MOM Ronaldinho.

Inter fans were heard cheering their managers name after a very convincing win over Lyon. It only took the home team four minutes to take the lead when Kaka slipped a through ball in-between the two Lyon centre backs for Robinho to latch onto and knock the ball in off the post. 1 - 0. Inter from there on took control of the game, Lyon did have their chances but were unable to convert them. Van Persie missed an open goal after blazing the ball over the crossbar and Julio Cesar pulled of a couple great saves to deny the away team, but it was Inter who struck again in the 37th minute this time from a beautiful free-kick from their captain Kaka. 2 - 0. Lyon tried desperately to get a goal before half time but the Inter defence and keeper were too strong.

Half Time 2 - 0.

Robinho Celebrating His Second Goal.

Lyon were again undone with only two minutes into the second half, Diego delivers a crisp long ball over the Lyon defence for Marcelo to bang in on the volley past the motionless keeper. 3 - 0. The away team had all but given up as Inter continued to press and dominate the game. In the space of two minutes just after the hour mark Kaka produced some amazing passing skills when on the 66th minute his defence splitting pass was rifled in by Ronaldinho, 4 - 0, and on the 67th Kaka picked out Robinho who smashed his effort into the back of the net. 5 - 0. A moment of madness from Robinho for taking out a man with his elbow results in a yellow card, he was lucky to stay on the pitch. The result was now far beyond a Lyon comeback but with just fifteen minutes to go Lyon got their consolation goal with some excellent passing from Van Persie who let in Kallstrom to finish with a beautiful shot. 5 - 1. The final whistle blew with a standing ovation from the home fans after a magnificent display of attacking football.

Final Score 5 - 1.

MOM Ronaldinho.

Camila:

An incredible display there from the lads, they were all magnificent and fully deserved the victory. This is exactly what the team needed a big scoreline to show that they can outplay and outscore any opposition. After our draw last time out to FC Porto we really needed to win today and we did in some style.

Next up is another home fixture this time against Italian rivals Juventus.

MOM Ronaldinho With Three Assists And One Goal.

Both sets of fans were left stunned after this spectacle of attacking football with an amazing ten goals on show. The match was played at a very high tempo right from the start and in the fifteenth minute the first goal was scored after a delightful cross from Ronaldinho from the right was headed home by Diego. 1 - 0. Just 7 minutes later Inters defence were in pieces after Arshavin played in Iaquinta for his first goal. 1 - 1. Straight from the restart Juventus took advantage of Inters defence once again this time with De Ceglie picking out Martinez who struck the shot from distance and powered the ball beyond Julio Cesar. 1 - 2. With barely time for the Juventus supporters to start celebrating Ronaldinho beat the defence with some skilful movement and set up Robinho to smash the ball in off the post. 2 - 2. Three goals in the space of four minutes. Both teams tried to settle the game down and keep the ball in midfield but Juventus started to gain control and on the 38th minute Iaquinta pounced on a rebound from the keeper and tapped the ball in. 2 - 3. Again straight from the restart Juventus attacked the Inter goal and were once again rewarded when Amauri picked up a pass from Sissoko and shot low into the corner of the goal. 2 - 4. With half time approaching Inter tried desperately to get back into the game but Juventus held out to the whistle. The home fans were stunned.

Half Time 2 - 4.

Julio Cesar In Disbelief.

The second half continued much in the same way as the first with both teams throwing caution to the wind and attacking at every opportunity. Vitor Rivaldo picked up the only yellow card of the game for his high challenge on Inter captain Kaka in the 50th minute. Juventus continued to extend their lead in the 57th minute when De Ceglie pounced on the ball after it ricocheted of the crossbar and tapped the ball in. 2 - 5. The home fans tried to get behind their team and on the 61st minute Ronaldinho again found Robinho who went on a forging run and scored a magnificent goal. 3 - 5. Inter pushed everyone forward and on the 73rd minute Diego this time set up Ronaldinho who scored a truly remarkable goal and reduced the deficit to one goal. 4 - 5. The home fans began to believe their was a way back for them but just one minute later Juventus killed off any chance of a revival with Roberto Carlos beating two Inter defenders and scoring a magical goal. 4 - 6. Juventus saw out the rest of the game with Inter trying to the final whistle to achieve their comeback. The final whistle blew and the game finished with a standing ovation from both sets of supporters of the sell out crowd, a truly fantastic 10 goal thriller.

Final Score 4 - 6.

MOM Ronaldinho.

Camila:

What a performance from both teams the energy levels of al the players was amazing. I am bitterly disappointed in losing by conceding six goals but glad to be part of such a remarkable match. I have no idea where this result came from and I am unsure what to do with it, this is a game for the doubters of entertaining football. Both sets of fans were fantastic and the standing ovation at the end was well deserved. We next travel to play Shakhtar in the league, which we need the three points. After shearing the other results in the Division we still sit top with a 10 point advantage.

Unimpressive Performance By Kaka.

A uninspired effort from Inter saw them beat by Shakhtar. The first half was a very even affair with both teams spurring chances left, right and centre. Both keepers were very impressive in keeping the game goalless. Shakhtar had the more possession in the first half but the game itself was very even. The home team were happy to pass the ball around and make Inter work to get the ball, the tactics from Shakhtar were spot on and went into half time goalless.

Half Time 0 - 0.

MOM Fernandinho Scoring Shakhtars Second Goal.

Shakhtar came out in the second half with more of a purpose about them. They were more attacking and Inter were struggling to contain them. Inter worked very little and just had the one chance of note when Pato blasted the ball over from six yards, the rest of the game belonged to Shakhtar and with the home support behind them they drove Inter back and on the 65th minute Fernandinho was brought down inside the Inter area. Penalty. Luiz Adriano stepped up and smashed the ball past Julio Cesar. 1 - 0. Kucher became the only man to get booked after a high challenge on Coutinho. Twelve minutes later Shakhtar put the game beyond doubt when Guti fed a teasing ball through to Fernandinho who latched onto the ball and smashed it home from 16 yards. 2 - 0. Two goals ahead with only 10 minutes left the home team kept possession of the ball making it impossible for Inter to get back into the game. The full time whistke blew with the home fans celebrating a fine well deserved victory.

Final Score 2 - 0.

MOM Fernandinho.

Camila:

Another loss, I am very disappointed in the effort shown tonight by the lads, there was no commitment whatsoever, no passion, no flair. This has to change and I expect nothing less than a comfortable victory against Villarreal in the next league game. After the comments made earlier this week by Coutinho regarding he is unhappy with the lack of games, he will now miss at least the next 4 weeks of fixtures after picking up a groin strain.

MOM Ronaldinho.

Inter returned to their winning ways and maintained their status as favourites to win Division 1 after a fine display against a strong Villarreal side. It had only taken Inter 2 minutes to get their first goal when Dani Alves crossed the ball in for Fernando to head the ball home. 1 - 0. With the early goal Inter were able to control the game and dictate the play. Villarreal tried to get into the game but the Inter players wanted it more and had to prove themselves as the best team in he league. Their were few chances for each team but it was Inter who were to take the one goal advantage into the halt time interval. Half Time 1 - 0.

Kaka Celebrating His Fine Free-Kick.

The second half kicked off with Inter taking early control and were starting to attack on all fronts to get the decisive second goal. Villarreal were left stunned on the 68th minute mark when Farfan was sent off with a straight red card for bringing down Ronaldinho whist being the last man. Inter with a goal and man advantage continued to press the Villarreal backline and were rewarded in the 80th minute when Kaka was brought down in the area and Ronaldinho converted the penalty kick. 2 - 0. The three points were surely now heading for Inter and with only three minutes left Kaka converted a fine free kick to end the misery for the visiting team. 3 - 0. The final whistle blew to a huge cheer from the home fans.

Final Score 3 - 0.

Safe Hands From Julio Cesar.

Another hard fought Milan derby that this time ended all square. The first half began with both teams being very cautious, not willing to give anything away. There was very little in the way of chances in the first half as both teams were heading into the half time break 0 - 0. Ribas Diego was yellow carded on the 32nd minute for a foolish foul on the edge of the box. . Half Time 0 - 0.

MOM Ibrahimovic

The heat was turned up in the second half as both teams were looking to gain any advantage possible. Marcelo seen yellow on the 55th minute for abusive language and just 11 minutes later Ribas Diego was again yellow carded and subsequently sent off. With the one man advantage Milan started to press. Nesta received a yellow card for a silly challenge just a few minutes later. Julio Cesar kept the scores level and was Inter's hero after pulling off some incredible saves to deny Milan. Within the last four minutes Milan received another yellow card this time for Bonera for blocking a surging run by Kaka. The final whistle blew with both sets of fans content with a point.

Final Score 0 - 0.

MOM Ibrahimovic.

Camila:

A very hard fought game but I feel the referee did not help the flow of the game. I am happy with the result as to play a team of Milan's calibre and come away with a point is a good result. Next up we face Manchester United.

Inter 0 - 0 Manchester United

Another Clean Sheet For Julio Cesar.

Another tough game for Inter as they took on a very strong Manchester United side. Manchester seemed to have more about them in the this game and were able to create many chances but the solid defence and reactions of Julio Cesar left United frustrated. Inter were unable to get the ball upfield to create the chances they are a custom to as the United midfield was very well disciplined. Inter went into half time the happier of both teams.

Half Time 0 - 0.

MOM Frustrated Rooney

The second half brought more of the same with Julio Cesar denying United every opportunity. Inter had a couple of chances but were unable to capitalise. Rooney's frustration was all too clear to see and was subbed in the 75th minute and Berbatov came on in his place. Berbatov had much of the same while facing Julio Cesar and was unable to convert chances into goals. The final whistle blew with the home fans cheering Julio Cesar.

Final Score 0 - 0.

MOM Ibrahimovic.

Camila:

A really tough game as Manchester United were very strong today, I am delighted with the performance by Julio Cesar he really is on top form at the moment and also our defence is playing very well together, that is three clean sheets in a row now. We will now be focussing on our next game against CSKA Moskva.

MOM Kaka With Two Assists.

After two 0 - 0 draws Inter really needed to get back into the goals and away to CSKA they managed to put away three. Inter controlled the game right from the off and never looked like leaving Russia without the three points. There were many early chances for Inter but the CSKA captain Akinfeev kept his team in the game with some spectacular saves. Akinfeev kept his team at 0 - 0 into the break.

Robinho Grabbing Himself A Goal.

Inter started to dominate the second half and finally managed to get the ball past Akinfeev and score their first goal in 3 games through Fernando after Kaka squared the ball for him to smash the ball home. 0 - 1. This goal opened the way for Inter and within 5 minutes they were rewarded with a second after Ronaldinho fed Dani Alves who beat the offside trap and knocked the ball past Akinfeev. 0 - 2.

Inter were now in cruise control and were still looking to add to their tally for the day. Kaka received a yellow card for violent conduct on the 62nd minute. There was still time for another when in the 85th minute Kaka played a wonderful long ball to Robinho who smashed the ball home past the motionless Akinfeev. The final whistle blew with a huge cheer from the away fans.

Final Score 0 - 3.

MOM Kaka.

Camila:

A fine performance and fully deserved. I am happy we have finally scored and hope it may long continue. Another clean sheet is very impressive. All the players played their part and I hope we can push on and take Division 1 with games to spare. We next play Liverpool in the SMFA Champions Cup.

MOM Pato.

Inter took on a Liverpool team who although playing poorly in the league were going well in the SMFA Champions Cup. Inter taught Liverpool a lesson in clinical finishing after converting their only two chances into goals. The first goal came from Pato in the fifteenth minute when Ronaldinho played him through the Liverpool defence to knock the ball past the advancing Reina. 1 - 0. Liverpool kept trying to get back into the game but Julio Cesar was once again very impressive and kept out the frustrated Liverpool players. The away team did pick up a couple of yellow cards in the first half with Joe Cole being booked on the 25th minute for dangerous play and Maxi Rodriguez in the 37th minute for violent conduct.

Half Time 1 - 0.

Clean Sheet Julio Cesar.

Liverpool came out in the second half looking for the all important equalising goal but with the immense figure of Julio Cesar in the Inter goal their efforts were not good enough. The Liverpool team were looking for the all important away goal and continued to press, the players were starting to get frustrated and this was shown when Modric was yellow carded for kicking the ball away. Inter were happy to soak up the pressure and try to catch the away team on the counter and with only five minutes to spare Ronaldinho sets up Robinho who nonchalantly lobs it over the advancing keeper. 2 - 0. The final whistle blew to end the first leg with the home fans ecstatic.

Final Score 2 - 0.

A 6 goal thriller encounter at the Giuseppe Meazza saw the points shared. A nightmare start to the game for Inter as Chelsea straight from the off scored through a long ball from Ashley Cole was picked up by Vucinic who shot past the despairing Julio Cesar in only the second minute. 0 - 1. Not to be undone Inter quickly got on level terms just two minutes later as David Luiz knocks the ball to Marcelo who rounds two Chelsea defenders before slotting the ball home. 1 - 1. Inter seemed to be getting into the game with a couple of worthy chances but it was the away team who took the lead when on the half hour mark Zhirkov layed the ball to Vucinic to grab his second of the game. 1 - 2. Inter were left stunned and went into half time behind.

Ronaldinho Getting The Equaliser.

Inter came charging out in the second half and within two minutes had equalised as Pato split open the defence with a fine ball to Ronaldinho who smashed the ball home. 2 - 2. Both teams threw caution to the wind and tried to get the all important winner and the home fans thought they had when on the hour mark a delightful cross from Ronaldinho saw Pato rise above the defenders and head the ball into the corner of the net. 3 - 2. The home fans were delighted but Chelsea never gave up and in the 82nd minute they grabbed their deserved equaliser as De Rossi curls in a spectacular free-kick past Julio Cesar. The final whistle blew with both sets of supporters applauding the footballing spectacle on show.

Final Score 3 - 3.

MOM Vucinic.

Camila:

I am disappointed that we did not see out the game after taking the lead but Chelsea never quit and deserved a point. There was not a lot the defence or Julio could have done about the Chelsea goals, especially the great free-kick by De Rossi late on. We will now pay Liverpool in the league and will be looking for the three points.

Inter dominated proceedings at Anfield and came away with a fine victory. Liverpool had started brightly but it was not long until the Brazilian flair shone through and started to dictate play. A short corner by Dani Alves in the 39th minute started the goals when Ronaldinho picked up the ball and curled it around the unsighted Reina. 0 - 1. Liverpool were happy to hear the half time whistle and were grateful they were only one goal down after 45 minutes.

Only three minutes later Dani Alves feeds an inch perfect ball to Robinho who nonchalantly lobs it over the advancing keeper. 0 - 3. With the game all wrapped up for Inter, Liverpool still tried to get something back from the game but were unable to break the solid defence and Julio Cesar. The frustration was clear on the home teams faces as Fernando Torres was yellow carded for kicking the ball away. On the 78th minute Inter added another this time Pato searches out Lucio who made a huge run into the Liverpool penalty area and slides the ball home. 0 - 4. A silly challenge by Douglas Maicon sees him receive a yellow card within the last ten minutes. The final whistle blows with a huge cheer from the Inter supporters and boos from the Anfield faithful.

Robinho Sends Inter Through To The Quarter Finals.

Inter squeezed past Liverpool in the first knock-out round of the SMFA Champions Cup and book heir place in the quarter final. Liverpool however started off the brighter of the two teams and were looking to overturn a two goal deficit in the first leg. After some early half chances by both teams it was Liverpool who scored first when on the 21st minute a delightful cross from Modric was headed in by Fernando Torres. 1 - 0. Then just two minutes later Liverpool doubled their lead and drew level on aggregate when Meireles found Modric who shot from an acute angle and the ball deflected in. 2 - 2. Inter desperately tried to get back into the game but were unable to gain any advantage, Liverpool seemed happy to go into the break two goals in front.

Inter needed to get back into the game as the second half started and the tension at Anfield was growing more by every minute passing. The Liverpool players were starting to lose their cool and their grip on the game when in the space of 5 minutes Meireles and Carragher were both yellow carded the first for a high challenge and the second for violent conduct. Inter were now starting to gain control and on the 67th minute a fantastic cross from Diego sees Robinho rise above Carragher to head the ball into the bottom corner. 2 - 3. Inter had regained their advantage and began to see out the game in charge of play. With some late attempts by Liverpool to get back into the game, Julio Cesar kept the away team in the lead. The final whistle blew, the away fans were ecstatic they are through to the quarter final.

MOM Lucio.

The two meanest defences in Division 1 was always going to be a low scoring affair and just the one goal decided where the points went. Right from the start Inter enjoyed the possession and were able to pass the ball and dictate the majority of the play. Sevilla looked to have come to play for the draw but Inter wanted all three points. There were chances for Ronaldinho and Pato to open the scoring but the goalkeeping skills of Hugo Lloris denied any hope of a Inter goal. The away team were certainly more content going into half time 0 - 0.

Inter saw out the rest of the game and the fans were cheering to the final whistle.

Inter smashed Bayern Muchen at the Allianz Arena to record a fine 0 - 3 victory. Inter started the game full of intent and on the 8th minute a corner is whipped in for Lucio to head the ball down to Marcelo who hits the ball on the half volley and sashes the ball into the back of the net. 0 - 1. Then just 60 seconds later a pass from Ronaldinho leads to a speculative chip by Ferreira Lucio which is fumbled by the hapless keeper and rolls agonisingly over the line. 0 - 2. Inter in full control and looking good for for three points inside the first ten minutes. Inter continue to press and Bayern look out of sorts as Van Buyten is yellow carded for a foolish foul on the 25th minute. The constant pressure from Inter pays of once more when on the 41st minute a long ball over the defence from Diego is superbly controlled by Alexandre PATO who volleys past the motionless keeper. 0 - 3. Inter go in at half time three goals to the good.

Inter continued in the same form straight into the second half and created a vast amount of chances but the resilient Bayern defence stayed strong and denied any more goals for Inter. The night turned even more sour for the home team when Van Buyten was sent off with a straight red card for bringing down Pato as the last man, the referee had no choice. Pato had another two or three chances to add to his first half goal but was unable to get past the improved Jaaskelainen. Inter were unable to add to their 3 first half goals and the final whistle blew with the home supporters less than impressed.

MOM Ronaldinho Grabs An Away Goal.

Inter started the game as clear favourites but the Napoli team were not interested in what's written down but by what happens on the pitch. This was to be a very fiery encounter and with just 7 minutes on the clock Napoli were lucky not to have Pernia sent of or using his elbow to take out Kaka, instead the referee opted for yellow. On the 12th minute Napoli stunned Inter when Cavani squared the ball to Quagliarella and toe poked the ball home on his second attempt. 1 - 0. Inter were dazed and needed to get a grip on the game. Just 6 minutes later Pato found Ronaldinho who just rolled the ball into the back of the net with the Napoli defence nowhere to be seen. The game really started to heat up and within a ten minute spell 3 players were yellow carded two or Inter and one for Napoli, David Luiz for raising an elbow, Puygrenier for a stupid challenge and Dani Alves for not retreating 10 yards from a free-kick. Inter continued to press but to no avail and the teams went into half time level.

Quagliarella Opening The Scoring.

The second half brought in little the way of chances as both teams struggled to get any momentum in the game. Gargano was also yellow carded this time for abusive language on the 56th minute, then 10 minutes later Renato recived a straight red card for a dangerous two footed challenge. Even playing against ten men Inter could not get any flair or movement going as Napoli were constantly breaking them down. On the 73rd minute Napoli received yet another yellow card this time awarded to Cavani after some dangerous play. With just 4 minutes left on the clock Lucio was brought down in the penalty area, the referee consulted his linesman and no penalty was given.

Final Score 1 - 1.

MOM Ronaldinho.

Camila:

This was a tough game and the lads have every right to feel frustrated, I feel the referee was very lenient towards the home team and some of the decisions made were shocking. We are fortunate to have the away goal to take with us and I look forward to play them at the Giuseppe Meazza. Next we face Arsenal in the league.

Inter ran away with the three points as they scored three past Arsenal. Inter started the game brightly and within ten minutes gained their first goal when Marcelo fed the ball to Ronaldinho who used his blistering pace to leave the Arsenal defenders in his wake and chipped the keeper with aplomb. 1 - 0. The home team were enjoying the play and passed the ball around in their own Brazilian style pleasing the home support. Arsenal tried to get back into the game but once again the ever impressive Julio Cesar snubbed out any chances. Just after the half hour mark Ribas Diego crossed in a beautiful ball for Marcelo who scored a magnificent diving header at the back post. 2 - 0. Inter were now firmly in control. Pato was booked a few moments later for shouting abusive language and Arsenal's Taddei was also yellow carded for a stupid challenge on Ronaldinho. The half time whistle blew with the home supporters congratulating their team.

Arsenal needed to get an early goal in the second half to try to get something from the game, but it was Inter on the 48th minute who once again scored when Pato found a surging run by Marcelo who smashed a shot from distance and the ball squirmed under Buffons body and rolled into the net. 3 - 0. Arsenal tried to counter Inters relentless attacking but were unable to penetrate their defence, Inter continued to press but were very content with just holding and passing the ball around and frustrate the opposition. The home fans roared as the final whistle blew knowing one more victory will bring them the title.

Final Score 3 - 0.

MOM Ronaldinho.

Camila:

An excellent victory over a very good Arsenal side. Again very happy with the clean sheet and I thought Marcelo played particularly well tonight. Brazil dominated the possession and were always the favourite to win. Mali started brightly but were unable to get past the immense defence and goal keeping skills of Brazil. The home team started to put a lot of pressure onto the Mali defenders but seemed unable to get the ball into the net. Brazil picked up two yellow cards in the first half with Kaka booked for a 50/50 challenge and Ronaldinho for failing to move back ten yards for a Mali free-kick. The half time whistle blew with the Mali team clearly the happier.

Ronaldinho then stepped up and smashed the ball home. 1 - 0. Just a moment later in the 81st minute Miranda played a wonderful ball to Ronaldinho who once again hit the back of the net. 2 - 0. The game was all but over now for Mali as they tried to get anything from the fixture, Lucio became the third Brazil player to be yellow carded in the game in the 88th minute for a high challenge. The final whistle blew to a roar from the Brazil fans.

Final Score 2 - 0.

MOM Julio Cesar.

Camila:

A hard fought victory against a resilient Mali team. I am proud of the lads and this victory sees our team qualify from our group. Julio Cesar again was immense between the sticks and is such an asset for club and country. Our next game will be against the Ukraine.

MOM Pato Taken His Goal Very Well.

The last time these two team met it finished 1 - 1, there were no surprises today as again they managed the same scoreline. Ukraine started on the attack and Shevchuk was yellow carded in the first minute for simulation after he tried to buy a penalty from the Referee. Both teams were evenly matched throughout the park and neither could gain the early advantage. The frustration was starting to show on both sets of players nearing the half time whistle when Ronaldinho was yellow carded for kicking the ball away.

Shevchenko Scoring For The Ukraine.

Ukraine came bursting out in the second half and immediately took the lead when on the 48th minute a delightful pass by Yarmolenko tore apart the Brazilians defence and allowed Shevchenko to take full advantage and put his team in front. 0 - 1. Brazil looked to push forward more after conceding and continued to press the Ukraine defence, the away team were strong and were happy to soak up the pressure and look to catch Brazil on the break. It was however the home teams persistence that eventually paid off when Robinho found Pato who struck the ball with real venom and smashed the ball home to get Brazil back into the game. 1 - 1. The last twenty minutes saw both teams uneasy attempts to get forwards as neither wanted to fully commit and risk losing the valuable point. The final whistle blew with both sets of fans happy as both teams qualify for the World Cup.

Final Score 1 - 1.

MOM Pato.

Camila:

Not the prettiest of games but the lads got the job done we qualify top of our group. The team played well and will be delighted at winning the group. In our next game we may see some youngster take part against Saudi Arabia.

MOM Totti Celebrating His Winning Goal.

A very close fought game in the Italian derby which saw the home team fortunate to claim all three points. Both teams were very cautious in the first half and neither team gave anything away. Inter were yellow carded early in the half when a rash tackle from Robinho took out Totti in the 6th minute. Inter contributed more in the attacking department but were unable to get past the impressive Stekelenburg in the Roma goal. Inter were again rewarded with a yellow card this time for Diego who committed a foolish challenge on the 31st minute. The home team seemed happy to soak up the attacking pressure from Inter and play the game their way. The teams went into half time with neither team able to score.

Ronaldinho Unable To Turn The Game.

The second half began with yet another Inter player seeing the yellow card, this time Marcelo for a late lunge. On the 51st minute Roma got their goal when Luis Suarez went on a surging run down the left wing and crossed the ball into the Inter area for Totti to rise above Lucio and head the ball home. 1 - 0. With the very fine lead Roma sat back and let Inter do all the work to try and get their equaliser. Inter continued to press but could not find a way past Stekelenburg. There was nothing Inter could do as Roma held onto possession and played the game out with their slender lead. The final whistle blew with the home fans clearly delighted with their victory.

Final Score 1 - 0.

MOM Totti.

Camila:

Their goalkeeper was amazing today, we could not find a single goal in all the chances we had. We need to desperately work on this as next we have a very important game against Napoli in the SMFA Champions Cup. The lads played well but full credit to Roma for their clinical finishing.

MOM Kaka Scores A Fantastic Goal.

Inter went into the game with the advantage of the away goal meaning Napoli were forced to come out and try to score at least one goal. It was not to be as Inter were defensively slid and kept everything out. Both teams went all out as they looked to win this tie early on but both were unable to finish their chances. Julio Cesar and Morgan De Sanctis were the two stand out players in the first half denying all that came their way. Lucio received the only booking of the game in the 42nd minute for violent conduct. The whistle blew for half time with Inter still leading on away goals.

Pato Celebrating His Penalty.

Inter began the second half full of promise and within 5 minutes they were awarded a penalty after Ronaldinho was brought down in the area, Pato stepped up and smashed the ball home. 1 - 0. Still Napoli needed to find a goal from somewhere but now it was all Inter as they continued to press and attack the Napoli goal. The game was finally won when on the 88th minute Pato found Kaka with a marvellous pass whose powerful shot went in off the post. 2 - 0. The final whistle blew with the home fans on their feet applauding the fine victory and progression into the Semi-Finals of the Champions League.

Camila:

Extremely happy with the result, the lads deserve all the praise, the whole team played well and to keep a clean sheet is so important. In the semi's we will face FC Porto. Next up we are at home to Real Madrid where we can be crowned league champions.

MOM Benzema Opening The Scoring For Real Madrid.

Inter needed a win to clinch the title but the nerves got the better of them as once again they stumbled to pick up any points. A fairly even game where both teams in the first half came out attacking. Muller received an early yellow card after some dangerous play after only four minutes. The deadlock was finally broken in the 42nd minute when Diarra set up Benzema to score a trademark goal. 0 - 1. This only added more pressure for Inter to perform but were unable to equalise before half time.

Muller's Goal Kills the Game For Inter.

Inter came out in the second half looking to make amends or their first half display but were once again unable to find the back of the net. Real Madrid received their second yellow card of the game in the 56th minute when Pepe refused to move back ten yards from a free-kick. In the 59th minute the away team doubled their lead when a powerful long shot from Ozil was parried by Julio Cesar and Muller was on hand to knock the ball in. 0 - 2. Inter now needed a to push on and try to at least get a point and the game looked to be turning when only a minute after scoring Muller was sent off for receiving two yellow cards this time for time wasting. With the one man advantage Inter were still unable to get their goal and it just was not going to be their night. Pato's frustration in front of goal resulted in getting himself a yellow card for using his elbow whilst attacking the ball in the 80th minute. Then on the 83rd minute Real Madrid received another yellow card this time for Ozil for shirt pulling. The final whistle blew and the stadium roared with a chorus of boos from the home support.

Final Score 0 - 2.

MOM Totti.

Another game in which we failed to score, we must put away our chances and in our next game away to Fiorentina I will be looking at changing some tactics. We really must get a win and I feel the pressure is starting to mount on the team.

Alex And Fabiano.

Inter have confirmed that both Alex and Fabiano will be joining them in the next few hours. Inter president Massimo Moratti is delighted with Camila's signings this season and still even this late on continues to add quality to the team.

Camila:

I have long followed the fortunes of Alex and Fabiano and I have always wanted them to join us at Inter. I am delighted to be able to say that they will both be joining today, this does mean however that we will be losing a very good player in Douglas Maicon who has played a fantastic part in our success here this season. It is always sad to see top players leaving but I feel with the players coming in will benefit our beloved team more. I would like to say a huge thank you to Maicon for all his efforts this season and wish him all the luck at his new club.

MOM Ribas Diego Scores Inters First Goal.

Inter finally got their act together and won in the league for the first time in three games. The win sees Inter crowned champions of the first division with still three games to go. Inter came out fighting in the first half as they looked to win the game early on and relieve some of the pressure they have put on themselves over the last couple of weeks. It all started well when after only 20 minutes a fine pass from Robinho picked out Diego who was able to turn and shoot from a tight angle and the ball deflected into the goal. 0 - 1. Fiorentina were not to give up lightly and started to press the Inter back three but the defence were strong and Julio Cesar was back to his impressive form. Inter were happy to go into half time one goal to the good.

Fiorentina came out in the second half looking to get back on even terms as soon as possible but once again Inter were too strong and on the 67th minute a superb pass from Kaka sets up Robinho who takes a shot from way out and the ball flies into the top corner. 0 - 2. Fiorentina looked deflated and Inter had still not finished as only 5 minutes later Pato fed the ball to Fabiano who was clear on goal and finishes with ease. 0 - 3. With only 18 minutes left on the clock Fiorentina were not going to get anything from the game but they did have a consolation goal in the 82nd minute when the substitute Brunt scored from a delicate pass by Trezeguet. 1 - 3. Marcelo picked up the only yellow card of the game in the 85th minute for failing to move back ten yards for a free-kick. The final whistle blew to huge celebrations and applause from the away fans for their team being crowned champions.

Final Score 1 - 3.

MOM Diego.

Camila:

The team fully deserve the title, I am so so happy for them. It was great to see such a focussed performance from the lads today, they got the job done. With the league all wrapped up we really must now concentrate on the SMFA Champions League Semi-Final against FC Porto.

Inter Fans Welcome Their Hero's.

Inter have won their first title in the first season of Word Championship 10000. Many doubted the Inter managers capabilities to manage at this level and questioned her transfer policy of buying a all Brazilian team. With three games to go until the end of the season Inter have an impressive 14 point lead.

Camila:

I would like to thank the Chairman for putting his faith in me at the beginning of the season and went along with my transfer policy. I feel the team as a whole were tremendous throughout the course of the season and all the players having the same nationality certainly helped with the communication on the pitch. We still have a lot of work to do this season and we will not let the celebrations take away our focus for the Champions League against FC Porto. The Fans have been a key part to our success and I ask them to get behind us again so we can try and win our second trophy this season.
