Re: Official Spanish La Liga Discussion Thread

Dont understand Coentrao's desire to leave when he is starting LB for one of the worlds best clubs.

It started off as seeking a pay rise and since Monaco made their interest known (along with Spurs/Arsenal and Chelsea according to rumours) he has decided to leave. He's part of that great Portuguese tradition of being of being chaperoned by Jorge Mendes -agent of Cristiano Ronaldo, Luis Nani, Angel Di Maria, Victor Valdes, James Rodriguez, Joao Moutinho, Radamel Falcao and Jose Mourinho..

i think you got to understand that someone with his class dosent want to play second fiddle to marcelo. He can playbfirst team else where and thats what he wants. First team football and can you blame him, Who wants to be second choice.

Re: Official Spanish La Liga Discussion Thread

I thought he was the main LB last season to be honest' date=' if he isnt then fair enough. You should expect some competition.[/quote']

He was main LB due to Marcelo's injury. Now the brasilian is completely fit and Ancelotti prefers him over Coentrao. Rumours say that Spurs,Arsenal,Monaco and Juventus are after him. Probably real will use him on Bale case.

-Not sure why juve needs him when we have like 4 players on that position...

Didn't he would be an upgrade on what you already have though?

Everytime Barca and Madrid play, they should give 2 goals advantage to the opponent, this is too boring :P

6 - 0 - Half Time

Stupid, STUPID tackle by Lopez on Messi to concede the penalty.

Messi (2), Xavi (1), Alves (1), Sanchez (1), Pedro (1).

I'm doing my best to keep my delight in control :D

Dream start for Tata! We've been very very impressive so far - granted it is only Levante but still, top class performance in the first half!
