Stiliyan Petrov will play his Millwall debut against you on Saturday. I hope he strengthens our midfield

. earned a draw with Birmingham City against Plymouth Argyle.

Birmingham City dominated much of the play against Plymouth Argyle but could only manage a 1 - 1 draw in their Division 3 fixture.

The plastic Canadian escapes with a draw.... Next time he'll be mine....

Plastic?!

I think it was Carlisle that got off lightly, seeing as I forgot to rotate my cup team out. A rookie mistake but it serves the buggers right for losing to Southend in the Cup. Hats off to them but we're now in danger of doing a Fulham and concentrating on the league early season :o

Geoffrey steered Leyton Orient to victory against Brighton and Hove Albion.

Leyton Orient beat Brighton and Hove Albion 2 - 1 in their Division 4 fixture.

Caicedo scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Routledge was also on the scoresheet for his side.

:) I am a very a happy manager.

Well, since talks have broken down mightily on Maher with another manager, I think I shall leave him and put him back as unavailable to transfer. Plus He had a great game vs the Italian National team today :).

SJain steered Wolverhampton Wanderers to victory against fierce rivals Aston Villa in the West Midlands Derby.

Wolverhampton Wanderers hammered Aston Villa 5 - 0 in their Division 2 fixture.

Bendtner was impressive and scored a hat-trick, later being voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Zhirkov and El Shaarawy were also amongst the goalscorers.

Good win for us, takes us to 8th in table. Bendtner's hat-trick takes his tally to 8 goals and 4 assists in the league.

Chesterfield 1 Aldershot 1

A fine point for Chesterfield against a strong Aldershot but it feels like 2 points lost rather than 1 point gained. Good game racky!

After a fairly even first half, Chesterfield took the lead through Rodallega in the 35th minute and if it wasn't for the brilliant keeping from Aldershot keeper Ahmanda we could have doubled our lead.

The heartbreak was complete when Scheletto equalised in the 86th minute to steal a point.

The match was characterised by two brilliant keeping displays and if you offered me a point at the start of the game, I would have taken it. But it does feel like a kick in the teeth to defend so well only for the 3 points to be taken away late on.

Unfortunately Antonelli and Garmash (who recently returned from a 3 game suspension) both picked up minor knocks so changes will have to be made before the game against Wycombe Wanderers

Walsall 4-0 Hartlepool United

L.CASTáN 9

E.ADEBAYOR 41, 78 (pen)

T.MOTTA 57

Walsall get back to winning ways as we put 4 past basement boys Hartlepool. Castan put us ahead, heading home Dembele's corner for his first goal for the club. It was a mixed afternoon for Motta who also scored his first goal in a Reds shirt only to be shown the red card half way through the 2nd half. Adebayor completed the rout with a goal in either half taking his tally to 8 in 10 since arriving in the summer. We move up to 3rd, up next travel to Leicester in a tricky away tie.
