Re: English Championship 7046 Discussion Thread

Sean Oneill steered Everton to victory against Exeter City.

Everton outclassed Exeter City and beat them 1 - 0 in their Division 1 fixture.

Suárez had an impressive game and was voted Man of the Match.

Robben was on the scoresheet for his side.

After their result against Exeter City, Everton are now unbeaten in 12 games setting a new club record for most games unbeaten in a row.

Full steam ahead on the S.S Everton this season. My boys are unsinkable like the mighty Titanic at the moment B)

Wait.. what? that didnt end well?...

Queens Park Rangers 0-1 Crystal Palace

An 88th minute Shirokov penalty stuns QPR and hands a late victory to us. I couldn't see that happening during the match commentary as QPR seemed to be all over us AFTER they had a man sent off

Result puts us into 2nd place with a home match against bottom side Birmingham next up.

Etoo © : Yeah it was a good match tonight we did , unfortunately i'm injured for 8 days from now from this match , but the most important is we won after a hard lost 3 days before (5-0) , we are also happy to the return of Dante , during 5 weeks we really waited for that , i scored now the same number of goals than van persie the best striker in this EC, i hope to continu like that .

Norwich City 1 Chesterfield 2

Chesterfield continued with their winning ways thanks to a 2-0 over Norwich. A surprise return to fitness for Fedor Smolov helped us a grab the early 1-0 lead, only for Lens to equalise in the 38th minute but then Mehmet Ekici continue his superb scoring form with 4 goals in 3 games.

This win pushes us up to 7th place and next us we play fellow surprise packets Dagenham

Division 2

Stadium: Banks's Stadium (13,720)

Attendance: 12,469

Walsall 3-1 Notts County

S.Kalou 22

M.Dembele 25

M.Klose 31

S.Downing 71

Walsall recover from a goal down to win our 3rd league match on the spin. The 3 points means were now undefeated in 7, winning 5 of those and were back to within a point of the play offs. Tough game up next as we head to Newcastle looking to extend the run.

Ola JOHN suffered a minor injury in the last game.

Only a bench player so not a major blow to lose him for 6 days.

Leiva LUCAS will be sidelined after suffering an injury.

This one is a bit more painful, 3 weeks. A key player and will be badly missed.

Terrible news, Kolo TOURÉ has been seriously injured.

This one hurts, Toure wont play again this season as his broken ankle rules him out for 9 weeks.

Gozzy raikkonen steered Leicester City to victory against Southampton.

Leicester City beat Southampton 5 - 1 in a thrilling Division 3 encounter.

Maxim scored a brace and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Athanasiadis and Joaquín were also amongst the goalscorers.

It seems Rick forgot to put his first team back for this match, but i'm not complaining! At least my form is better when i sell most of my high rated players. I win 3 out of the last 4 now, still in relegation zone, but things are getting better for Leicester
