 domination of TSG Hoffenheim Benzema celebrates his 2nd of 4 goals against Hoffenheim A week on Real Madrid suffer another loss, but this one hurt the most as Diego Forlan gives Atletico Madrid the win. Following that loss, Real Madrid lost to Division 4 giants Lille OSC 4-3, it was very hard fought but it meant Real Madrid were out of the shield. After the set back. Real Madrid went on a huge undefeated run scoring a total of 39 goals in 13 matches including the domination of Barcelona 3-1 Ronaldo is on fire, and loving it. This undefeated run was ended by Manchester United as Injuries and Fitness are the biggest worried as The three man defence was becoming a problem. At least two players were injured every week and this was mainly the defence. And it showed because in nearly every match Casillias could not keep a clean sheet. But what led the team through to the end was the amazing work of Wayne Rooney and Diego Milito. Nobody could stop them with a total of 38 goals and 32 (and another 10 for Benzema) between them and Rooney named the best player, Rooney has picked up 15 MOM out of his 30 matches played and an average rating of 8.43, 0.02 ahead of Closest rival Samuel Eto'o. Eto'o was the biggest risk to the Bernabeu's chances. After the loss to Manchester United, Real Madrid picked up 8 points from a possible 12 before finally crashing out of the World Champ Cup to Internacional on penalties. The next match was easily the title decider as 2nd place Real Madrid played 1st place Intermilan. The Match that could go either way went neither way as the match ended 1-1. Real Madrid then went through a 3-3 draw with the reds at the Bernabeu. Things started to go well as Real Madrid won their next four straight and earned back first spot. 1-1 against FC Porto then 2-1 beating Bayern Munchen followed up with a 1-1 draw with Barcelona lead the Whites to Shaktar which ended 1-0. With the title nearly in the bag there were three matches left. As the boys were upset by Fiorentina 1-3 the title looked in jeopardy. But with a huge goal difference and only needing three points to cinch the title. Roma were the last victims, as Rooney slotted that final penalty the Bernabeu knew the title was theirs. A stunning 5-1 win against the Romans ment the title was coming to Madrid. Granero Celebrates the match winner. The awards night was the night after the victory. With many players, staff and members from the board at the night it was great fun. Best Player-Wayne Rooney With 22 goals, 11 assists, an average rating of 8.43 and 15 MOM's to his name, Rooney was the standout this season. As part of the P/E for Kaka, Rooney and Patrice Evra were set to make an impact. but nobody expected one as big as this. Congratulations to Wayne Rooney. Best Young (u21) Player-Romelu Lukaku Romelu was stellar when the striker Crisis came, With 13 appearances (8 as a substitute), 5 goals, 3 assists and a MOM meant that this kid, with his amount of Game time was amazing. He is said to be loaned out next season to a lowly club but for now he is staying in Madrid. The player's Player Award-Diego Milito With nearly twice as much assists as 2nd place, Diego Milito is to credit for nearly every Rooney Goal, but has assisted others like Higuain and Benzema, and he knows how to score to though. But there has been rumours of his departure and A.C.Milan are interested, but if he does leave, we wish him all the best and hope he plays as well as he did at madrid. The Madrid Players of WC 8984, Season 1 Division 1 Champions. Casillias-Delac Evra-Marcelo-Ramos-Van Der Wiel-Pepe-Garay-Toloi-Kalas Alonso-De Rossi-Gago-Granero-Mariga-McEachran-Canales-Gotze-Ronaldo-Muniain Rooney-Milito-Higuain-Benzema-Lukaku-Son This Is an all time high for me' date=' to lead the boys to victory. I look foward to next season but look closer as my Argentine Assassins look to win the world cup. I Wish all my players the best in the near future and hope to stay at the club a lot longerAnd To any managers in disbelief, oh it's real, its **** real, real madrid[/quote']

icy wind 10
Re: World Championship 8984 The round of fate next turn.. Lyon - Juventus Valencia - Shakhtar Liverpool - Real Madrid Villarreal - Barcelona Manchester United - Sporting CP Roma - Bayern München Arsenal - Milan Manchester City - Chelsea Internazionale - ATLÉTICO MADRID Sevilla - Fiorentina Liverpool coming back to life with the new manager, and has defeated Barca 2-4 and risen to 19th place. Gotta be an interesting match vs Real. Bayern verses Roma, even though Bayern's opening is impressive and is to be watched, Roma isn't going to let this be an easy fight, seeing how they crushed their country rival Milan 3-0 last round, despite Forlan's debut at San Siro. Bayern manager Mika with 150 reputation sure knows football! Just look at his Youth bench http://www.soccermanager.com/club.php?action=squad&clubid=24312880 Man U vs Chelsea English Derby. Chelsea 3rd and Man U managing to draw many tough games even though they aren't doing that well points wise. And finally the most important match of all Atletico visiting Inter who finished second last season, and has quality players like Eto'O, Zanetti, Schneijder. To make it even better, we just had consecutive games, first the Cup and then the League, leaving certain players below 40%! Really looking forward to this weekend
