Depending on how competitive your league is, I would sell the players highlighted in red, on the presumption that you can buy plenty of other good players unmanaged/external.

And with all the money you make, buy:

Bale, Ozil, Bonnuci, Wilshere, Muller, Nani Krasic, BUSQUETS, Di Maria, Hazard, Pastore, Contento, Carrol, M'vila, Ayew, Coentrao, Hart, Khedira, Hummels, Maicon(porto).
