SMH SETS TRAP TO BRING JOOLES BACK TO FORUM

images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRwyp2pXjweRiFj5J0X6wCRn12hUkOD2qxGuYoO4DPMrJXMk3w-

We have set a trap to catch Jooles, missing in action since end of last season, there are all sorts of rumors flying around as to his whereabouts, I checked in division 2 but he isn't hiding down there although with his ageing side it won't be long before we do find him residing down there, have you seen Jooles youth team? They are all about twenty-eight!

MartinHandfordWally%26Friends.PNG

Here is an artists impression of Jooles if you see him try and lure him towards the maple syrup drenched beer trap as we play him on Wednesday and I want to be able to rub it in when we drub him.

If you are reading this Jooles here is a message

[DO NOT OPEN UNTIL AFTER OUR MATCH]

Message : Commiserations on the defeat at least you tried, maybe next time :)

Official: Derby complete Argentine wizard signing

Division 2 outfit Derby County have completed the transfer of promising Argentinian, Eduardo Salvio from West Ham United.

Nov 12, 2013

The Tactical Genius, Kai has completed the signing of Salvio for

1 million which saw Victor Giuliano and Finnish sensational

Pohjanpalo moved to Upton Park.

Although the Division 3 champion are sitting in the six place,

they have been struggling in front of goal this season with only

4 goals scored only Yeovil got less with 1 goal scored in 5 games

this season and Kai was desperate to add some more creativity

to his squad.

Eduardo_Salvio.jpg

Salvio became Kai's second big signing this season after

completed the signing of Kolarov from Northampton.

He is expected to make his first appearance against

Huddersfield this Wednesday.

Kai hailed Salvio, who turned 23 last July, as a

player of rich potential and will take no time adapt to

his team's Tiki Taka style.

Eduardo is an amazing talent. We have followed him

since his day in argentina. I believe he will become

one of the best winger in europe.

Now our left side problem solved. I hope we will show

REDS MATCH ON

This+Is+Anfield.jpg

Liverpool took on Napoli tonight in the Champions League hoping to keep their 100% record going, with three wins from three going in to this manager SMH shuffles the formation into a 4-5-1 defensive with Rooney as the lone striker dropping back, the formation worked a treat and the forty-five and a half thousand fans packed into Anfield were given a ninety minute masterclass.

Rooney bagged himself a hat-trick to take him to the Champions League top goalscorer with Pepe and Silva also on the scoresheet for Liverpool tonight, Dimitru scored Napoli's solitary strike.

POOLEURO_zps3a285e94.jpg

We experimented with the formation tonight but it all went to plan and it was an enjoyable night for fans and players alike, we must now concentrate on tomorrows game against high-flying Leeds.

FORMATION TEST v LEEDS

This+Is+Anfield.jpg

For today's game against Leeds we will be testing out the 4-5-1 formation with the false 9 dropping deep, it was successful against an unmanaged Napoli but whether that will prove to be the case against an astute Leeds manager is a different matter, Rooney bagged a hat-trick in the first test in the 5-1 win over Napoli yesterday in the Champions League so I think it is worth having a go with the same formation in the league.

451false9_zpscc6bd3f5.jpg

The games between us and Leeds have been tight so gibing this formation a blast seems worthy, Navas is pleased as he has struggled to make the first team in recent league games due to him not fitting the formation, I expect him to play a decent game and prove he deserves to be a first name on the sheet.

Re: English Championship 7046 Match Report/Tranfer Gossip Thread

LIVERPOOL SILENCE NOISY BURY

This+Is+Anfield.jpg

Liverpool took on Bury who are under new leadership with Noisy taking over the reigns from Lenny who was poached by Bolton, I was unsure what formation Bury would use as they have used a different formation in the two games under Noisy's stewardship, he used a 4-5-1 with advancing wingers in his first game then switched to a 3-5-2 with advancing wingers in his second game, I decided to use the 4-5-1 False9 formation as I used it in the 5-1 win over Napoli and the 0-0 draw against Leeds.

f9_zpsf435c85c.jpg

We started the game well when Ribery crossed to set up Rooney to score with a header in the 5th minute, Navas then set up Rooney for his second goal just after the half hour mark, Alonso then added a third just before half time with a nice free kick.

HT Bury 0 Liverpool 3

Just a minute into the second half Ribery again was the provider with an excellent cross that was met by defensive mid De Rossi who headed the ball in the net to make it 4-0, De Rossi then turned provider with an accurate pass to Rooney who scored to get his hat-trick and make it 5-0 with just 7 minutes played of the second half.

1139.jpg

ROONEY BAGS A DOUBLE-BRACE

Neuer then produced a fine save from Remy and minutes later couldn't stop Mounier from scoring as he latched on to a Granero pass, minutes later all thoughts of any comeback from Bury were laid to rest as Alonso picked out Silva who lashed a ferocious strike pass the helpless Sirigu to make it 6-1.

Liverpool were rampant and had a couple of shots just wide of the net, things got even worse for Bury when in the last 10 minutes Rooney picked out Ribery who slotted home to make it 7-1 and them with minutes to go Luiz rolled the ball to Rooney who bagged his fourth of the game and Liverpool's 8th.

FT Bury 1 Liverpool 8

What a game for Liverpool as they record a club record 8-1 away win, Rooney seemed to have fun playing as the False9 continuing his great goal-scoring form of this season.

What can I say to a performance like that?

We were excellent today playing the false 9 gave us what was like a midfield pack of six which helped us control the midfield and run the Bury defense ragged, it was a very enjoyable game for all concerned, I am pleased with our early season form which was something we had aimed for at the start of the season given out poor start to the last two campaigns, lets hope it continues.

NOTTS COUNTY - BORN TO BE MEDIOCRE

9 games gone, mid table, no player featured on the top scorers, assists, match points tables.

The only one that's featured is for his 3 yellow cards - at least we're good at something.

LIVERPOOL STOKED UP

This+Is+Anfield.jpg

Liverpool have played through the first fifteen games across all competitions up until today with a mix of formations, we have used the 4-5-1, 4-5-1 False, 4-2-3-1, 4-2-4, 5-3-2 & the ill fated 3-4-1-2, today we used the 4-2-4 as our previous games against today's opponents Stoke have ended in two wins for them so deciding to use a formation that we hadn't tried against Stoke before was a bit of a risk.

We headed into this game on an unbeaten league run of seven games so we were going into this with a deal of confidence, we started the game well when Alonso opened the scoring and then just after HT the injured Thiago Silva got his second yellow resulting in him being sent off, Raffael equalized for Stoke minutes later, Mario Gomez scored what would prove to be the winner with twenty minutes to go, Frank Ribery got man of the match.

4795.jpg

SUPER MARIO WITH THE WINNING GOAL

It was a tough game but we expected that, we had the better stats and deserved to win, we are on a good unbeaten league run of eight games with last years champions up next in the derby game.

LIVERPOOL AIMING FOR A PERFECT NOVEMBER

This+Is+Anfield.jpg

November has been a great month for Liverpool with no defeats through the thirteen games in all competitions, with just one game left it could be a perfect month, the only thing standing in our way are noisy neighbours Everton who we face on the last day of November in what is sure to be a passionate derby, Everton were last years champions so Liverpool fans and players alike will be sure to try and keep them in the corner.

November form

League~[WIN]4 - 2 Nottingham Forest

CL~ [WIN] 4- 0 SS Lazio

League~[WIN] 3 - 2 Tottenham Hotspur

League~[DRAW] 2 - 2 Chelsea

CL~ [WIN] 1-0 Sevilla

League~[WIN] 2- 1 Middlesbrough

League~[DRAW] 1 - 1 Fulham

CL~ [WIN] 5 -1 SSC Napoli

League~[DRAW] 0-0 Leeds United

League~[WIN] 8-1 Bury

Cup~[WIN] 3 - 0 Stockport County

CL~ [WIN]4 - 1 SS Lazio

League~[WIN]2-1 Stoke City

I am proud of the lads for stepping up in the early season, we have started slow for the last two seasons so its nice that the penny has finally dropped that we need to play for a whole season not just in the second half of the season, we take on Everton in the derby game which should be a cracker, these games the form goes out the window so we are weary of them even with their lowly league position through the early rounds, we have a full squad to pick from bar the injured and suspended Thiago Silva, Bonucci will come in as cover for him so we are fine on that count, lets hope it is a good game and the Reds will walk on.

We need a forward!

This is what Latouche has had to say

We feel we need a new forward to challenge Javier and take the pressure off Hulk as I see his best position wide right. The manager usually takes the high road and not name names but I will not. On my shortlist are Danny Wellbeck from Swansea ' date=' Hes not everyone's cup of tea but he works hard as anyone and with his ease on playing on the wing he would fit very well into our system :) Theo Walcott , He is a player I really admire he has shown when playing uptop he will score goals and has so much pace he would be a fantastic addition to our counter attack style away from home. But if I had to choose I would have Karim Benzema from Manchester city , He is a stunning player who has been badly out of touch but under our management he would score 20+ a season very easy [/quote']

LIVERPOOL ~DERBY DAY

This+Is+Anfield.jpg

MERSEYSIDE-DERBY.jpg

Liverpool set-up for this Derby game with Everton in a 4-5-1 formation with Wayne Rooney as the false 9, manager SMH handed 15 yold Paraguayan kid Carlos Guerreno his debut on the right side of midfield, the tactics were set out to counter Evertons out-of-date 3-5-2 formation.

451f9_zps35d6f048.jpg

Possession was pretty much dominated by Liverpool [60%-40%], the goals came from De Rossi who was assisted by Willian to make it 1-0 Liverpool, Alonso scored a cracking free-kick just after HT to make it 2-0 Liverpool, Suarez pulled one back for Everton on the hour mark for a FT score of 2-1 Liverpool.

The result was enough for Liverpool to end the month of November unbeaten in all competitions and to take their tally of unbeaten league games to nine.
Delighted with the result today it is always good to win a derby game, 15 yold Guerreno looked a bit of if his depth hence why we took him off at HT but he will be all the better for that experience. In the last two seasons we have only amassed 18 and 22 points after the halfway 19 games mark, we have 22 points now after 11 games so we have started much better, I have told the lads I expect them to keep this up for the whole season, we take on Man United next in the league after our cup and CL games, that will be a good test for us with them struggling a bit and needing the points.
