Bezron 771
Ángel Reinaldo ORUÉ Echeverría Angel Reinaldo ORUÉ shielding the ball from Marcos Riveros. Information Name: Ángel Reinaldo ORUÉ Echeverría Nationality: Paraguayan Club: Libertad (Paraguay) Age: 21 Position: CF SM rating: 75 Predicted rating: 80+ Background Ángel Reinaldo ORUÉ Echeverría is a young Paraguayan striker, playing in his home country for Libertad. He has made a terrific start to the 2010 Clausura, having worked his way up through the youth system and reserves and into the first team. Early Career Orué proved that he was a cut above those in his age group by becoming the under-19s league top scorer in 2008 with an impressive 28 goals. He carried his impressive form into the reserve team during 2009, earning himself a call up to the first team. He played 5 times in 2009, coming off the bench each time, and scoring 1 goal. 2010 – Apertura With so many proven strikers ahead of him in the pecking order, Orué rarely featured during the Apertura, making just two appearances, though scoring 2 goals, both in the 3-0 home win against 3 de Febrero. His team ended up a disappointing 4th despite the best defensive record in the league. 2010 – Clausura The start of the Clausura has been impressive for Orué. After impressing in 2 early substitute appearances, scoring against Tacuary, he has now started the last 7 games, and has scored 6 goals. With his 2 goals in the Apertura, he now has 8 in 11 appearances, with only 7 of those being starts. He has been keeping both Pablo Velázquez and Rodolfo Gamarra out of the starting 11 – no mean feat. Future There is a lot of competition for places in the Libertad strike-force; Orué is battling it out with the vastly more experienced Manuel Maciel (85), last season’s sensation Pablo Velázquez (84) as well as fellow prospect Gamarra (85), though he appears to be making a good fist of it at the moment. He is a player to look out for in the future, and Libertad have an impressive record of bringing young players through the ranks. In the short term, any loss of form is likely to result in Orué losing his place in the starting line-up. If he continues to knock goals in, and keeps his place in the team, there should be a juicy rise in store; Libertad players’ ratings top out at 87, so an 82 or 83 wouldn’t be out of the question if he excels himself. However, somewhere around 80 seems a reasonable prediction for a player with a great deal of potential, but facing a great deal of competition for places. Bezron 771
Re: Ángel Reinaldo ORUÉ Echeverría - Paraguayan prospect Orue has pretty much cemented his place in the first team now, a clear first pick. He also grabbed another 2 goals yesterday in the 4-0 win over Sport Colombia, taking his tally to 11 goals in 14 games. He's looking good to smash through the 80 barrier with ease. Heron 152
Re: Ángel Reinaldo ORUÉ Echeverría - Paraguayan prospect I thought you meant the 80 goal barrier at first. That would be quite some feat.

Bezron 771
Re: Ángel Reinaldo ORUÉ Echeverría - Paraguayan prospect still worth keeping? He's now at Santiago Wanderers in Chile - I'd sell.
