Re: English Championship 7046 Discussion Thread

The Toon are bouncing back !! :D

Brilliant 2-1 away at Spurs in a pretty big shock for me. Nasri and Toure with our goals in a game we egded on possession and also ahead on SOT. ;) Only downside is two injuries to Agger and Toure but with them being 3 and 7 days each it could be worse. ;)

Also MoMo lost wiiiiiiiiiiiiii. :D

Re: English Championship 7046 Discussion Thread

A weakened Wigan side see off Liverpool 3-0 to send them into the relegation zone a brace from Marko Marin and a 5th in 11 games for Barcellos Taison a minor knock for Paulo Assuncao will see him sidelined for 5 days.

Next up is Middlesbrough in the shield before a trip to Arsenal and hope for revenge after the 5-1 drubbing earlier in the season

Well done mate, you broke my winning record (twit) :P

My goal was scored by Kiessling who is on pretty good form right now. Chelsea won meaning I'm only 5 points ahead at the top, hot under the collar stuff now :o

Dom!;):D

Re: English Championship 7046 Discussion Thread

Beat Orient 2-1 to make it back to back wins for the Canaries, although i'm not sure if we've moved up the table as all the teams above us won :P

A real dampener though is that one of my key players, Issiar Dia, is out for 6 weeks!!!!

Up 2-0 after 54 minute' date=' we concede 3 goals to lose 3-2.

Hate. This. Team.[/quote']

The funny thing was it was only after we subbed Xavi, Samuel, and Abidal (to rest 'em for the Shield) that we came good. Dominated on possession though, and we all know that is the most telling stat ;)

WAHEY!

City 4-0 Hull

Torres bagged a goal, two assists and collected his bottle of champers in the win. Menez, Wilshere, and Ozil scored the other goals. 3 points clear of Sheffield United, and with them our next league opponent, and with Elton on holidays, with no internet access whilst writing a mini novel, I bloody hope this side wins.

WAHEY!

Forest also take a tumble in the Shield on account of the 'don't get knocked out by Jooles or Lenny59 rule :o

Re: English Championship 7046 Discussion Thread

Blessed are the tripods as a 89th minute winner wins the day in a 3-2 cracker with Brentford and dispenses yet another 3-5-2 merchant to an eternity in the underworld, may the lord have mercy on their unimaginative souls....next up repentant Steve's Tranmere :)
